Despite repeated complaints from many users, jio is not responding. Many people tried porting out to get the attention but that too gone fruitless. Please look into it.

Chhayank Mehta (@chhayank) reportedSo here is the nuisance of @JioCare They book service calls for internet issue, and then never send the engineer. Attaching screenshot as proof that Jio had assured of sending technician to resolve no internet service at home. Jiocare smartly removes the service request itself from app. Glad that I had taken screenshot. If @JioCare does not take corrective action then I shall be constrianed to file complaint with consumer forums and authorities.

Inappropriate communication and gaslighting with incorrect information on mails is not accepted even if there was a huge technological failure. It is a #trust #deficit issue now.
