    @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmba There is absolutely no jio network in our area. People are frustrated. Despite repeated complaints from many users, jio is not responding. Many people tried porting out to get the attention but that too gone fruitless. Please look into it.

    @Jiocare i tried to calling customer support on jio helpline no.198 and i waited for 30min and thereafter he picked my call and suddenly hang up my call.i have problem with internet speed in my area jio gives me0.04or 0.85kb max speed and i recharged myno.Worth 444rs @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare You guys call customers 100 times just to do one recharge. But, what about your customer service. Really worst network issue till date @JioCare

    @JioCare The Problem Still Continues. Today is the last day of my previous recharge. And if it doesn't get solved . I will surrender my connection and will go with other options in the market.

    @bsnl_care please stop fooling. This is not the first time. Always suffering with BSNL. No any App works on bsnl sim, so what's the use of it? Now it's better to move to @reliancejio @airtelindia or some other mobile network who gives better service at cheaper rates

    @JioCare, the registration representative has fled after the registration is done (AirFiber NO0001DR81RS), entered a wrong date for installation while I wanted it done today. Now he is unreachable on phone. CustCare numbers never reach a human. Hope now you'll take some action?

    Very disappointed with Jio's service. My mobile number 7991145104 has been deactivated due to non-recharge. This is not the first time—my number was previously deactivated and I had to pay extra charges to get it restored. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare : still no reply or resolution. Looks like despite paying for 6 months, jio wants to ensure customer suffers with suspended service thanks to fault in the app.

    Extremely disappointed with @jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio. Applied for Jio Air Fibre relocation—old connection cut on time, but no installation! Scheduled for 28/05, nobody showed up. Emailed for 31/05, zero response. My work is completely stalled. Fix this ASAP
