    @JioCare Hi, my registered mobile number is 9930509055. I had called your customer care, for discontinue my Jio fiber connection And asking for the deposit amount. I come ro know a different story altogether that jio will be charging an installation fee which was never conveyed.

    @reliancejio TERRIBLE SERVICE No internet in the entire building but no help! After many calls your team raised service request and said it will be prepared in 24 hrs We work from home I hope you know that how is 24 hrs a service repair time ? Pls send a team and resolve!

    @JioCare @rishwagandhi But when I had taken the device inwas told that 2500rs will be the deposit amount and will be refunded when I discontinue the service. And now I have been told that 1000rs will be deducted from the deposit amount.

    @reliancejio there not been one call since morning on which I could speak properly. Every call either got disconnected by itself or the opposite person cannot hear me or my voice is completely cracking. At first I thought could be problem wit my phone but everyone is facing same

    @reliancejio have tried getting a jio fiber connection for our building and after several phones letters over the past 2 years no response. So much for so called jio service. All talk no service

    @JioFiberVoice @JioCare don't you want to consider sale deed as a proof of address what kind of KYC are you taking..i gave you my adhar card, passport what else do you need for getting an internet connection.. please don't penalise customer so much that cus look for the others
