    @Jiocare i tried to calling customer support on jio helpline no.198 and i waited for 30min and thereafter he picked my call and suddenly hang up my call.i have problem with internet speed in my area jio gives me0.04or 0.85kb max speed and i recharged myno.Worth 444rs @reliancejio

    @JioCare , sales person came on 14th August and confirmed that installations shall happen in 48 hours. 10 days have passed and the gentleman isn't taking calls and not even bothered to respond back. I can provide all details to you. Looking for quick resolution

    @JioCare Do not go for jio fibre. They will charge you more and wont do refund its not our fault. They do not have service everywhere. Their customer care does not help you. They keep asking same questions.
