Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

The connection was eventually activated, but my complaint is regarding repeated missed installation appointments, false status updates and the inconvenience caused. I need a proper resolution and compensation, not just activation.
