    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    I won't vote for @BJP4India Anymore. They are the most useless & incompetent people in india. The issue: Daily powercut & 100+ complaints with 0 solution. @MSEDCL @reliancejio is scamming people, their network bar always shows 100% network but continuous call/net drop.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I’m from, Rajasthan, not Gujarat. For the past few days, when I call someone and they don’t answer or disconnect, the recorded message plays in Gujarati instead of Hindi. Same on incoming calls. Why is this happening? Please fix it. #Jio @JM_Scindia

    Also, for context - I’ve been a Jio customer for the past 3 years. Never expected this kind of experience. When a company takes payment, picks up the device, and then goes completely silent- it’s not just delay, it’s poor accountability. @JioCare @reliancejio

    THIS IS ABSOLUTE ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FROM YOUR SIDE MY SERVICE ENGINEER VISIT WASH SCHEDULED FOR 15:30 TODAY AND TILL NOW I HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED A SINGLE CALL. I TRIED CALLING THE NEAREST JIO CENTRE AND EVEN THEIR ENLISTED NUMBER DOESNT EXIST TO MAKE A CALL. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 @JioCare

    @JioCare Paid on 5 Aug. Still no JioFiber installation. No communication, and your installation representative behaved rudely instead of helping. This is unacceptable. Install it today or refund my money. Otherwise, I'll escalate this issue and move my family's connections.#jio

    @JioCare I have been a big admirer of Jio services. It is sad to see the state of Jio customer service and social media team. I logged complaint 5 days back and I haven't received any courtesy phone from your team explaining the situation. @Airtel_Presence time to Move on I guess
