@JioCare @reliancejio my Jio fiber wasn’t working on 10th September. I complained and it was resolved on 11th September. Again today since 4pm onwards, the same isn’t working. Again Jio fiber not working.

@JioCare Then how is this a resolution? You are not sharing the correct information while advertising the same. What your plan includes it doesn't say anything about STB. This isn't acceptable.

Special mention to Jio customer care executive 'Purnima' who simply had to say her own words and didn't let me speak Jio Customer care is of No help. They do not provide any help to customers. They simply know how to harrass and trouble innocent customers @reliancejio @JioCare

The best part was dismantling the antennae that renders the perfect place for birds and pigeons siting on it and littering it with their occasional bird droppings.
