    Harassment from @JioCare officials-Mr Kaushik Das visited my premises : Saw the fiber connection not installed properly and this is the 2nd visit from Jio Officials to not resolve the issue - instead he came threatened and left. I am pissed @reliancejio

    This is something really disturbing, from last 3 days the network is pathetic which we haven't faced before. The entire area seems like network shutdown after having jio tower in 100 mtrs from my residence. Really disappointed, plz do something @relianceji @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Day 12 of a simple JioFiber relocation. Today via DM, your team confirmed a technician visit at 4:30 PM. No technician arrived. No call. No update. Another promise broken. Is this Jio’s idea of customer service? #pathetic
