  I am in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh since 10 days and facing a lot of issues as I am not able to access my accounts online. Never expected that @reliancejio will break the trust like this. As having a #jio sim but no network. But #airtel #vodafoneidea are getting great coverage.

  while the whole india is getting 5g service,here are stuck with local broadbands providing 10mbps speed for 2k a month.While at the same rates 300mbps service in metro cities.Can we expect any jio service here tawang . Arunachal Pradesh? @JioCare @reliancejio

  @reliancejio I have a jio fiber connection which is showing no internet connectivity since last 5 days. I have raised complaint but no one has visited yet despitei have made severalcalls to the distributer and engineer assigned . This is the worst service experience ever seen.

  @JioCare When would it be installed? And your local agent told me that he will cancel my request and initiate the refund process in seven days and my doubt is why do you take 7days to process the refund when you are immediately charging upfront ? Twist is I didn't request cancellation
