Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

@JioCare what happened to your network/ net can't even fix the coverage issue since last two years. As soon as 10 am strikes your internet is not responding . Forget about 5G you can't even manage 4G net. If can't solve the issue let me know if I need to port to any net.@TRAI

some day before, i had losted my phone,then for reissue the same sim, jio service center asked for biometric ,but my biometric is off in adhar and for enable biometric i need otp that will come on same that i have losted. So what is the solution? @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Service Request SR00001HGYBN update please? The internet was drastically slow.. At my area.... Don't need true 5G .. Pls provide 4G atleast.... In my family I have reacharged for yearly plans.. I, e 3 yealy plans... Which cost around 10k for me.... Can even port out.
