Never expected that @reliancejio will break the trust like this. As having a #jio sim but no network. But #airtel #vodafoneidea are getting great coverage.

But in last 1+ months there were more than 3+ SR same way but no outcome. Due to which I am more concern & pls need quick resolution.

False promises were made during Jio AirFiber booking, then I was promised installation by yesterday. Nobody turned up, no technician contacted me. But even after raising multiple requests i am not getting any solution from jio. Engineer is not visiting at my location. I contacted escalation team as well but no use. Very pathetic service.
