Service of Jio totally fail in Tohana Haryana, the company looted people's name on 4G bt speed is less then 2G, and @TRAI sleep... They wont see how's the all network company looted india on name on 4G @JioCare

@RDGARG Yes I am struggling to get back my refund of 2500 past few months. Not only customer support n @JioCare, even our area managers n even state head is also of no use. Looks like have to forget our refund. We are literally "cheated" by #jiofiber No time n patience to fight legally.

@reliancejio @JioCare jiofibre service is not available from Saturday & no response from service centers. Sevices request raised for the same but not yet resolved. Worst experience ever. Is this what we pay for ???

@JioCare @reliancejio after tried for one week to relocate JioFiber at same floor finally gave cancellation request & it’s been 10 days but still no update from jio. Every time I call customer care I get one answer it will be done tomorrow or else call back. Pathetic service.
