    @Jiocare i tried to calling customer support on jio helpline no.198 and i waited for 30min and thereafter he picked my call and suddenly hang up my call.i have problem with internet speed in my area jio gives me0.04or 0.85kb max speed and i recharged myno.Worth 444rs @reliancejio

    @JioCare You asked me for the co-ordinates of my location. 27.2680999, 82.5945651 What did you do for this co-ordinate after complaint? At that time there was network traffic (As you have been telling me for 6 months).

    @murali_arem Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I was facing the same issues and was so frustrated with network and speed issues one fine day I decided to port to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better you also give @JioCare services a try

    @JioCare @reliancejio why jio fiber isn't working from 28 hrs our whole area is facing this issue and if we call helpline they say that it will be on within 2 hrs.I have been calling them 28.Its above 24 hrs and from my plan one day has been wasted without use.This how Jio works.
