    @JioCare A problem faced by me for my jiofiber service. The request id is SRF0000192X8F, after registering it on the morning I got the message that the problem is resolved ,but it's still not. Right Now no engineer from your company contacted me. PL solv it.

    @JioCare U have to accept it that ur service is very very very much slow u can't make a customer satisfy with ur efforts if the same thing will go on in the future company will never grow or escalate.

    I am facing same problem right now in Jio network. I have called many times for this. But till now my problem is not solved. I did a tweet for this also, but did not get any solution from there also.@JioCare @reliancejio.

    @JioCare No u don, t provide best service to customers. Still my issue not resloved yet. Worest ever service I have seen. U don, t care about the suffering of your customers. On 26th feb i raised complaint but now still pending. . Worest service. jio has no ans to my qurries

    @reliancejio Dear Team, I am want to left jio due to bad internet speed on my mobile Number so I request for port on my mobile number- 7876145145 & 9068068187. But due to your call center call,I don't port my network. kindly check network speed and solve the issue.

    @JioCare my Jio fibre internet connection not working properly from morning not getting any help and solutions from customer care team please resolve Field team saying there is problem in fibre line will get resolved by eod but not resolved yet
