    @reliancejio day by day you are getting more slow, I'm very disturbed. If this remains I'll have to go.

    Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

    @JioCare June to August I am waiting for my refund. All these support people tell you to wait and. 21 days is what is official time they ask. Mine is three months

    What’s wrong with Jio’s network lately? Both the SIM and JioFiber have been having serious connectivity issues. The network has been really unreliable. @reliancejio @JioCare

    I usually don’t post like this, but @JioCare has honestly become one of the worst networks ever. The network is so poor that you can’t even convert a DOCX file into a PDF without struggling. YouTube videos keep buffering, and basic internet tasks feel like a challenge. And JioCare on the app is even worse, just automated questions and answers that don’t even understand what you’re actually asking. Try calling customer care, and nobody picks up. At this point, what exactly are customers supposed to do? 😑

    @reliancejio i’ve paid for a new wifi connection on 6th august. It’s the 12th of august, no engineer has been assigned yet, your customer care doesn’t care anymore. I’m not even allowed to cancel. What can I even do????

    @reliancejio @reliancejio you are making profit of monopoly leaving no chocie to indian citizens any option. Taking money for service and not giving 10% as service what is the use of taking 5g if iam.getting 10kbps. Aircell, Uninor and others were better

    @JioCare The solution @JioCare suggesting is to log in to the MyJio app and activate the plan. Guess what? OTP is needed to log in—and that’s the whole problem: he’s not receiving the OTP. Now, again, no response from them. This is pathetic. #Fraud @JioCare
