    If @reliancejio is the service provider for #Chandrayaan2theMoon then the signal lost issue is inevitable. Hope @JioCare agree with this with their template answer. My 2 postpaid numbers also facing the same issue for the past 6 months.

    and told us that there is a problem in wire and also our setup box needs to be replaced we told them that our old connection still had 15 days of validity left but they insisted on replacing so we did the same..cont @JioCare
