    @JioCare It means you are saying that if I need speed and connectivity so we have to go outdoors/outside. And then we will be able to use. Either we have to stay always outdoors. I am asking. Do you use your internet outside at night ? What the rubbish solution/suggestions you give man.

    If @reliancejio is the service provider for #Chandrayaan2theMoon then the signal lost issue is inevitable. Hope @JioCare agree with this with their template answer. My 2 postpaid numbers also facing the same issue for the past 6 months.

    @JioCare I am facing this problem since Oct 21. Every time you guys told me that will be resolved. Having some issues and bla bla bla. I am not interested listening to these things. I can't adjust since few mnths dear. It's yr problem plz rectify/resolve it othrws tell me very frankly

    @JioCare @reliancejio I was stupid enough to try it online and not go to a store. Its been 4 days of buying a prepaid sim which was to be delivered within 48 hrs. Still no delivery.     @JioCare I would request you to share some logical solutions. My device doesn’t support 5G also my sim is 4G. Rather than giving such illogical solutions please increase the speed. Even if users have been increased so shouldn’t you also increase speed?
