    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    @JioCare Postpaid Airfiber number: 8035971551 Since past 4 days, our Airfiber is not working. This is the 3rd time in last 2 months that it is not working. Unfortunately, helpline only says it will be fixed in 4hrs. But ticket is not assigned to any Jio service engineer. Pls fix

    Extreme harassment by reliancejio First, they promise network optimization in 10 days, then auto-reject my appeal for being "too old"! Staff misconduct is completely ignored. No signal since Dec 2025 in Kolkata (7059212786). Give my refund and UPC code now! @TRAI

    @sonali0_ @JioCare Jio cheap cost slow internet.. airtel cost high.. but satisfying speed.. around 300-400 Mbps 🗿 jio in work hours from morning to evening 5 it’s too impossible to even get 10Mbps properly with out buffering 🤡 kya samaj re India walo ko mkc ambani hatt..

    @JioCare worst service one could ever give it’s been 3 days since I requested for a relocation of WiFi no one answers me . ai chat bot sucks . Customer services gives info but not the real time update . The most pathetic service for customer . Gonna shift to Airtel @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare I think your entire team is sleeping for the last 13 days. Nothing is happening. If you hire me instead, I will work 10 times faster than your lazy team and get things done immediately. Cancel my AirFiber order right now and refund my 3143.52 rupees

    Based on your response, I’ve decided to discontinue JioFiber. Please deduct the charges for the period used and refund the remaining amount from my 4-month advance payment. Moving to another provider. Never experienced such poor service. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare The technician is not visiting that’s the problem! Have scheduled it and he never visited
