    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioSaavn Feedback: caller tunes sound quality is very very poor, users loves to set up their loved tune but caller tune sound quality is super poor than the actual sound. It is disappointing, please see if you can improve in that section. Thanks

    The worst customer service that lack efficient training and quality in no particular order 3 - Jio Customer Care 2 - Jio Nodal officer 1 - Jio appellate This is because @JioCare pay their staff so less that they are never motivated to resolve complaints. Leave alone being rude!

    @JioCare @reliancejio I own a jio fiber conctn, last date to pay bill was 10 April, today mor I see the servics are suspendd. There can b sme issue, may b sme family emergncy tht someone was not able 2 pay the bill, wht is the logic in suspendng service in 2 days post due date

    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users at my location are enjoying Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @JioCare If a customer cannot cancel without losing prepaid money, then ensuring uninterrupted service and timely repairs should be the bare minimum responsibility. Expecting customers to wait endlessly while work/business suffers is unacceptable. @JioCare

    @reliancejio There is no general outage in my colony. However, my Wi-Fi has been down since June 5th. A tower (A6) is down and isn't being fixed, so my Wi-Fi isn't working. My SR Number is: SR000037PGJB. Give me a call; I have sent the number to you personally.

    Samsung Galaxy S26+ (USA variant) and using it on Jio India. Despite being a 5G phone, I'm only getting 4G. Jio says the USA ver isn't supported for Jio 5G. Can @JioCare why? Band issue, certification issue, or policy? @reliancejio #Jio5G #Samsung suggest use @airtelindia
