@JioCare Moreover just next to my flat at my neighbor house there is a jio fiber installed with the set top box . So how this is possible that they are eligible and i am not ? Is jio is kidding with the customer? And sales person do not bother to pick up the phone after registration .

@JioCare This is the worst i am supposed with JIO . I have registered 2nd time . Every time a sales person comes to my house and do the registration with all the payment . By giving me a hope that installation would be done within same day . And the same would not be happens .

Feedback: Dear @MobiKwik your #Amex card is not working on @reliancejio app for recharge transactions. Each time the transaction fails with response 'We didn't get any response from your bank.' Maybe fix it? :)

If you are planning to go for @reliancejio fiber, i would recommend you to think thousands times before subscribing. They have the worst customer support I have ever expirenced. It's been 3 days since it's not working and they have no answer to it. @JioCare #jiofiber

@JioCare horrible custmer service fibre down since yest.. engineer visit scheduled at 12 gets auto changed to 4 pm ..15 min before suddenly calls at 11.45 that the enginer is coming.. says changed frm backend ..then why seek time frm cust ?Jio care hangs after a long wait.

3 Reasons why we shudn't buy Jiofiber postpaid 1. We cannot pay it's bill via Amazon or phone pe apps. 2. We can never talk to it's real customer care on phone. It's cc is fully based on bots. 3. Post paid bills needs to be paid on advance for one month. So funny! @JioCare
