    I am in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh since 10 days and facing a lot of issues as I am not able to access my accounts online. Never expected that @reliancejio will break the trust like this. As having a #jio sim but no network. But #airtel #vodafoneidea are getting great coverage.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Why doesn't your customer care number don't have any options for talking with your executive directly? I need to close my jio broadband connection and I can't do that for 3-4 days.

    @JioCare I am complaining this for the 7th time, every time an incapable technician comes and temporarily fix something, which is nt at al required i guess, like changing the wire. On 1st complaint a technician came an abused my old parents and fix the antenna on other side & told now see

    @JioCare @jio_fiber one of the worst services in india. every month i got any problem in fiber and it took 3-5 or more days to resolve. can any one escalate my issue ?

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Internet issues are still going on in Gurgaon sector 65 Speed is fluctuating from 100mbps to 10 to 40 to 1mbps.. It is been last 2 weeks, fluctuation is happening. Can this be fixed please? If not we might need to switch the network

    Hey @JioCare, I am constantly receiving spam loan calls from @poonawallafinco despite being registered on Full DND. I have explicitly asked their support to stop. Investigate this violation under TRAI TCCCPR guidelines immediately. @TRAI

    Issue solved or not? Else refund my amt ASAP. Worst service ever. While taking payment u came instantly, now not even answering calls. Looks like Jio is taking customers for granted due to less competition. Moving to another operator. #PoorService #RefundASAP #Jio @JioCare

    @JioCare The problem is still not fixed. Constant network fluctuation and poor internet service are causing serious inconvenience. Please provide an actual resolution and timeline.
