    @Jiocare i tried to calling customer support on jio helpline no.198 and i waited for 30min and thereafter he picked my call and suddenly hang up my call.i have problem with internet speed in my area jio gives me0.04or 0.85kb max speed and i recharged myno.Worth 444rs @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare any one who calls on my number gets an impression that it's switched off, which is not the case. Why the service is getting detiorating for whole day and multiple times a month. Is this going to be resolved any soon or should I look elsewhere?

    @JioCare most hopeless network on planet.most of the time they didn't have any speed & only late night or early morning they are better.if they didn't able to handle customer then shut down..
