    @Jiocare i tried to calling customer support on jio helpline no.198 and i waited for 30min and thereafter he picked my call and suddenly hang up my call.i have problem with internet speed in my area jio gives me0.04or 0.85kb max speed and i recharged myno.Worth 444rs @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare such an unprofessional kind of working your company have adapted. Yesterday raised an issue for internet not working which was to be ready by 4PM .Now talking to tollcare no. ,it will take more 24hours to get the problem solved. Why do you have engineer then

    @JioCare I paid for jio and was waiting for it to get installed on 4thand it got postponed to 6thand I was really disappointed in jio I only booked jio fiber because of the fast installation if I knew this would happen I would have some other network and would have got it by now

    @JioCare I'm sorry but the jio store does not think so that procuring a choice number is an easy process. They are guiding me to a local sim card dealer for a choice number and are saying that we don't provide choice numbers and company replies on Twitter are all crap
