    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    @JioCare JioFiber has been down in my home, Anna Nagar since 15 Aug, 11 AM. Promised restoration times 3:44 PM, 11:44 PM, 16 Aug 11:44 AM & 17 Aug 11:44 AM all failed. It’s now 18 Aug, 7:30 PM: 3+ days without internet. Pathetic service! When will you restore it? I need callback.

    Stuck in the middle of nowhere because @JioCare @reliancejio on-device eSIM conversion failed! Now my physical SIM is dead, eSIM won't download, and I have ZERO network signal. Can’t even call customer care. Extremely frustrating. Please DM and fix my number ASAP!

    9 days ago, I ordered JioFiber and made the full payment, but I’m still waiting for the connection. No clear update or resolution yet. @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare — Please look into this and get my connection activated ASAP. #JioFiber #Jio
