    I am in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh since 10 days and facing a lot of issues as I am not able to access my accounts online. Never expected that @reliancejio will break the trust like this. As having a #jio sim but no network. But #airtel #vodafoneidea are getting great coverage.

    while the whole india is getting 5g service,here are stuck with local broadbands providing 10mbps speed for 2k a month.While at the same rates 300mbps service in metro cities.Can we expect any jio service here tawang . Arunachal Pradesh? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare Everywhere it’s the same—“we’re looking into it” and “we understand.” Calls, emails, social media—only scripted replies. No connection, no update, no resolution. Documents sent multiple times, still asked again. This is harassment level service. Zero accountability.

    What the hell is wrong with the @reliancejio network?? It works very well when we have to recharge again though. Your towers are going down or what?? Such a shame @JioCare

    @JioCare @SACHINHERWADE2 My JioFiber +91911353666368 with registered mobile no 9258598825 facing challenging without internet service,but there is no any response from customer care & service engineer visited,they put on hold my complaint.

    @YashRideon @JioCare @reliancejio Every thing fine but the results are a big ZERO. Instead of telling these standard replies, please attend to your pathetic Jio network & connectivity. We are existing only because of BSNL Fibrenet. At least act now.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Airfiber ID : +91-7313140697 ​​Persistent Wi-Fi issues: apps stay unresponsive on AirFiber but run smoothly on mobile data. Ironically, even the MyJio app is failing to open. What a mockery! Please resolve ASAP. ​Video reference attached in the comments.

    @JioCare What temporary issues , one day you block my connection for this? Timestamp for resolution was 5 ,it is still not updated in the app. All you are gonna do is extended it further and apologise for inconvenience!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare I recently switched to jio. Its worst of the worst in terms of call quality, internet speed though im in a popular city. You are looting more money than past few years and not providing good service. Such a pathetic situation. #jio

    @reliancejio there is no network in my area , from last night , internet is slow , even in 5g ,i tried other mobile same, wifi is working fine
