    @JioCare This is really pathetic service from Reliance JIO. Being a leading telecom comp and market player this is not expected from them. Hope Reliance can look in to their service and should improve it and focus on customer satisfaction.

    @JioCare One month ago I purchased the jio fiber wifi setup and from now onwards not a single day I have got a proper stable network connection. Many times I have tried customer support but the overall result is still the same. From one month I am not able to use the internet.

    @reliancejio Modem fails frequently with red light blinking. Earliest an engineer can visit is 1st November. Speaking to a customer care person is difficult. Must improve your service.
