@JioCare I received a call 2 days ago that the team is working to fix the issue. But there is no improvement. Slow speed issue continues. I believe switching to @airtelindia is the only option as it offers good speed in the area.

@reliancejio before going for 5G rectify your 4G network. Trying to book ticket from UTS mobile app but all efforts in vain, never faced issue with Vodafone network while booking ticket. This time I recharged #jio4g to give a try but disappointed. Better to stay with #Vodafone

@PSVN1966 I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.
