If @reliancejio is the service provider for #Chandrayaan2theMoon then the signal lost issue is inevitable. Hope @JioCare agree with this with their template answer. My 2 postpaid numbers also facing the same issue for the past 6 months.

@JioCare Within 2 months same thing happened in my workplace.... recommended jio fiber to them...but now we are not getting LAN connection properly ....work is getting delayed; what to do now?? Please help @JioCare ....we already have recharged with the 100mbps plan but it's of no use.

@JioCare Did a 2878 recharge and it shows under active plans but when I try to make a call, I am being told I don't have a valid plan. Did a top up in response and still the same issue. I am unable to talk to any human executives despite the jio bots not providing an answer.

I would like to say that at the time of recharge from net banking of HDFC Bank it demands extra charges. I also took up the matter with the Bank but according to them this is from Reliance Jio. Please resolve the issue asap @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare from last two months their is heavy issue of network with that Big issue calling and incoming calls after connecting calls no voice going and incoming. After making two three calls or turning flight mode it re activated
