    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    Sure but Don’t privatise the problem. This isn’t one customer’s issue. It’s a pattern affecting millions of users. You sell 28-day packs turning a year into 13 monthly plans, then celeverly slow the data down on day 27–28. It's unacceptable. Fix the practice in toto ! @JioCare

    @JioCare The issues you mentioned has been resolved (even though your logs don't show it). My neighbours also on jiofiber got back connectivity an hour back. Am still suffering Not sure what nonsense this is

    @reliancejio I’m a Rajasthan customer, but your automated call announcements have suddenly switched to Gujarati. This is happening on incoming AND outgoing calls. Please check my language/location settings and fix this system issue. @TRAI

    @reliancejio This isn’t a one-time glitch anymore. Gujarati announcements are repeatedly playing on my Jio calls despite being a Rajasthan customer. Incoming and outgoing calls are affected. Please escalate this to your technical team. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @airtelindia - Your services have turned pathetic lately in Delhi. No network - no wifi whatsoever. Outages last more than 7 hours at a stretch everyday. Planning to move to @reliancejio after horrible non existent customer service experience. Been two days no response. @TRAI
