    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    @JioCare Priyanka, I have been waiting since 10th July or more specifically 19th June (last month). Since then @JioCare is saying same thing. What kind of service is this? This is completely harassment. You took Money and failed to install service and I just asking for my refund!

    @reliancejio No Jio AirFiber service since 25 July despite 5 complaints to customer care. If the issue is not resolved by 11:00 AM tomorrow, I will throw the box in the dustbin and post the video publicly. This is unacceptable customer service. Please resolve the issue immediate

    Terrible service from @JioCare and @reliancejio. My JioFiber internet has been down for the last 4 days. Every time I raise a complaint, it gets closed without resolving the issue. When I contact customer support, they simply say that no service engineer is available in my area
