Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

@JioCare Thank u 4 installing a router & a set top box of #JioFibre on 19th Nov after waiting patiently. It worked only on 19th evening.From today morning, router is not working & i hve called installation people who gave me guarante to fix today. But till now no one came. Kindly oblige.

@JioCare @Harshit_2696 Since last 10 days not getting welcome offer only. If you are saying it’s a true 5G network then why are we not getting invitation for Jio welcome offer. It’s simple jio is not ready yet with 5G just fooling the customers

@JioCare @reliancejio #jiofiber I have gotten the fiber connection cancelled on Oct29th, yet no one has come to collect the device and begin the deposit refund process. Local Jio center manager is ineffective. Customer care is absolutely ignorant.

@JioCare Its really not understood what's going on in the Jio as no proper response time is given to the customer for the complaint being raised only they know how to make the customer fool. Kindly make a note that my service for network issues is not sorted out.
