Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

Raise a complaint anywhere and you get the same copy-paste reply: “We’ll get back to you at the earliest.” That “earliest” never comes. My advice: think twice before choosing Jio. I have already contacted customer support multiple times through calls, chat, and email, but I have not received a proper resolution. This has been extremely frustrating.
