    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    Dear @JioCare, the network quality around Jagannath Temple, Salarpur, Sector 102, Noida has become extremely poor. Calls keep dropping, signal strength is weak, and mobile internet is very slow. This issue is affecting daily work. Please investigate and resolve it at the earliest

    @JioCare Hi Harshit Jee At this point, "your refund is in process" feels like a permanent slogan rather than an actual update. Months have passed with no resolution. Less reassurance, more action. Refund my money.

    Hey @JioCare , my AirFiber router is dead, but I can’t raise a request either from app, call, or chat because your algos don’t cover “router is dead” scenario. Request to raise a service request for JioAirFiber router change, as I am unable to do so from existing modes.

    @JioCare 3/3 This is completely unacceptable. If you're charging the full subscription amount, why should customers pay for a week of no service? Deduct the charges for the downtime, take strict action to fix the network issue, and restore proper connectivity immediately.

    @JioCare I activated the plan after confirming from the customer care. They said the plan will be adjusted accordingly. Now u r refusing. Not happy with ur solution

    Seriously. It's crazy how zomato/swiggy can connect with 1000s of delivery personnel to resolve customer issue yet Jio customer care is helpless and don't even have anyway to communicate or contact the on ground enggineers. @JioCare @reliancejio
