@reliancejio @JioCare I have called my Trial on 29th of July & my device got picked up on 05th of Aug but I've haven't got my refund yet, I couldn't talk to the customer care, whenever I asked my Service Provider, all he says that 'It will get refund' bt when.. kindly initiate it

@JioCare Hello JIO. Im using oneplus 7 with primary JIO no. Secondary sim from Vodafone Idea, that I want to port in JIO. Pls suggest and confirm me first can I play both JIO sim in my oneplus 7 phone? Can Incoming outgoing and using data with both JIO sim without any problem.

After wasting so much time on your toll free number or your app I am unable to raise complaint. Solving the issue is a different project altogether Jio is good untiill you don't face any issue once there is issue you have to execute a project w lodge a complaint @JioCare
