    Dear @JioCare, I am willing to ReLocate the Jio Fiber Router&STB to another location at Vadodara location. I have been contacting customer care they are not providing me and solution and refusing to take request, giving reason that due to technical issue can't process SR.

    @JioCare Poor Service, my complaint is not attended for last 2 days, despite calling to customer care several times, With reference to Service Request Number SR00001DVNPO ,your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 2022-09-15:17:00:00.

    @JioCare there is some serious problem with network in Vadodara. I am unable to hear anything during calls for the last 4 days. I have made a complaint to jio on this. But nobody responded. Missing out on important calls. Pathetic service. Other sim is working fine. @TRAI

    Now, specially for this i took off from office and came early. I called the person at 3.30 saying come to home he said to ok but then he rescheduled it for tomorrow with my consent. And now he is not picking up my call. Plz HELP ASAP. @reliancejio @reliancegroup @JioCare

    @JioCare This is 48 hrs since I lodges complain of poor OTT services for my jio fiber connection. Two times you have revised the scheduled since 09 Oct but no one has visited and attended. This is such a worst services and care you take for the customer. Jio number +912653574170

This could have been resolved in a day or two, but even after multiple follow-ups & escalation there was no action taken earlier. Why I have to reach out technician & remind them?

    @JioCare What is my fault when you do not reach the traffic of the network. I did my duty by recharging. Why don't you do your duty by giving me 4G speed.

    Is it just me, or has Jio internet transitioned from 5G speeds back to the loading times of the early 2000s dial-up era? @JioCare, running diagnostics repeatedly isn't fixing this sluggish connection, so please restore the high-speed network we are paying for.

    @JioCare @JioCare The issue is NOT appointment scheduling. Your engineer already visited, identified a damaged fiber line, pushed AirFiber instead of repairing it, left without restoring the connection, and is now unreachable. Why is SR00002LMA5G on hold instead of being repaired?

    @JioCare More than 15 days of my subscription has gone in network down maintenance and again I get these messages why I am not given validity extension Our services will be down on June 9th from 12 AM to 4 AM & on June 10th from 4 AM to 7.30 AM for maintenance.

    @suchitra2026 @JioCare Same story ...they are running a scam..opening account , collecting data, money for some package, nobody turns up for more than a month but everytime there will be a ticket and message from some system without any follow on action. When you cancel, no money credited back. Frauds
