@reliancejio should do a comprehensive audit of the operations of its #IndiraNagar full service center. They are potentially mishandling devices forcing to service thru them. Remedy and repair process suggested sounds bizarre and ridiculous even for the dumbest people. @JioCare

@JioCare It means you are saying that if I need speed and connectivity so we have to go outdoors/outside. And then we will be able to use. Either we have to stay always outdoors. I am asking. Do you use your internet outside at night ? What the rubbish solution/suggestions you give man.

If @reliancejio is the service provider for #Chandrayaan2theMoon then the signal lost issue is inevitable. Hope @JioCare agree with this with their template answer. My 2 postpaid numbers also facing the same issue for the past 6 months.

@JioCare your customer care team is really inefficient. I called 10+ times for my jio corporate plan issue and everyone was just forwarding calls to some other team and at the end disconnecting the call Expecting a quick fix on the issue

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat in Goregaon West Nr Patkar College I didn't see anyone disconnecting power supply of Towers of Jio as we see in some areas of Punjab still internet services of jio r interrupted. Disruption in internet connection is regular in our area n no help.
