    @JioCare @reliancejio Ask the location every time but when the problem will be solved.The solution must come if you are really working.This is not a problem today.See my comlaint for how many years I have been comlaint. But you don't want to do anything.

    @reliancejio Please check out the network in Sanskruti Aangan, Bill Sokhda Rd. Each resident has to come out of home for searching network for communicating. Please make the necessary steps to work out the problems. @JioCare @RelianceMobile - Sanskruti Aangan B-44,Bill Sokhada Rd

    @JioCare worst Customercare… not able to get it connect with their representative and there is no option to get it resolve via watsup chat..!!! STB is not working since yesterday due to incomplete update (power loss during update)… please resolve..!!

    Now, specially for this i took off from office and came early. I called the person at 3.30 saying come to home he said to ok but then he rescheduled it for tomorrow with my consent. And now he is not picking up my call. Plz HELP ASAP. @reliancejio @reliancegroup @JioCare

    Dua kariye ki apke #JioFiber mein kabhi koi problem na aaye, jis din problem aa gayi, apko Jio ke customer support aur service ki aukaat dikh jayegi. You can't contact them. The only option left will be to vent your frustration on social media. @JioCare @reliancejio 😡😡

    @JioCare Jio never delays recharge payments by even a minute, but customers are expected to wait indefinitely for service restoration. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Please escalate this issue and arrange an engineer visit immediately.

    @JioCare And the local team is not ready to support as according to them no complaint has been raised. Logging complaint via app or to connect with live agent, both options not there. Fix these issues and make your interface user friendly and contacting to support team hassle free.

    @reliancejio @JioCare prepaid consumers are facing seriously slow network and 5G speed at locations like Tikabali, Kandhamal and Bhanjanagar, Ganjam, Odisha. The data speed is too weak and it takes ages to download even a Web page and open an app even. Kindly look into it.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Problem - Jio AIR Fiber Box to router cable is damaged. Solution - The cable needs to be replaced 48 Hours passed since the case logged. No resolution Issue Status - Customer rescheduled/On Hold (A False status ) ~ 10 times PATHETIC SERVICES, NO EMPATHY.

    I'm user of both @reliancejio @JioCare mobile prepaid and postpaid Fibre but despite almost 20-25 Complaint, follow ups and hopes from retention excutives still the issue which almost have been through last half a year not been resolved and now I just want to rest this case here and want to withdraw from all the services provided by @reliancejio. Thank you for the support.

    @JioCare my relocation request has been pending for about a week. One was made earlier this week which was canceled by your service partner, the new request was supposed to be attended today, no one showed up. I even went to your office at Mansi circle Ahmedabad with the request.
