  Really frustrated with customer service of @reliancejio @JioCare. I changed my jio fiber plan a week ago. A new jio set top box was to be installed 4-5 days ago. Since then i get a appointment confirmation and nobody shows up at the time. Have been complaining since last 5 days.

  @JioCare My only concern is for stb replacement. The engineer who visited on 11th june told that stb must be replaced.Since then I’m getting no calls or resolution regarding this.I’m requesting to please look into this matter asap as I’m facing this problem since 12+ days. worst service

  @JioCare What nonsense are you talking? I am facing extremely call drop, slow broadband from jio fiber, ott not working etc. Why don't you speak me ? As i am trying to call you on your stupid toll free no. But you are disconnecting the phone call after being pressing 9 to speak

  @JioCare Priyanka have you checked with customer before replying here. Have you tried calling the engineer or customer for verification. Its laps of duty to check if service is completed or not. I need a proper explanation for for this why the ticket was closed.

  @JioCare First stable your current service I have booked for jio airfiber, after taking payment and not getting any support from jio team. Worst support service, not able to connect with jio care help line. It is not 24*7 service, it provide worst support service
