    @JioCare worst Customercare… not able to get it connect with their representative and there is no option to get it resolve via watsup chat..!!! STB is not working since yesterday due to incomplete update (power loss during update)… please resolve..!!

    @reliancejio I have very disappointing experience from Jio fiber service at my area code: 390019. I have registered service request SR00001CSV36 on 09/Aug and been waiting from 4days to get resolved my issue. Called cust care many times but no result.

    JioFiber guys u hv the worst service. I hv registered my complaint 3 times today & the CS executive gave me 3 different time slots but not a single Service Engineer came. This is the worst service I hv ever experience in my life! @JioCare u guys r the worst #JioFiber

    @JioCare This is 48 hrs since I lodges complain of poor OTT services for my jio fiber connection. Two times you have revised the scheduled since 09 Oct but no one has visited and attended. This is such a worst services and care you take for the customer. Jio number +912653574170

    @JioCare Extremely poor service. Paid ₹1200 for JioFiber relocation, slot booked for May 1, but no action taken till now. No updates, no installation, just delays. This is unacceptable. Please resolve immediately or initiate refund. Will escalate to consumer court if ignored.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is not a one-time outage. There have been multiple outages over the last 2 months, and the service has been highly unreliable. Request you to consider plan extension or compensation/discount for the downtime faced. Please ensure a permanent resolution.

    @JioCare @JioCare Everywhere it’s the same—“we’re looking into it” and “we understand.” Calls, emails, social media—only scripted replies. No connection, no update, no resolution. Documents sent multiple times, still asked again. This is harassment level service. Zero accountability.
