    @Jiocare i tried to calling customer support on jio helpline no.198 and i waited for 30min and thereafter he picked my call and suddenly hang up my call.i have problem with internet speed in my area jio gives me0.04or 0.85kb max speed and i recharged myno.Worth 444rs @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have been waiting for jio fiber installation for last 3days, every day i get a sms saying installation appointment is fixed then after couple of hours it is rescheduled to next day. Even your customer care number is only IVR and no human help. what should i do?
