@Jiocare i tried to calling customer support on jio helpline no.198 and i waited for 30min and thereafter he picked my call and suddenly hang up my call.i have problem with internet speed in my area jio gives me0.04or 0.85kb max speed and i recharged myno.Worth 444rs @reliancejio

@reliancejio highly disappointed with Jio fiber connection. No one attend fault ticket even after 3 business days. Every time calling jio care they set new date for tech visit. Worst service ever seen. Ticket#SR00001ABL7U. HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE TEAM.
