    @shivam_tejwal @JioCare Congrats .... you are the lucky one In our society the service of JIO FIBER is PATHETIC. The sale team is making false commitments. I am struggling from Jul for address correction .. the incorrect address was registered by JIO.... but not getting response

    Pathetic JIO Fiber, my internet is disconnecting frequently and have complaint several time to change router, technician asking to take new connection to increase his sale, customer care asking to take 999 plan, but no one resolving problem of disconnection @JioCare @jiofiber

    @wparag @lenscart @reliancejio I don't think it is shyness. They were talking properly with another woman customer who was on her own. If I am with a man then I am suddenly invisible.

    Also no compensation for days lapsed because of delay in service by @JioCare . For new connection executive approach within 1 hour but for service complaints no one take pain for atleast 2 3 days. @reliancejio wake up

    @JioCare @reliancejio SR00001768PY raised yesterday morning but till now no resolution. What happened to customer service within 24 hrs. Worst Service Provider. In past also 2 3 days no one came to attend the issue.
