@JioCare Your Jio representative and technician is non-responsive. I booked new jio fiber connection 3 days ago. Still no update from your side. Either reassign the installation technician or cancel the order and refund the amount.

@JioCare Pathetic service , request keeps on rescheduling, technician asks bribe and half of the time they just cancel or mark request completed without even doing it. we also have been forced to buy a new connection and cancel old one istead of solving issue#jio #reliancejio

@JioCare my son is not studying as Internet service is down from more than 24 hours of my jio FIBER and your team is rescheduled engineer visits 4 times. This is the way you are treating the customers. Now you see if my Internet is not restored before 3 u’ll lose 150 connections

@JioCare Not happy with the service. I have 2 Jio number and everytime my phones are idle, they loose the ability to make and receive calls. I have full network coverage and data works too but totally unable to make and receive calls. Please get in touch with me urgently
