@JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic service and still no resolution for my complaint SR000017GR9M. Jio Fiber down almost 12 days gone without internet and Jio fiber service manager says he can't help me so just surrender your connection and go with another network... Is it a joke 😡

More than 30 days since I've returned the item, still there's no refund received. Have done 'n' number of customer care calls & raised more than 8 tickets, all in vain. Pathetic customer care service & terrible experience with @JioMart @JioCare @JioMart_Support

Raised a complaint at 1pm today 4 wifi nt workin n d official tym 2 resolve my problem is 24hrs. My local service provider fixes such problems faster on a Sunday den d grand #jiofibre . CustCare is trained 2 say my complaint is on priority n wil b resolved. @JioCare disappointed
