    I am in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh since 10 days and facing a lot of issues as I am not able to access my accounts online. Never expected that @reliancejio will break the trust like this. As having a #jio sim but no network. But #airtel #vodafoneidea are getting great coverage.

    while the whole india is getting 5g service,here are stuck with local broadbands providing 10mbps speed for 2k a month.While at the same rates 300mbps service in metro cities.Can we expect any jio service here tawang . Arunachal Pradesh? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Not satisfied with the response, totally unrelated resolution and response. Requesting ground survey team in my nearby area to get the network coverage checked and verify my claim of no network yourself. Provided the location coordinates in dm. Thankyou

    Just goes on to show hw the public gets impacted big time wen there's just monopoly or duopoly in business. Airtel & Jio Facing issue with @reliancejio Since 5 days and there's no resolution or accountability @JioCare @TRAI - have some spine and bring more reliable competition

    complaint no-SR000035WNX3 hasn't been able to use internet since 48 hrs also the technician has put the complaint on hold without work completion,neither jio coustomer care is helping nor anyone else very poor service.. @JioCare @reliancejio @jio

    Jio air fiber service botched up big time today in Bangalore, and can't even logged complaint, call directs to ivr , can't call or chat with service team , 3rd class service by @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I had a have Internet issue , SR000035XQV1 . local technical person call me and said they will come tomorrow i said its not possible we need fix the issue today as its urgent. engineer is asking me why didn't u open the ticket in morning when u have issue since morning.

    @JioCare It is horrible experience about jio. I want a Caller tune for my number but Kio Sawan asking payment? First you show Free Caller Tune on Jio Sawan but as you start downloading it ask money? Is it not Missleading. Think deeply about your poor service.

    @JioCare I am not able to talk to your customer care even...what is the procedure to close this connection and what is the amount i will get as a refund from my last recharge..plus guide me what is the compensation for loss of this 2 days of services?
