    I am in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh since 10 days and facing a lot of issues as I am not able to access my accounts online. Never expected that @reliancejio will break the trust like this. As having a #jio sim but no network. But #airtel #vodafoneidea are getting great coverage.

    My Jio Set-Top Box has not been working properly for weeks. Despite multiple complaints and following all instructions, the issue is still unresolved. Today, Mr. Vikas from Customer Care refused to arrange an engineer and was also disrespectful. @Jiocare Please resolve this.

    Jio’s mobile network has been seriously disappointing lately. The network keeps dropping and the internet is barely working. And what’s the point of “Unlimited 5G” if the 5G itself isn’t reliable? 😐 Location Uttrakhand @reliancejio please fix this issue #Jio #Jio5g #Jionetwork

    @reliancejio @TRAI ? This is not a temporary issue. It has been going on for years. Jio, please stop treating this as just another complaint. Investigate the network coverage and infrastructure in Gorgawan and actually fix the problem. We pay the same money as everyone else. We deserve the same

    Mr Mittal & Mr Shashwat, Airtel has gone to dogs. Even after more than 96 hours, even a service request is not being raised. I am so exhausted now that i will be porting my number to @reliancejio after using @Airtel_Presence for almost 20 years now.

    @JioCare @JioCare Well, I have been chasing this for more then a month still no resolutionl You tell how logn should i wait for the network improvement. Everyday I have to tweet, but the company is not giving the FTTH connection to our scoiety.

    @JioCare What rubbish service , one ccare person call me and suggest to reboot device it will work else we create a servic3 request , after doing all kind of drama again sme issue, what bogus cacare persons , deactivate my account immediate and take you device away asap
