    @Jiocare i tried to calling customer support on jio helpline no.198 and i waited for 30min and thereafter he picked my call and suddenly hang up my call.i have problem with internet speed in my area jio gives me0.04or 0.85kb max speed and i recharged myno.Worth 444rs @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare You guys call customers 100 times just to do one recharge. But, what about your customer service. Really worst network issue till date @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your rep visited my premises 5 minutes back without new router to replace the old one received by me several years back with the launch of Jio fibre service in Delhi.I was promised a replacement in September.Please replace ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Internet is down & customer can not connect to jio. Thay just told team is working on it. Internet is down from yesterday. Still not restored. Worst service provider.

    @reliancejio Jio was never true 4G then True 5G is a myth. If people get a chance to completely Ban fake 4G network from India, then Jio would be the first network to get thrown out for fake advertisements.

    @JioCare I am using jio number 7005318776 but from last 20 days there has been no internet connection in my home. My home address is BM Apartment, Papu nallah , Yupia Tinali, Itanagar, Pin 791110. I have raised the issue several times but this network problem is not yet solved.
