Service of Jio totally fail in Tohana Haryana, the company looted people's name on 4G bt speed is less then 2G, and @TRAI sleep... They wont see how's the all network company looted india on name on 4G @JioCare

@reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani i booked a jio fiber connection 2 days back.the guy committed the installation for next morning by 11or max 12. But there is no response from their side..neither taking calls nor replying.they just giving excuses, very bad experience from gurgaon team.

@JioCare Hello Jio Team, There is no such thing as a phased manner...Jio connection is available at 100mtrs in Magathane..even after buying out Hathway Jio is scared to provide services because of a local cable service operator who is not only incompetent but also bullish.what a shame

@JioCare @JioCare But don't you think in this time when everyone is working from home, A simple wire repair needs 48 hours? All these things make me wonder is Jio is actually the ideal service provider.

@11LUNAWAT Don't get influenced by their worst class customer care bot replies... their job is to end our complaints by doing(cntrl c+ cntrl v).... port it to @JioCare as I did if you really want to experience something different.

@AmolPatole8 I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.
