    @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmba There is absolutely no jio network in our area. People are frustrated. Despite repeated complaints from many users, jio is not responding. Many people tried porting out to get the attention but that too gone fruitless. Please look into it.

    @Jiocare i tried to calling customer support on jio helpline no.198 and i waited for 30min and thereafter he picked my call and suddenly hang up my call.i have problem with internet speed in my area jio gives me0.04or 0.85kb max speed and i recharged myno.Worth 444rs @reliancejio

    7 times I raised request for change of ownership of Jio air fibre. I followed correct steps on MyJio app and uploaded valid PDF documents which were less than 2 MB file size. Inspite of this Jio air fibre customer care has rejected without giving precise reason. @JioCare

    @JioCare Is this the level of service customers should expect from JioFiber? The service technician says he will come only when he gets time. My issue is still unresolved. Please look into this and provide proper support.

    @JioCare From past one week i am facing Jio wifi internet issue. its keeps fluctuating.I am not seeing option to contact customer care. One of the worst service. If you can't resolve i will move to Actfibernet.

    The worst fibre services which I ever experienced is @reliancejio @jio_fiber @JioCare they are not able to fix a wire cut case from last 2 days. Every time I raise a request there engineering doesn't come on time. No solution on there helpline number also.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Every time I contact support, I receive the same responses: either "work is in progress" or "the tower is overloaded." If Jio is unable to provide proper 4G/5G services, then why are customers being charged for 5G plans?

    Disappointed with the pathetic service of @JioCare. Despite 1 year of persistent issues with my AirFiber, there is zero resolution. Your support team just keeps repeating the "4-hour resolution" lie. No Complaint ID is ever provided. Now, the internet disconnects every 5-10 min
