    @JioCare i have complained 2 times so far that I cannot make or receive calls sometimes, i am not able to call any emergency numbers like 100. So far my issue remains unresolved. If Jio is not able to resolve my issue i will have to port out.

    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users are able to enjoy Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @JioCare Its surprising to note that we can't have access to older invoice.Which company is doing that only yours? Was not able to access the Invoice of Sept'22. Kindly be customer friendly in your support. Does your acc also deletes it after 180 days, then y not access to clients.

    What the hell, again call drop issue after 35 secs cannot hear other side. I just lost my important meeting, why don't lock the company if u cannot provide the services. I just ported the number from @airtelindia and i really miss their good service @JioCare hate ur service guys.

    @JioCinema app is not smooth at all. While watching highlights if you press back 10 second button then video freezes and commentary runs. Very pathetic experience @BCCI of watching ipl this year. Hope you address this issue at earliest @reliancejio

    @JioCare I've scheduled technician visit for today at 7 pm. But the technician has automatically rescheduled it for Monday. My internet is completely down. I'm not able to do any work. I need this issue to be fixed soon.

    Dear @JioCare, enough is enough. My complaint registered on 7 July is STILL unresolved. Instead of fixing the issue, you keep marking it as “resolved” without actually resolving anything. Your negligence has directly impacted my work and caused financial losses. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I will file a complaint before the Consumer Commission and claim compensation for the losses incurred due to your deficient service. All chats, complaint records, and timelines have been documented. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights

    . @JioCare it's been 3 days with no internet. The 1st engineer visited but said he couldn't fix it &asked me to book another engineer. I did, but the 2nd engineer didn't even show up. Tmw is the FIFA final,&my Wi-Fi is still down. Please resolve this urgently.
