They attract people by providing features like subscriptions of OTT apps,etc., and on the other hand, compromising with after sales service. My net is dead for last 8 days and now they ask for 72 hours more.

It is very clear to me with the standard generic response. Fooling people. This is due to the presence of Airtel fiber in my area, the vendors are not laying the Jio fiber cable.
