    @GTPLHathwayLtd @reliancejio I am not satisfied with such support, I am not able to use your internet service for 10 days now! This could have been resolved in a day or two, but even after multiple follow-ups & escalation there was no action taken earlier. Why I have to reach out technician & remind them?

    @JioCare we paid for Jio fiber yesterday. Even after 30 hours we keep getting false promises from the person who took money from us. Pathetic experience even before I begin the service.

    @JioCare @Ansha4669 When it's urgent to get connected why should we wait... And have the right to stop the service after due date and can give reminder messages but don't have right to humiliate a human bey when he is on urgency

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have been repeatedly asking to the sales guy and customer care guys bt still no response or invoice is received. The worst thing is my calls are getting cutt when i am calling customer care to ask this. Is this how it is going to be with Jio as well ?? No Good ISP's??

    @JioCare Hello! I have noticed the Jio internet speeds dropping down in the evening a lot, causing issues as I use the same for work. Can this be improved? I just came to know many are facing the same issue

    @JioCare What's wrong with you? very Disappointing. Hell service. I took connection on 7July. Because of your worst service, I requested to cancel after a month. 8June collected setup box. It's been 2 months 12 days. I didn't get refund yet. Ab ap customer ke paise khane lage h?

    @JioCare too much slow jio fiber speed since last 2 weeks. Ur call centers are closed, cant call them. Urgent resolution needed as it is taking toll of our #WFH Schedule.

    @JioCare There is a tower in my village. This problem is daily. I don't know how many days you have been working. How many recharges have been completed in my three months but your network work has not been completed.

    @JioCare Very poor experience with Jio AirFiber. Order: NO0001E0BLPC KYC done on 12 June and β‚Ή2,222 paid as instructed by the field agent. On 16 June, order was put on hold due to a wiring issue. On 17 June, Jio promised installation by 2:30 PM, but there is still no updates

    @JioCare 4 DAYS. No internet. Multiple tickets. Multiple promises. No resolution. Team keeps saying the issue is assigned, but no effective action has been taken. My work has been impacted because of this prolonged outage. Esc it imm to the Nodal Officer, confirm restoration ETA

    @rutu609 @JioCare @airtelindia I also switched from Jio to Airtel for the same reason. Even after contacting them for 5–6 months, they kept saying they would fix it very soon, but they never actually did. That is why I now use Airtel and VI.

    @JioCare it's already been 2 days since i raised the request but no response yet. PINCODE 560077. I am sure that our area is feasible since our neighbours already hold the connection. This is where it's really disappointed where nobody responds even after so much push from the customer
