    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    @CareJpb @reliancejio @JioCare After I tweeted about my issue, I finally received a call from Mr. Unfortunately, the response was the same as your customer care team has been giving me for the last 7 days: “Please wait, it will be resolved.” Seven days of waiting, and still no resolution.

    @reliancejio providing worst ever service. No Speed to 5G internet, no voice clarity during call. Expensive recharges. No complaint resolution. Below third class service. Even no bothering to customer complaints.

    @trramesh @JioCare Ji, my complaint to Jio on connectivity issues for the last four years was not attended despite regular follow-up. Finally ended by porting to Airtel.

    @JioCare I’ve been reporting a connectivity issue since yesterday morning, but the app keeps putting my request on hold and asking me to reschedule every time. No resolution, no proper support. Really disappointing service experience. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare just had a word with CC executive and tried to admit my issue with network related to post paid sim. But the response was worst and not supportive att all.. No escalation matrix to escalate the network issue further...

    Told that it needs 10 days to complete the request which is 19th August but I will leave noida by 16th August. Pls advise team to terminate connection and pickup equipment asap. Thanks @JioCare

    @JioCare I called customer care. They have raised yet another ticket with number SR00003DX8RF without resolving the last one. Unfortubately, I will have to cancel my port to JIO and also report to Gujarat Appellate and CPGRAMS.

    For many days, I've been reporting that my Jio network is not working properly. Calls don't connect, the internet is practically unusable, and I'm getting only one signal bar with speeds close to 0 kbps. #Jio #NetworkIssue #PoorService @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India
