Despite repeated complaints from many users, jio is not responding. Many people tried porting out to get the attention but that too gone fruitless. Please look into it.

Responses have been rude and unprofessional. If a service cannot be delivered, it should not be promised. Very disappointing experience.

This problem has been occurring for many months, and I am still experiencing very low speeds and frequent disconnections. I am extremely frustrated and need a permanent resolution.
