Despite repeated complaints from many users, jio is not responding. Many people tried porting out to get the attention but that too gone fruitless. Please look into it.

I have been loyal so far but looks like I need to switch to @airtelindia or @reliancejio as my primary service provider. This is the worst service I've ever experienced from Jio. Extremely disappointed with the delay and the lack of proper customer support.
