    @Jiocare i tried to calling customer support on jio helpline no.198 and i waited for 30min and thereafter he picked my call and suddenly hang up my call.i have problem with internet speed in my area jio gives me0.04or 0.85kb max speed and i recharged myno.Worth 444rs @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmba There is absolutely no jio network in our area. People are frustrated. Despite repeated complaints from many users, jio is not responding. Many people tried porting out to get the attention but that too gone fruitless. Please look into it.

    @JioCare Hi Shubham, Refrain from using scripted words like 'appreciate' and 'inconvenience.' I believe these words hold little meaning for JioFibre. Actions speak louder than words. I am still waiting for the internet service to be restored.

    @JioCare Check reply of Shireen..Nobody asked for a rent rebate. We asked for quality service and accountability. You wasted 3 days of our time and then claimed there was 'no delay.' Our time is worth far more than your rebate. Answer the question instead of sending template replies.
