    Service of Jio totally fail in Tohana Haryana, the company looted people's name on 4G bt speed is less then 2G, and @TRAI sleep... They wont see how's the all network company looted india on name on 4G @JioCare

    @reliancejio I paid my bill with your app and it's not reflecting, plus your online chat says I attempted to recharge post paid rather than prepaid, how? Not reflecting other top ups as well, can't call your help lines as it's automated n keep playing same record. Useless.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio Network connectivity is very poor at my location. Network disappeares frequently throughout the day. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    @JioCare, good service from Jio Fiber however it's super annoying that even after 10 days of Installation, I get calls from agents asking 'connection ho gaya kya? I can give you one more month free!'. I received at least three calls like this. What's happening?

    @JioCare hey jio team, I just received a call from someone pretending to be jio customer care and he was trying to make me update my kyc, and asked me to search "jio kyc quicksupport" on playstore, which leads to TeamViewer. Please get this fixed. Spammer Number: 8167431716

    @reliancejio @JioCare From last 24 hr my outgoing is stopped and even jio store can't able to start it. Very bad service.

    @IamRohitha @reliancejio @airtelindia My friend, Airtel is bad, Reliance is worst. Reconsider your decision, you will feel more cheated with Reliance. Airtel is pathetic though!

    @JioCare @rachnadesai6 I am using another JIO number. But in this @Airtel_Presence number I done recharged for a year that’s why port is difficult. Jio network is best here.

    @JioCare @reliancejio from 4-5 days, I am not able to make or receive calls, the cellular network is down. Please rectify urgently.
