    @JioCare @reliancejio I am not getting the required internet speed/ service at my place:Kudal, Maharashtra Pincode-416520. I have seen people in my vicinity changing their Jio sims to other networks. However being a firm believer in the Jio brand, requesting to pls fix the issue

    @JioCare Due to the riots, the JioFi Router's internet service has got stopped on 26 Jan, from 1 pm onwards. Even24-hours later there's nearly no web access. So, a time compensation for this lost day via a 24-hour extension on the 28-day Rs. 199 data plan is imperative.

    @JioCare Just now when I called customer care I came to know that I had requested for cancelation of jio fibre installation. I am shocked to know this. I am waiting for a week and you canceled it without my permission. Please return my money. You are playing with me. Waste service.

    @JioCare Please help with SonyLiv subscription included with my JioFiber plan. The SonyLiv app says subscription not active, but it shows subscription active till 25-Feb on MyJio app. Same issue with JioSaavn subscription @JioSaavnCare
