If @reliancejio is the service provider for #Chandrayaan2theMoon then the signal lost issue is inevitable. Hope @JioCare agree with this with their template answer. My 2 postpaid numbers also facing the same issue for the past 6 months.

@JioCare Raised service request for no network coverage inside office building. It was resolved acknowledging the issue. But problem is still not resolved and no eta provided. If jio is not keen on resolution, need to explore other options.

We installed Jio Fiber on Monday and it could only work for us till Tuesday. We've been trying to reach the customer care since then but their support services are miserable. Three days and we already want to get rid of it. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare No one visited my premises and the request was closed at 1:11pm today saying that it is resolved. is it a joke? So many days and no one visited to get the fiber connection fixed and closed the service request without resolution.
