Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

If u can't then return my money I will get airtel. Airtel is little bit costly but I will service atleast.

What kind of service you provide. Taking the full bill amount without any excuse and what I get is an internet connection issue, low speed.

Even on “normal” days, there are 2–3 hours of daily disruption. Why am I paying ₹70–₹80/day for a service that barely works?
