    If @reliancejio is the service provider for #Chandrayaan2theMoon then the signal lost issue is inevitable. Hope @JioCare agree with this with their template answer. My 2 postpaid numbers also facing the same issue for the past 6 months.

    @JioCare From 6pm to 10pm everyday my Jiofi stops working, please lookin to that, 9344250190, other using Jio sim cards in my family also facing the same problem 9884445410.

    @reliancejio @JioCare it's been a couple of days now since my complaint issue remain as it is customer care executives are of no help. Some executive shares a link that doesn't work. Some ask for what colour of dongle. Some says to restart. Seriously do you guys want to help????
