@MarketingMvrick @reliancejio There was a time when I literally paid 999 plus taxes, for 2 GB of data and still couldn't experience greater or satisfactory customer service. Not getting any exemplary customer service from @reliancejio either, but far more happy with the price that I am paying. #learnorleave

@GTPLHathwayLtd @reliancejio I am not satisfied with such support, I am not able to use your internet service for 10 days now! This could have been resolved in a day or two, but even after multiple follow-ups & escalation there was no action taken earlier. Why I have to reach out technician & remind them?

@gauravh1 @reliancejio I face frequent network drop issues on Jio 5G. If I am travelling the 5G network goes away suddenly and only 4G works. After this, 5G works only after a restart.
