    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    @JioCare @YadavBholu96 @raghav_chadha Very disappointed with the service. We have been paying the monthly charges regularly, yet we have not received any service from your side. There has been no call, no confirmation, and no response so far. This is unacceptable.

    @JioCare @reliancegroup complaint filed on 7th is unresolved. The engineer visiting office is clueless, jio toll free, keep saying will send engineer. Do senior service staff know the timelines when an issue is not resolved for a WEEK.
