@JioCare @fiber_jio JIO FTTH is really dhana dhan WORST experience in trial period. I have Airtel FTTH also, but Jio at 150mbps line provides me 142mbps u/d and airtel at 200mbps provides 250mbps u/d.. what is wrong with Jio FTTH speed, you are Not giving as promised.

@reliancejio @Jio_Offl @JioCare my mother, a senior citizen got in touch with your customer care only to not have her issues sorted. She wants to return her box and initiate her refund and your security question is the exact date of her last payment or the day she installed Jio!

@JioCare Worst service by u guys. I have 2 GB per day plan but hardly use 100 Mb because get highest speed of 10-20 kbps . When I called 198 to complaint they always say it is permanent situation. Take a suggestion from me kindly shutdown your service.
