Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

Today By mistakely i did recharged on wrong number of jio . Then i did call to customer care i told her my problem. Then she didn't helped me i told her to give call to your senior then her senior told me . @JioCare

@reliancejio Jio mobile services are on the path of BSNL. Problems like slow Internet speed, call drop or call connection problem, Customer Care at 199 not properly working or responding. All such services are going worst day by day. Company to look into to improve.

I was out of the city, but let me tell you one thing it's not a one person issue in this area, everyone is facing your network issues. Airtel internet speed is much better than yours. If every time I have to make a complaint for network issues then please leave the city.@JioCare
