    I am in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh since 10 days and facing a lot of issues as I am not able to access my accounts online. Never expected that @reliancejio will break the trust like this. As having a #jio sim but no network. But #airtel #vodafoneidea are getting great coverage.

    @JioCare I am struggling to get service from you for the last 10days. I raised a SR on 27th July, 2022(SR00001CHYRZ). Technician visited my premises and said someone removed my Fiber cable from the S2 Box, there is no post is vacant and he can't resolve the issue.

    I placed a prepaid order on jiomart on 19th july 2022. 1 of the items was missing. The delivery agent updated the status as delivered for that item too. Contacted customer care twice. Didn't get my refund yet. Its already been 15 days. Give me the refund ASAP @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio at least you need to reply to your customer properly and on time don't ignore your customers at least I know you can't provide good services to your customers but at least you can behave properly with them and try and reply them for their queries

    @JioCare @reliancejio Been with Jio fibre since it's inception but now it's time to change as Jio customer service has become a huge pain. Jio officials can look at SR00001CPVVD for more info. @airtelindia hoping to get good service from you.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Raised an issue on 28th July and till date no one has visited to resolve the issue . Every message since then has been to reschedule the visit without consent AND this “Hi Rahul, we understand that this is frustrating and it is indeed very unfortunate”

    @JioCare my Internet is down since more than 24 hours and no eng. Visit planned yet. Got sms notification about appointment on 10:00 AM and now it is rescheduled to 06:00 PM. While talked to engg. Came to know they work on new installations only. So service doesn't matter ????
