@reliancejio is becoming a pain for me as a consumer. Customer support is very poor - they give incorrect information and no clear resolution. From months to last two days my internet speed was nearly 10 Mbps and since this weekend it is running at 200 kbps... @JioCare

@JioCare sir, i have called the customer care service regarding the network issue and unable to access the internet due to poor network but no use. No action has been taken. I am facing this problem since two months. Kindly resolve my issue as early as possible.

Jio's vision is to transform India with the power of digital revolution. I think this vision has lost his eye sight. Digital revolution of Jio is a word only. There has been a request of relocate of my jiofiber but there is no response for this problem. @reliancejio @JioCare
