    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    Pathetic service by @Jio. Nobody willing to shift esim number old to new phone. No physical sims available. This is a routine experience at Jio store @JioCare @reliancejio Kindly improve your customer experience. Its zero stars from me

    I called your @JioCare 3 times but the conversation with customer service could not be completed and the call got disconnected. I had to do a lot of instant messaging that day and my current plan of 100 SMS on 1st and 2nd of November was expired. 2/3

    @reliancejio @JioCare My bill is due on 5th .I have paid today-before time.This is not like your after sales service on my extender mesh.Took months-though,it was not working from day1& within warranty.Shame on u guys

    @JioCare Such pathetic Jio services are unacceptable. This looks like a game played by Jio. Lure the customers by giving free trial plans and then never return their money. More than 1 month just for providing a refund looks like a clear Scam #ScamAlert
