    @JioCare Since ours will be a lone connection I personally doubt if your people will be as attentive & swift in resolving such issues as they do for neighborhoods with large number of connections.

    @pnvarma @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio wired is totally dependent on local team. it works flawlessly at my location with rare downtime. in case of any issue, i dial local team regarding email & cc, it has gone worst in the last 2 years but then it is the same for others as well. am using services of Airtel, BSNL & Jio

    @JioCare As per the customer care no deposit was collected , then this creates how come 3 month offer collect 4536.54 ₹, such a lie in all the steps where is my 1 month joining offer , how come a prepaid be considered as post paid , I have paid the deposit amount .

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am in Paliganj district Patna State Bihar pincode 801110. Why there is always very slow internet issues. you are cheating ruler areas of Bihar on name of 4G internet.

    Jio outgoing not working, customer care has only automated chat messages, huge issues in data calculation suddenly data drops to zero. No customer car only automated IVR so keep dialing numbers finally disconnect. No regulatory audit, no check from govt @reliancejio,@TRAI

    @JioCare Can you share the service request number please? I do not see this case is going anywhere. All the charges when installation was paid upfront. I expect an ethical resolution in return as well
