    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    @reliancejio sphacelate jio tree(tower) standing at our villege...without any work..our jio network says "emergency calls only"..we villagers shout cut the power supply of this tower.. because ur tower is on ventilator but dead.#singodarilacchmangarhsikarrajasthan.

    @JioCare why should I pay unnecessarily when there's no internet for 6 days. Guys pls don't subscribe to jio fiber. I have spent on mobile internet so much as it is work from home and wifi is not working and these guys are not even bothered to fix it

    @reliancejio I belong to Sarthebari, a small town in Barpeta district of Assam. Every day there is a power cut of at least 14 hours in our city.Unfortunately there is no network of jio when there is no electricity.We all are thinking to take service of some other network

    @JioCare Everything is done,I was changed recently to new mobile the problem is reoccurring only for me, approximately 1Year onwards I'm facing the same issue.remaing callers are not facing any issue. Please look in to this issue and do need full.

    @JioCare What's wrong with your service, is this the way u harassed your customers, till now no update, no information on installation schedule, if I can't get information in advance, I won't allow anybody to enter in my home in the interest of my family in the current pandemic scenario.
