Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

Awadesh Singh (@i_am_awadh) reported@JioCare Fibre is a scam. It claims to be prepaid, I recharged for a 100 Mbps plan, and within days my account got suspended over an “overdue” of ₹70. If I already paid the recharge amount, why is there any due at all? Pathetic customer support and even worse service quality.

Rahul Kumar (@k77rahul) reported@JioCare A complaint has been raised SR000037EOD3 for jio router yesterday for internel loss. They keep rescheduling and delaying the resolution. Kindly look into it. Make sure they fix this, it's been two days since internet was lost.
