    @Jio_Offl @JioCare Team its been more than a week that the payment to install the set top box is made, but there is no response from the team for installation. Also the customer care agents are unable to understand the issue. Please resolve asap.

    @JioCare Day 16 still no resolution. Relocation yet not happened of internet line. What I am to take from this ???? This is ridiculous. I want my money back which I paid to you guys for a year in advance as I've not used the internet since 16days and its going down the drain. Jio 👎👎👎👎

    @JioCare My subscription ends on 11th. It will be a good riddance.Your last response was 5days ago.Other than that there has been no action at all. My problem continues as it is.3 moths of suffering for no fault of mine is really too much in this age of technology.Keep it up @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio no body from jio fiber is picking calls, they only want to complete the targets and sell their jio fibre connection. Post that they are not even picking up the call to understand costumer problem. Worst experience from jio. Please take your connection back.

    @JioCare @reliancejio what does it take to fulfill a service request raised. A ticket was created and automatically closed by your team, so I got it recreated on 21st July and since then waiting for a person to visit my place to fix the issue. I called 4/5 times to CC.
