    @JioCare @reliancejio I am not getting the required internet speed/ service at my place:Kudal, Maharashtra Pincode-416520. I have seen people in my vicinity changing their Jio sims to other networks. However being a firm believer in the Jio brand, requesting to pls fix the issue

    @HathwayBrdband @JioCare @reliancejio I had been Harassed by your customer care. I had told I am not in Mumbai. But everyday they are calling me like useless. As if I am the only customer to them. Shame on Hathway’s and Jio is also useless System inspite of DND I’m getting calls.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had been complaining from past 1 year regarding the Sales call I had been receiving. As I had registered for DND from past 1 year. But JIO had very bad third class customer support. No resolution uptill now. I had walked in the JIO stores but no use.

    Despite repeated follow-ups, I only keep receiving new appointment slots and assurances, but there is zero action on the ground. No engineer visits, no permanent solution, and no accountability. Customers who pay annually in advance deserve better support than this. @JioCare

    @JioCare C if I book within 2 hours it get installed if der is problem it takes 2-3 days and who is going to pay for 2 days . If I am in remote location maybe dey will say 30 days ke anderr v will repair plz don't take jio fiber fraud

    My JioFiber connection (NO0001DH1XNE) the indtsllation got cancelled on 27 May still i havent received my refund i have also called multiple times. Worst customer support. Please give me my money back. @reliancejio @JioCare

    No response for days from @JioCare for JioFiber relocation. Raised a request for today, 4-5:30 PM (Order ID: CO0002H5816G), but the silence is deafening. No agent contact yet. Fix this before the slot lapses! @reliancejio

    Jio wtf bkl I recharged 899₹ for 3 months after using 2gb the network speed drops to 64kbps and my network shifts from 5g to 4g all day When asked to your my jio customer service it replied after 2gb my speed will be limited to 64kbps @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I clearly told the executive to schedule the visit for 8th jun. Why the hell she scheduled it for 9th ? This is the 2nd time I hve raised an issue in month of june.
