trying to get a broadband connection from Jio for the last 3 weeks-it has been a horrible experience@Ashok Towers. I had Tatasky broadband come in and install the same service in less than six hours! Jio gigafiber not fairing well. @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @JioGigaFiber #tatasky

Well @reliancejio this is seriously not done ! Here in Worli..I have got absolutely zero network on my Jio simcard. Even in being such an open place , there is no network at all. I habe to rely on my friend's hotspot every damn time. In other places it works well , No doubt.

@reliancejio the network issue at breach candy hospital is not yet resolved. It's been at least more than a year now. You're following Airtel and Vodafone with poor network. The challenge is to give better network.

@JioCare Problem is with all numbers. #JioGigafiber is not available at 950m from Andheri railway station, #Mumbai. Such a prominent location. And, even #Jiocellularnetwork is 99% call drop, no tower, sudden drops, sudden cuts FOR MY ENTIRE FAMILY, after we all dis 1699 plan.

@reliancejio Reliance must improve it's customer service first. I switched in Airtel from Jio due to network issue as after so complains there is no resolution whether it's Jaipur, capital of Rajasthan. Now I am facing network issue in Jio fiber for 2 days and there is no resolution so far.
