@JioCare Since Jan. 2020 I am following for the refund of Rs. 2500/- for JioFiber Service ID 400122846678 via NEFT/RTGS. It was informed me that 'the transaction has failed. Six months passed but no refund! No responce from jio team. Tambe.

Dear @JioCare really happy to know that we have miss call alert facility free offered to all jio clients now my basic requirement is I require mis call alerts even if the caller calls from any operator as of now i receive miss call only if caller is from jio network pls suggest

@ekbottlebeer @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Using jio prepaid as secondary connection. All unlimited plans have FUP limit on calls to Non-Jio users. Thrice had to recharge before plan expired since limit was exhausted. Ek ka network nahi hota, dusra call karne nahi deta.

@JioCare @reliancejio I already have a prepaid connection from Jio. But do you'll even port nos of other service providers coz then I have a @VodafoneIN number to port but it's a postpaid connection and I would need even international roaming service activated at certain time of the year.

@JioCare It’s been 24+ hrs my internet is down & I have made 2 calls to your helpline. Another ticket SR00001BT97K was raised for engg visit but still no change. In my last call the agent told me it will take another 24 hrs for resolution & deliberately disconnected the call.
