    I am in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh since 10 days and facing a lot of issues as I am not able to access my accounts online. Never expected that @reliancejio will break the trust like this. As having a #jio sim but no network. But #airtel #vodafoneidea are getting great coverage.

    while the whole india is getting 5g service,here are stuck with local broadbands providing 10mbps speed for 2k a month.While at the same rates 300mbps service in metro cities.Can we expect any jio service here tawang . Arunachal Pradesh? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Till now, I have not received any response or even a callback. Jio’s service is extremely poor. Airtel support is much better compared to this. In the name of customer support, Jio is completely zero. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Idk but from yesterday my internet only working when its 5G. But as soon as its 4g nothing works @airtelindia. Before yesterday this was not the case. @airtelindia give me resolution instant cause in 2 days my recharge will end, so its also the best time to port to @reliancejio.

    @reliancejio from last two days when ever i turn on hotspot in mobile and connect to my laptop internet is completely gone, after that i call on your customer care number every time they told me that with in 10 days it will resolve but now how can i do my office work.

    @JioCare So @JioCare is sleeping by falsely suspending my internet account and unable to cancel it, such a mockery of digial internet provider. Support team is taking free salaries by not replying to customers. #Shame

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your network and internet speeds in my area are extremely disappointing. Even in the 5G era, the speed I’m getting feels closer to 2G.

    @JioCare My JioFiber issue is finally resolved after continuous follow-ups & escalations. However, services remained disrupted from 6-May-26 causing inconvenience, work impact & financial loss. Request refund/validity extension for downtime. Contd 1/2
