    @JioCare This seems to be an auto generated reply which I have been getting since years, rather compensate for this problem and I will bear with u till that time being you say. Either compensate for the 3rd class cheap service ur providing me Or Give me the service for which I'm paying.

    @JioCare This is the worst i am supposed with JIO . I have registered 2nd time . Every time a sales person comes to my house and do the registration with all the payment . By giving me a hope that installation would be done within same day . And the same would not be happens .

    @JioCare You guys are not understanding my concern .You are just coping and pasting your scripted dialogues to maintain your image. If you have any sense of understanding then why installation should be pending since 3 days.i want my full money rs 2500 back .As i didn't want such service

    @JioCare Moreover just next to my flat at my neighbor house there is a jio fiber installed with the set top box . So how this is possible that they are eligible and i am not ? Is jio is kidding with the customer? And sales person do not bother to pick up the phone after registration .

    @JioCare if you are not able to provide service to your customer then why you are giving false promises. Your installation agent are giving illogical arguments for installation . Now that is enough . I want my money 2500 rs back .

    But the service installation team will not even call you for 3-4 days for installation. They just extends the dates in the name of huge demands. As they have already taken the installation charges, they will come as per their wish. #Thinkbeforeinstalling #reliancejio #broadband

    @JioCare your customer care abs your engineers are inefficient! Been facing disconnection issues for 10/14 days . There is no compensation or even concession for the unused days. And the CC agents aren’t registering a complaint citing to “outage” issue!
