    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    @JioCare Already dhared why you need document on which internet connection was taken didn't you have it in data, you are abusing your services to hatass users who wanted to leave you bad service. What is the need of such documents

    @JioCare My mobile number is 8955758949. The Jio internet network is running slowly on this number. Sometimes, the internet cuts off suddenly, such as during power outages. All consumers in my area are facing this issue.@reliancejio

    Hi @JioCare , the Jio network is completely unavailable in my area. Both 4G and 5G services are not working. Please check the issue in my area and restore the network as soon as possible.

    @reliancejio @reliancejiocare My JioFiber has been down for the last 2 days. I raised a service request, and an engineer appointment was scheduled for this morning, but nobody showed up and there has been no update. 2 days without service is unacceptable.
