If @reliancejio is the service provider for #Chandrayaan2theMoon then the signal lost issue is inevitable. Hope @JioCare agree with this with their template answer. My 2 postpaid numbers also facing the same issue for the past 6 months.

@JioCare @reliancejio I have logged several complains via email and call since I have installed jio fiber at my place but haven't received any resolution yet. Have tried to reach out to engineers and local management but they either don't answer or are too rude.

@reliancejio @reliancejio Once an engineer visited but all he did was check router and inform me that there was nothing wrong and there was nothing he could to fix my problem. Agitated, I searched for local manager's number contacted him.

@JioCare it’s been almost a month since I discontinued by fibre connection and yet the device pick is pending. I get daily rescheduling messages of the pick up but there is no visit. Is this the customer service @reliancejio is known for?
