    @reliancejio day by day you are getting more slow, I'm very disturbed. If this remains I'll have to go.

    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    @JioCare Check your DN, more than 30+ times sent you concern and issues with jio fiber, not even getting single reply with technician visit. Please check first, your service like, I did big mistake to buy your fiber, just tell me how can I deactivate and take refund

    @reliancejio @JioCare - as prompt as you are in raising your prices - might teach the customer service team to be a little more proactive? I feel as if I’m begging your team to fix my Internet - while no one has time to respond - beyond sending automated messages.

    If this issue will not get resolved in due time I will never continue with @reliancejio Jio fiber as I found the customer care is very lousy and incompetent to resolve just basic customer problem. Have to try @airtelindia fiber
