    @JioCare your internet strength is very poor, within a distance of 20 -30 metres the wifi strength goes down to 1/2. I have been trying to solve it, I have to stay in one-room to work...

    @JioCare Tell me one thing, If I have a huge dependency on internet connectivity, do I wait for so many days, when jio will do the installation at my home? I have important tasks so anyhow I need to install it. So, I have already installed internet connection from other service provider.

    @ParasmeSaurabh Network is good, but I will agree customer care is worse, I purchased Jio phone from Jio store and Jio store did not provide bill, so I asked @JioCare to give me on Twitter then did not give it, they said go back to store, I decided will never purchase anything from Jio store

    @JioCare The request was raised on April 20, 2026 and yet a week later there is no resolution. How do you expect customers to survive waiting for technical resolution??? At this rate I might as well cancel the subscription and go elsewhere. #FAIL
