@reliancejio @JioCare I had been complaining from past 1 year regarding the Sales call I had been receiving. As I had registered for DND from past 1 year. But JIO had very bad third class customer support. No resolution uptill now. I had walked in the JIO stores but no use.

My 2279669505 @jio fiber internet is down since Yesterday. It has been more than 25 hrs. They dont even revert on support chat. Local internet is far better then Jio, try revert. Not expected @reliancejio My Whole day salary is gone. @JioCare

Hi @JioCare Facing network issues frm last 3 days wid Jiofiber. Hv tried 2 troubleshoot on app, reached out 2 service, etc. However, when i booked for new connection, d agent called himself & wishes 2 visit! Try help existing customers beside pooling new ones, maybe? #JioFiber
