Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

@reliancejio I am using jio number 7005318776 but from last 20 days there has been no internet connection in my home. My home address is BM Apartment, Papu nallah, Yupia Tinali, Itanagar, Pin 791110. I have raised the issue several times but this network problem is not yet solved

@reliancejio almost 10 days ago i visited jio store lalgarh jattan dist sri ganganagar 335037 i take physical sim from store before i using e sim now sim not working netwrk shown but call failed yesterday i complaint jio 198 they say we replace sim free of cost but store taking charge 50 rs

@JioCare Today is 7th day, my internet connection has not been restored. While giving connection jio fiber Internet connection was established within few hrs. But at the time of service it is taking so many days.. very poor service
