    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    @JioCare Dear Customer, We are happy to inform you that your JioFiber Service Request no. SR00003CLHNF has been addressed. We have identified and resolved the technical concern at our end, hence the scheduled engineer visit is not required. Kindly re-start your router and try connecting.

    @JioCare Service request SR00003DUXGZ was scheduled today from 1pm to 2pm but no one attended and has been shifted to Aug15. Now I have re-scheduled to Aug 14.Last 2 days no internet in my home. Ur service is deteriorating day by day. Customer care cannot be contacted as only bot replies

    1/4 @reliancejio My JioAirFiber internet keeps going down for 1–2 hours at a time. On some days, I barely get 8 hours of proper internet for the entire day. I’m still being charged for the full month. @JIOAIRFIBERIN

    What a pathetic service of reliance jio😭😭They just believe in troubleshooting. They do not want to resolve the issue. Only the thing their customer support does, worsens the customer mindset. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio AirFiber has been almost unusable for the last 15–20 days. Technician already visited, but the issue remains. The problem seems to be network capacity/tower infrastructure. Please escalate this to your network team and provide a permanent solution.

    @JioCare Many times done installation and updated and uninstalled. Idiots how many times ask this type questions when you solve problems. Always ask this type faltu questions. Same questions asked many times. Idiots give proper service. Since June 20 I am facing this issue
