I am fully tired with jio. Last four months I regularly complain about network, calling & internet issues. But I think jio doesn't want to take care customer. I want refund and I don't want to be a part of jio family. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Their is no internet on my jio fiber wifi router and this problem arises every alternate days, during this period of work from home can't even rely on your jio fiber service, I had drop my service request no on your message box....Unreliable Internet Service Provider!

@JioCare I was given wrong information in call at 2:30PM that Technician will come and fix the problem at 5PM on Feb, 6th 2022, but no one came till now. I had to call CC now, CC exceuive who answered now given one new TAT as Feb, 8th 2022. Why CC team don't have right info?
