    @JioCare @reliancejio I am not getting the required internet speed/ service at my place:Kudal, Maharashtra Pincode-416520. I have seen people in my vicinity changing their Jio sims to other networks. However being a firm believer in the Jio brand, requesting to pls fix the issue

    @JioCare why it is almost impossible to talk to any customer care executive. Jio fiber plan changed but no setup box installed yet. Also there is no option to talk to any customer care instead stucked with stupid my Jio app where not able to find any solution.

    @JioCare I have fulfilled all the above criteria but also I haven't received a welcome offer, it's been more than a month. I have contacted customer care more than 15 times , there is no response from them.

    @JioCare I am already your coustomer and saying everyone that don't buy jio connection. I Jio fibre is not working from last 2 days but @JioCare teams are not helping.. so i am openly saying that buy Airtel instead of jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare The issue is not resolved for service request SR00001I3OHR of JioFiber and you have again close the server request without even asking me. You have already closed my service request SR00001I3OHR three times without any resolution. Pathetic service.

    World's worst network is jio, @reliancejio and I would say most. don't take jio sim and i am going to change my jio today and get it in airtel @airtelindia

    @JioCare Khasipora tral near old gurudwara district pulwama 192123 to low network not able to use jio sim in this area as we shifted back to airtel

    @JioCare Stop your nonsense, you have already closed the service request and the issue is still there. I am thinking of shifting to Netplus as they have far better customer service.
