Why is Fiber disconnecting every 5-10 mins, reconnect for 5 mins and decide it will disconnect again? What steps are taken to compensate?

Try to register a complaint through customer care number just a scripted computer voice say something and call get cut automatically. After that my register got complaint the engineer visit was yesterday.
