    I am in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh since 10 days and facing a lot of issues as I am not able to access my accounts online. Never expected that @reliancejio will break the trust like this. As having a #jio sim but no network. But #airtel #vodafoneidea are getting great coverage.

    while the whole india is getting 5g service,here are stuck with local broadbands providing 10mbps speed for 2k a month.While at the same rates 300mbps service in metro cities.Can we expect any jio service here tawang . Arunachal Pradesh? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Everytime someone new person replies. But never call the customer to understand. Perfect blackhole of customer support. Sorry to say, but it is true. I am facing internet issue for more than a month now.

    @JioCare @reliancejio facing slow internet connection speed from last 2 months but when i call to customer service they say the same things . but my problem is not solved till now .. i think i have to move to other network your customer service is very poor

    @JioCare I have been trying to reach your customer support there is no responce from Your team. I have recharged 3 months package. Router not starting. I have raised ticket for the same to local engineer is not visiting.

    @JioCare @reliancejio We have not received jio network since 15 days, before that we had best 4G jio network but from last 15 days no network in our village, please do the needful. Or else our village have only way to port our cards. Add- Paria, Ta-Pardi,Dist-Valsad,Guj.396145

    @JioCare Your service is already in my area. beside my flats they had Jiofiber. Ur executive told me that fiber in front of our flats so quickly we wl get a Jio connection but yet ur engineer don't visit the place. share regional head no. @RelianceDigital @reliancejio
