Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

It was promised to me internet can be accessed with inverter backup when power outage but whole thing changes and tou are not able to provide a clarity on this which is very strange.
