Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

@mukeshnath171 Using mobile phone from decade. But the service provider was worst, till the time jio came in picture, every one was looting money from their customer. Thanks @JioCare for giving us better service at reasonable price. Will suggest you to go with Jio

Dear @airtelindia I'm facing continuos problem in your fiber since 6 months with no solution my registered no is 9988088033 . Wifi automatically disconnects an then doesn't reconnect then I have to connect to other band 2ghz or restart router Should I shift to @JioCare fiber

@sea1983 I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

@JioCare Worst calling and internet surfing experience at churu,which is district hq of Rajasthan. Raised issue many times to jio care, but not get any improvement in network issues. So porting out of jio.

@JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service from you. Jio Fiber net is down 2nd time in last 3 months. Last time it was down 4 days and this time it has already been a day since it is down. No one gives proper response. Very bad service.
