    @reliancejio @JioCare I had been complaining from past 1 year regarding the Sales call I had been receiving. As I had registered for DND from past 1 year. But JIO had very bad third class customer support. No resolution uptill now. I had walked in the JIO stores but no use.

    @HathwayBrdband @JioCare @reliancejio I had been Harassed by your customer care. I had told I am not in Mumbai. But everyday they are calling me like useless. As if I am the only customer to them. Shame on Hathway’s and Jio is also useless System inspite of DND I’m getting calls.

    @JioCare I want to clarify that this is not an issue with a specific app. The moment I am on a call, the mobile data stops working completely. I cannot use any internet-based services or apps until the call ends. This is a persistent issue

    Very poor service from @reliancejio in 421201 (Dombivli) from last 2 weeks. Earlier I used to get full 5G (200+ Mbps), now I can barely make calls or use data at home. Complaint already raised but no action. What are we paying for? Please fix this ASAP.

    Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. I have complained multiple times about my internet speed , but no solution has been provided. Tried calling customer care many times today and no one even answered. This is unacceptable. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hi Abhishek, the issue is frequent call drops, poor voice clarity and sometimes calls do not connect due to very weak signal at my address Punjabi Bagh Extension, New Delhi 110026). All 5 Jio numbers here are facing the same problem. Kindly arrange a network check at location.
