@reliancejio before going for 5G rectify your 4G network. Trying to book ticket from UTS mobile app but all efforts in vain, never faced issue with Vodafone network while booking ticket. This time I recharged #jio4g to give a try but disappointed. Better to stay with #Vodafone

@JioCare Renewed my Gold connection today afternoon for another month. I haven’t got the 250GB voucher for the month of Feb 2020. Kindly fix this issue asap. I can only see 500GB. No vouchers in “my voucher” section.

@JioCare I received a call 2 days ago that the team is working to fix the issue. But there is no improvement. Slow speed issue continues. I believe switching to @airtelindia is the only option as it offers good speed in the area.
