@JioCare It's being a week now still not able to acess the jio network on my smart TV...no sales person is yet bothered to give any service those who just came running to attend a sales connection call now not even answering our after sales calls

@JioCare Worst Customer Service. Booked 4K Setup Box with yesterday 7PM Slot for Home Delivery. But no one contacted me yet. And Speed also not upto the mark after finished trial of Jio Fiber and recharged with paid plan.

@reliancejio @JioCare Hi team, Recently I recharged my Jio number (80XXXX5734) & turns out I recharged 80XXXX5434. It was a mistake from my end. But the recharge amount is Rs2599. I am actually hoping to help me, because I've been loyal jio customer since Nov 2016 @MukeshAmbanima
