Dear @JioCare everyday I am unable to browse the internet for hours and that too during the office hours. Even after calling the customer care, the answer what I get is we are facing temporary issue and you have to wait for 4 hours. It will not happen again. And next day is same.

@reliancejio @JioCare wants you to recharge from anywhere but recharge. My brother in navy serving country in the middle of the ocean now Jio wants you to recharge or else your number is gone. He get bank otp, his office have this number where they contact him to come for service

@DoT_India It's highly objectionable.I,the admin & authorised signatory of my organisation has never instructed @JioCare to disconnect of my Jio number 9829011001 then how Jio team can disconnect my Jio number "that too as per our instructions"? @ashwinivaishnav sir please help.
