@reliancejio @JioCare please look into your network at Serampore. Almost everyday from 3: 30 to 6: 30 unable to use internet. Even other times also internet network is so poor. Requesting to take urgent steps.

@JioCare No, Never, Your team and Jio not helped on this issue, not even get a proper response. Jio TAT is 24hr but the issue not fixed even after 48hrs. Now also you are not giving the proper justification for your delay in service. We never face such a worest service.
