@JioCare Would love to be your customer soon. These idiots seems to have taken customers for granted. I have 8 Airtel connections and they don't have courtesy to resolve the issue after complaining for minimum 5 times over phone and writing 3 emails.

@JioCare Day 7: Still no update, no calls, no engineer visit, Internet still down. I have registered a complaint with the consumer forums regarding the same against Jio and their appellate authority. Also, faults more than 5 days according to @trai guidelines should get rent rebate

@JioCare I have subscribed to your Gold plan i.e. supposedly 250mbps but the router provided cannot deliver >50mbps. Complained 4-5 times. Assured router replacement. But no resolution or even contact. Pathetic!

@JioCare So many subscriptions available free with the 300mbps connection - Prime Video, Netflix, Lionsgate, Sonyliv etc. But it is possible to access only Prime Video and Netflix. Access to other apps not possible. The MyJio app is a problem or the subscriptions are fake?
