Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

His response was, “Go ahead, no problem.” This clearly reflects the lack of accountability and concern for customers.

Since your support team is working so why not setup phone call togather discuss & resolve the situation on call to expedite refund release rather playing message passing, guessing game. That's where more delay & misunderstanding can happen let me know.
