Service of Jio totally fail in Tohana Haryana, the company looted people's name on 4G bt speed is less then 2G, and @TRAI sleep... They wont see how's the all network company looted india on name on 4G @JioCare

@JioCareers @JioCare I think you guys should not be running JIO fiber services. Check my details and you will see my frustration which I have with JIO Fiber. Jim Fiber is one of the worst service ever. I will never be recommending JIO fiber to any of my friends or relatives.

Twice within a week @JioCare that your wifi services are disrupted and you give me a timeline of 72 hrs to fix it each time. That is just unacceptable why should I pay extra for mobile data when you can’t settle the issue properly. I want this fixed today or I’m out. #jiofiber

@JioCare no internet since 13th July. Raised a request, made multiple calls but issues still not fixed. Technicians were confident that the problem was with the router & replaced it with a new one but even after that the internet connection dropped after a few hours. Worst ISP

@JioCare @reliancejio Are you resolving my issue or raised cancelation of my ticket? Do you have a system to update to the customer regarding request by SMS or WA or Call? Just like how u send recharge alerts. Do I need to follow up my own ticket instead of you doing it?
