    If @reliancejio is the service provider for #Chandrayaan2theMoon then the signal lost issue is inevitable. Hope @JioCare agree with this with their template answer. My 2 postpaid numbers also facing the same issue for the past 6 months.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I can't even load site like cricbuzz , Zoho , Amazon prime, speed test on my Jio fiber wifi connection and i am not getting satisfactory results from ur customer associate even after getting constant 30mbps speed . Guess it's not related to speed Fix ASAP

    @JioCinema couldn't watch today's IPL match on JioFiber TV or JioCinema app. It said No Internet connection, which was not the case. Toll free number and JioCare chatbot on whatsapp did not help at all. I was asked to wait for chat with a representative but no one turned up.
