    @jio_fiber @JioCare @jio_fiber Still no response. Internet has been down for over 24 hours. The assigned engineer isn't answering calls, and customer care hasn't resolved the issue. Please escalate this urgently or process a refund so I can switch providers.

    @JioCare There has been no Jio AirFiber network for the past 4–5 days, and you keep repeating the same thing—that engineers are working on it! I am now left with no option but to disconnect the service.

    @JioCare my net is not working since many days. Your team is not resolving the issue and just giving fake promises. I have raised a complaint vide SR00003CBPRF and prior to that also which can be seen from your records but no resolution at all. Am frustrated with that

    @reliancejio are so smart! They haven’t resolved my problem but since they had to bill me for this month, they sent a fake claim msg that the request has been solved. What a shame these people are!

    @reliancejio Even the fun part of @reliancejio that when in 2023-24 5g just launched at my town i getting 500-800 mbps. and till i see one new tower of jio but network coverge getting worse i don't know how they upgrading and till now i don't get any 3500mhz coverage at ground floor.

    Dear @JioCare, my internet goes down every other day. The router is on, but there's no internet. You charge full price but provide half the service. How many times do I have to raise a complaint? Please fix this issue permanently.

    Dear @JioCare I've been a loyal Jio user for years, but the network has become terrible. It shows 5G, yet the speed is worse than 2G, even though a Jio tower is just 500m away. If this isn't fixed soon, I'll port my number to @Airtrl network. 🙏

    @JioCare I have been facing this issue continuously since a week. There is no option to book for an engineer visit. I would request an engineer visit as soon as possible.

    It's been over a month and still no response from @JioCare. I paid ₹399 for SIM reactivation on 18 June, but the process failed. No refund, no explanation, and no resolution despite repeated follow-ups. UPI Transaction ID: 616925252005 Please resolve this immediately. @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber down AGAIN. The ONT box has a recurring technical issue — reported for months, but Jio never provides a permanent fix, just temporary patches. No escalation contact available. Fed up as a paying customer. Resolve this permanently. #JioFiberDown
