Ssly thinking to change the service!! For ur info there are 3 towers (Oh!!sorry they are just white elephent!!) Within 3km of the radius.

They have the worst chatbot who keep giving same soln everytime. You cannot talk to human or raise service request in any way. Experience with @airtelindia is best in terms of customer service.Will switch to that. Also will buy Airtel shares too,they will dominate Jio for sure.

We were so happy that we immediately recharged with the ₹349 plan, expecting to use unlimited 5G. But after a few hours, the 5G signal disappeared and has not returned till now.
