Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

I have never seen such a pathetic DND service in any other like @reliancejio @JioCare.Ur solution is even great. users have 2 report numbers with Time and Description of call. I receive 5-10 calls/day. Should i send this list everyday ? @DoT_India looks at complains like dummy.
