    If @reliancejio is the service provider for #Chandrayaan2theMoon then the signal lost issue is inevitable. Hope @JioCare agree with this with their template answer. My 2 postpaid numbers also facing the same issue for the past 6 months.

    @JioCare From 6pm to 10pm everyday my Jiofi stops working, please lookin to that, 9344250190, other using Jio sim cards in my family also facing the same problem 9884445410.

    @JioCare My jio fibre services are down since yesterday as per the app resolution was promised by 18.03!! Not a single call till now forget resolution. Worst case scenario the call centre does not even respond.

    @reliancejio I have moved to Bengaluru for my higher studies. I’m not getting a single bar signal to even call someone and I have recharged my number for one year. I am pretty pissed off as this is my only number. If you cannot resolve then kindly refund my money back.

    @reliancejio net speed too much slow and not more than 2 signal bar available all the time. Even though problem facing in incoming and outgoing call.

    @JioCare Your team is making fool, customer care not responding. They drop call after few minutes. I am using only jio from starting, worst experience from jio. Now to quite from jio and also made a target of 100 jio user to port in other telecom service provider.

    @reliancejio Service request no. SR000013I23X. I live in Rishikesh (Uttarakhand). Not able to browse internet on my jio fibre since 25th Dec mrng. Till now I haven’t received any call/service from Engineer despite assurance given by jiocare. Pathetic after sales service.

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare Connection installed today, set of box picture quality is very poor, I think did a mistake by changing service provider, Airtel was far better, only problem was poor net connectivity.
