    I am in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh since 10 days and facing a lot of issues as I am not able to access my accounts online. Never expected that @reliancejio will break the trust like this. As having a #jio sim but no network. But #airtel #vodafoneidea are getting great coverage.

    while the whole india is getting 5g service,here are stuck with local broadbands providing 10mbps speed for 2k a month.While at the same rates 300mbps service in metro cities.Can we expect any jio service here tawang . Arunachal Pradesh? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @worldzmyn @JioCare @reliancejio Absolutely man! It's pathetic! Same AI generated replies to tweets, when you call customer service they always ask to email, When you email, there's absolutely no reply. It's 2026 and India has no laws to protect its consumers.

    @JioCare Stop fooling, chatbot! My Connection request number NO0001D0EP1G was cancelled on 27 April and still no re fund. I only get messages from chatbots regularly. Lodged Complaint with consumer helpline. Docket 9388195

    @JioCare Glad you responded.since i already made payment 2 @ACTFibernet I would like 2 hear a response from them on inadequate service and non responsive team which responds till it receives money that's all.once they respond with their acceptance of inability to serve i will reach out

    Everyday I call customer care, they console me by saying today will appoint a schedule, tomorrow will definitely engineer will come, but no one comes or respond to the relocation order till date. What is even more disappointing is that I have not received any phone call.@JioCare

    @JioCare Still no internet. I will be forced to remove jio and switch to airtel if issue is no solved today. My office work is getting severly impacted .

    @JioCare I am going to file police complaint against your employee Aakash Vishvakarma for misleading us and not solving my issues from last 10 days.. I have recorded all conversions and same will be submitted to police
