Despite repeated complaints from many users, jio is not responding. Many people tried porting out to get the attention but that too gone fruitless. Please look into it.

My wifi is not showing 2.4 Ghz band, due to this all my smart devices got useless. On customer care support they told me that now software is updated and can't show 2.4 Ghz.
