As I had registered for DND from past 1 year. But JIO had very bad third class customer support. No resolution uptill now. I had walked in the JIO stores but no use.

But everyday they are calling me like useless. As if I am the only customer to them. Shame on Hathway’s and Jio is also useless System inspite of DND I’m getting calls.

Vamsee Sunku (@SunkuVamsee) reported@reliancejio v r using Jio Air Fiber in Hyd. WiFi data completes in just 1-2 weeks itself in every month. Took top up plan for 3 months and it is not visible suddenly. Original and top up plan both no use. Office work is impacted.Pathetic customer service.

My plan is ₹599 + GST, but the bill amount is ₹1117.23, which is incorrect. Previous month payment was already made, and service downtime should also be considered.
