    @Jiocare i tried to calling customer support on jio helpline no.198 and i waited for 30min and thereafter he picked my call and suddenly hang up my call.i have problem with internet speed in my area jio gives me0.04or 0.85kb max speed and i recharged myno.Worth 444rs @reliancejio

    @reliancejio It been 2 months the failure transaction which is successful, when I am calling to customer care they are saying its been escalated and nothing is going forward, kindly request someone to look into my issue and resolve at the earliest !!! Thanks in advance !

    @JioCare JioFiber connection no. +911762315448 is not working, trying to chase you since morning. Engineer visit was scheduled for today 3-4pm but no one visited and now it is rescheduled from your end for tomorrow. How am I supposed to work till tmrw.please get it fixed ASAP

    @JioCare My Jiofiber is down since 3 days , lodged a complaint, 2 engineers visited still no action . I want to switch off my line , this is pathetic service. Balance recharge money must be refunded along with caution money on immediate basis.
