@JioCare Purchased one jiofy battery from Konnagar Service Centre, Hooghly,WB on 21/7/20 but exhausting within 4hrs. Kindly arrange to replace by a good one.

Intent is completely missing and the urge is not there. @VodafoneIN @Idea using this COVID situation as an excuse to do nothing on ground.

@reliancejio I have a jiophone which is really very problematic phone. After 6months used the keypad did not work properly. After 1yr used the phone signal blinking i.e. the jiophone was not working.

@reliancejio @JioCare from 2008 to 2013 I used Airtel network, 2013 to 2018 Idea but never faced signals issues and internet issues but I just fed up with Jio network. low network, low internet speed during the call getting voice issue and call disconnecting. Please resolve issue
