    Jio network-4G internet speed in Railway is much slower than 2G internet. Also in some where network is sufficient but not getting sufficient speed. In Vapi-Valsad area.@reliancejio please look forward toward the issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Serve network issue since Feb'19 in our area (area Pin code 396007).Internet speed almost near to zero.More than 2 mins taking in loading of any internet pages. M-9979642621,9979642821, 9687637038, bought 1 year plan of Jio and same is garbage for us now.

    @JioCare This isfrustrating. Today is 27 April and my cancellation request SR0000346CMP is still not done, even though the promised date was 26-Apr. I’m unable to raise a new request because of this. I’m paying bills but getting no response. Very poor service.Please resolve ASAP.
