    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio Fiber service. My connection has been down for the last 3 days and no technician has visited yet. Customer care is not responding or providing any resolution. This is the 4th outage in a single month.

    @JioCare booked a jio fiber connection in my wife's name. Payment made on 8th June. Installation not yet done. Contacted the staff who handled sales. No response. Not lifting calls. Tried help through jio care, even after repeated requests..

    @JioCare So if no refund will be provided no extension will be provided why we are doing so much delay in fixing the services, when we recharge we recharge for a month but service disruption happens than we will not exten or refund?

    @airtelindia, Presently Jio's 5G postpaid data service is better than your 5G postpaid data service. Now, I am using @JioCare's hotspot from my different phone.

    No one responds to complaints Executives disconnect calls without solutions ,technician demanded unnecessary money. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST service experience of my life. JioAirFiber needs to fix their customer support immediately! #JioAirFiber #JioCustomerService @JioCare
