@Jiocare i tried to calling customer support on jio helpline no.198 and i waited for 30min and thereafter he picked my call and suddenly hang up my call.i have problem with internet speed in my area jio gives me0.04or 0.85kb max speed and i recharged myno.Worth 444rs @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmba There is absolutely no jio network in our area. People are frustrated. Despite repeated complaints from many users, jio is not responding. Many people tried porting out to get the attention but that too gone fruitless. Please look into it.

@JioCare You guys are not understanding the problem. Don't refund amount in the source account as It is of that delivery guy, he paid to Jio for me. And I paid him in his Paytm. So refund in my registered number via paytm or Gpay

@reliancejio You people has launched the so called 5G service but have you ever checked the 4G network. Really fed-up with the quality of network you people are offering. First strengthen your 4G network and then work for the upgradation. #Needachange #Wrostnetwork
