    @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmba There is absolutely no jio network in our area. People are frustrated. Despite repeated complaints from many users, jio is not responding. Many people tried porting out to get the attention but that too gone fruitless. Please look into it.

    @Jiocare i tried to calling customer support on jio helpline no.198 and i waited for 30min and thereafter he picked my call and suddenly hang up my call.i have problem with internet speed in my area jio gives me0.04or 0.85kb max speed and i recharged myno.Worth 444rs @reliancejio

    @JioCare I don't get network in places like basement or in closed places and it fluctuates..SIM is around 10 yrs old..is it because of SIM or because of Jio's pathetic service

    @JioCare @JioCare i have been waiting for my jio air fiber connection from 5 days now. Daily customer care executive will tell that tomorrow connection will be done. Now third time it has been rescheduled for 2nd June. How long I have to wait for a simple fiber connection.

    @sarvagyadixit @JioCare @reliancejio service has been disappointing for the past years. Complaints keep getting rescheduled from the backend, as they divert the assigned engineers to new connection installation instead of resolving existing complaints in their bucket.
