    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    does anyone has an idea why it is so difficult to cancel the jio fibre connection in India? they told me to inform the customer care 3 days before to cancel as there is no way to cancel the connection in the jio app ? @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hi Team My Jio Set top box is not working. The green light on the box is blinking I restarted the box but it is the same. I am trying to register a complaint by calling 1800 896 9999 but unable to do so. Please assist at the earliest.

    Jio fibre is really pathetic. They don't have proper customer service. I am facing frequent disconnection issue from last 2 months but there is no one who can check it. @JioCare @jiofi

    @JioCare Let me tell you here, I dont know the name but have called on 9811596098, 9871632549 and 8595720612. Agent with 1st No. called me and left without solution and then given next number, which is switched off and then share last No. as Backend Mngr, but this guy says I am not.

    @JioCare jiofiber has not been working since 5 days. No service technician assigned. No help provided after calling customer care. SR: SR000037LG61 Fix this by 5th june or terminate connection #jiofiberscam #jioscam
