    @JioCare I have disconnected my jio fibre, device pick up service request is SR00001EORCS, I want expedited pick up and refund of deposit, support will be appreciated. 5 days was promised after discconection which are alreaady passed (disconnection done on 13/10/22-CO0000Q4TCCF)

    @JioCare This is 48 hrs since I lodges complain of poor OTT services for my jio fiber connection. Two times you have revised the scheduled since 09 Oct but no one has visited and attended. This is such a worst services and care you take for the customer. Jio number +912653574170

    Very bad service provided by Reliance Jio to their customers. We registered complaints for many times but they not give proper answers & not resolved the problems yet. Even we Whatsapp messages can't delivered & staff disconnect call. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    Jio is one of the worst service provider. After complaining 10 to 15 times no resolution received. Their customer executive not talk properly & disconnect call. Every time same response "IN YOUR AREA USERS ARE MORE SO YOU FACE PROBLEM" @reliancegroup @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR000015TTLN, repair of your JioFiber account having JioFixed Voice Number 2653561351 is on hold as our Jio Service Engineer did not get access to your premises. Kindly schedule a new appointment asap.

    @JioCare ShemarooMe application are included in 150mbps jiifiber plan but this application is not available on settop box as well as user cannot login or subscribe through Jiofiber credential…please do the needful

    Hello @JioCare your airfiber is not working since past 4 days and customer care is not raising a ticket for the same. Everyday they say by end of the day at night 9 it will be resolved. Who will compensate for the loss of 4 days and onwards while I advance paid for 6 months.

    @saaaanjjjuuu @airtelindia advertises “Unlimited 5G,” but the reality comes with hidden limits, fair-usage conditions, and hotspot restrictions. If customers are paying for unlimited data, why should usage be capped at 300GB or hotspot access be restricted? In my area, even BSNL and Vi provide better connectivity than Airtel. Poor network quality, unclear conditions, and disappointing service have left me with no choice. It’s time to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming. Jio offers a far better network and service experience than Airtel.

    @JioCare Hello Priyanka & team, a guy came and said that physical damage has happened and he routed that incident to diff team saying he wont handle.aksed him y he dint check this yesterday itself and he replied hes the only 1 here. Why there is only 1 techie for the whole area?

    @mashrujeet Our office WiFi got repaired on the 3rd day in Fort, the business district of the Financial Capital of the country. Service Reps don’t answer and say that the entire team has left as @reliancejio gives service reps sales targets.

    @JioCare Bewakoof ISHVEEN Your Non Refundable rule applies when a customer leaves voluntarily,NOT when U FAIL to provide service for 12 days and force them into AirFiber. Keeping my money without service is illegal. & I will get my full refund through the Consumer Forum! @ConsumerAffairs
