    I am in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh since 10 days and facing a lot of issues as I am not able to access my accounts online. Never expected that @reliancejio will break the trust like this. As having a #jio sim but no network. But #airtel #vodafoneidea are getting great coverage.

    while the whole india is getting 5g service,here are stuck with local broadbands providing 10mbps speed for 2k a month.While at the same rates 300mbps service in metro cities.Can we expect any jio service here tawang . Arunachal Pradesh? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Does a Support Team exist? Can't even respond to emails and just addressing as our Team is working on it and bot responses. Will you guys do a refund or not? If not have the nerve to say it. We can stop recommending others to join this pathetic provider. Day 50 it is!!!

    @RVCJ_FB Meanwhile @JioCare reminding me every minute that I have to recharge my number by tomorrow any how, either you are sick, out for lunch, in a meeting , taking nap, eating, bathing, washing, walking, living, dead....just bloody recharge your number by tomorrow!!! Annoying service

    @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani seems like first response from jio customer care is free and they respond. And from second one on, they don’t want to respond or address the issue. Monopoly is the biggest problem in Indian market and reliance does that in every industry

    Now i have left only one option to port my sim to , I m done with u guys @JioCare , It's been more than two weeks,i still cannot use my internet here connectivity is so poor that u can't even chat properly, and these guys @JioCare 🤦 ,seems you are not taking it seriously 🤨

    @JioCare I told him that your people already visited my premises on 19 and 21 September. And per them my wiring slot from the building was disconnected by other service engineer during the period It was not charged. He started preaching me that you should keep always recharged. 2/2

    @JioCare It's been more than 2 days no revert or help from jio. What the hell is wrong with you guys. Even cellular data is working like a tortoise these days. 15 days we have been without WiFi, do you know how inconvenient it gets working from home??
