Wifi is down again & unable to work.. if I contact the assistant they ask me to call and when I call they ask me to chat, hv dropped email, chatted and called the support team but no response.

In my case I have noticed whenever a engineer visited my place he gave a different advice. @JioCare

You have options to relocate/transfer etc but not cancellation. There is no intuitive way to cancel an existing connection. I want to cancel my existing connection

Chat support seems to keep saying "We are expanding" each time. This time they gave me a 120 days timeline to fix this issue after my second complaint since they closed first.
