@Jiocare i tried to calling customer support on jio helpline no.198 and i waited for 30min and thereafter he picked my call and suddenly hang up my call.i have problem with internet speed in my area jio gives me0.04or 0.85kb max speed and i recharged myno.Worth 444rs @reliancejio

Complained about @reliancejio services in the beginning of December, January,February. And now,it's March but still no improvement in mobile internet speed.Speed at times is 4kbps.Problem exists for last 10 months. Either @JioCare must solve else I have to move out @airtelindia.

@JioCare I am facing low coverage at my home due to that problem in calling and deadly slow speed of internet. After doing troubleshooting in my jio app it's suggesting you are at low coverage area move where network is good. Do I need to port?? The coverage was superb few yrs ago here.

As per Service Request Number SR0000140NLA, refund of Security deposit for Jio Number 9024600390 has been processed via NEFT. Refund will reflect in your account in 7-10 working days. @reliancejio still 10days not over 😡.

@reliancejio Worst support. Helplines are useless as it consume your time and for all inputs the ivr recites offers only. Even no reply on emailed queries. Redirect from myjio to an invalid number. इतने घटिया कैसे हो सकते हो बे Be careful. It'll sink ur ship. #jioworst
