@reliancejio Im postpaid customer, i tried so many times to convert into prepaid. But there show all time "Outstand amount is not clear" but i cleared my all outstanding amount, when i went into postpaid you excutive told me you can convert anytime into prepaid very easily (1/2)

I want my refund of my deposit. Never expected such poor service from @reliancejio @JioCare I want refund. Worst service ever
