@JioCare Hey your network is on terrible shape since the Cyclone hit Calcutta more than a month ago. My network has disappeared even though it shows 5 bars on the screen. I can even get thru on 198. I think it's time to go back to Airtel.

@JioCare I have complained many times about the worst network issues and also requested the jio Giga fibre many times for a year. After realising it can not be helped I recharged @airtelindia and getting up to 5MBps speed. May be after finishing up of plan jio sim will be useless.

@JioCare I got Jio fiber connection disconnected after a month and the device being collected I was assured of my refund of Rs 2500. It has been over a month and a half I still await my refund. Called Jio customer service over 4 times but still in vain. Pathetic customer service!
