@JioCare Atleast give a contact number to reach out to someone or any valid email I'd.. Wifi is down again & unable to work.. if I contact the assistant they ask me to call and when I call they ask me to chat, hv dropped email, chatted and called the support team but no response.

Its terrific to that you WFH and you had invested in the BB connection but it generally cuts off and you are without the service and your entire work depends on the service. In my case I have noticed whenever a engineer visited my place he gave a different advice. @JioCare

@reliancejio Whenever there is a powercut in my locality, the network just does down all of a sudden. No internet. Calls hardly work. This has been happening for over a year now. What the hell is the problem? Are you not paying the tower maintenance guys for the generator fuel?

@reliancejio looking to get a #JioFiber connection at Kolkata but not getting the service activated. The server seems to be down and there is no way to contact a Human in the helpline number to speak too !! That's a terrible customer experience !
