Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

Received the call from engineer and he asked me to call customer care and get someone else assigned for this job saying that he doesn't do relocation work. @jagograhakjago this is ridiculous.
