    Its terrific to that you WFH and you had invested in the BB connection but it generally cuts off and you are without the service and your entire work depends on the service. In my case I have noticed whenever a engineer visited my place he gave a different advice. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup applied for a wifi connection on July 10 & paid the connection fee with the promise connection will be provided on the same day. Already 4th day, no luck. Sales manager stopped responding. Please help.. feeling cheated. ASM- Yash Kashyap M- 6207900796

    @Airtel_Presence Hi @Airtel_Presence I have done a bit of troubleshooting from my end as well.Why not insert @reliancejio sim in the same handset and see how it works?You know what, it did wonders to the network.

    Dear @reliancejio I know my plan is going to be expired soon and thank you for reminding, but sending tons of sms and 10-15 sec remainder on every call is overwhelming, I may have some serious issues where I want the call to go through immediately. Please think.

    @JioCare after signed up for autopay my autopay is yet to be trigger, already called customer case but unfortunately issue is yet to be resolved.

    I think Reliance Jio is Looting the Customers in the name of Lock Down for the Last 2-3 months. I think I am using 2G network over the last few months. Good Job 👍👌@JioCare @reliancejio . It's now the time we should Shift to some other network I Guess.

    @reliancejio The network signal in my location is strong.. Even though, all the jio users of this location donot get data speed. The max speed goes upto 120kbps.. Facing issue in this location. Complaining frm 6 month.. But still no resolution provided by ur team.. Very poor srvc

    @JioCare Atleast give a contact number to reach out to someone or any valid email I'd.. Wifi is down again & unable to work.. if I contact the assistant they ask me to call and when I call they ask me to chat, hv dropped email, chatted and called the support team but no response.

    @reliancejio Jio network is very poor in my room (Belgaria, Dhanbad, jharakhand -828201)and broadband service is bad .long time I will try for high speed internet connection but No body have to solution of my problem.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your network is very poor in the pin code area 828129. Internet connection is not working properly. Everypage is opening very late. Not able to join meeting due to poor network.who is responsible for this.

    @JioCare I understand this acts as a reminder for uninterrupted service, but on every call I make? 5-6 msgs?? Don't you think its way too much. If I am stuck in an emergency situation do you think i would care about my plans validity reminder?

    @JioCare @OfficialAranya It’s seem they don’t care. I am also facing the same issue. They only provide false time slots and rescheduled it again and again.

    @reliancejio Thirdclass customer care team is yet to fix billing issue. Bill is now overdue by a day and still thirdclass @JioCare has not fixed it. And dont comment promo offer here with your bots. Its a billing issue after downgrading plan. #thirdclassjio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please Check Service request of 3rd May 2026-- SR000034YTGB. Tried filing in a service request from 2nd May 2026 onwards and finally registered by Jiocare on 3rd May after 6 calls to jio customer care. Check your call logs or I can furnish same.

    @JioCare Update: @JioCare says they’re “working on it”, but multiple users have reported the same issue for months even over a year with no resolution. Undelivered SIMs, unreachable delivery agents, no accountability. This isn’t an isolated case, it’s a systemic problem.

    @DKMahant @JioCare After a desperate 8 days without internet an engineer visited my house and restored my internet service. one Mr Gopal who visited earlier to address my concern reset my router and didn't have courtesy to apprise me about resetting my password. His number 9717365549. Take action.
