    I am in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh since 10 days and facing a lot of issues as I am not able to access my accounts online. Never expected that @reliancejio will break the trust like this. As having a #jio sim but no network. But #airtel #vodafoneidea are getting great coverage.

    while the whole india is getting 5g service,here are stuck with local broadbands providing 10mbps speed for 2k a month.While at the same rates 300mbps service in metro cities.Can we expect any jio service here tawang . Arunachal Pradesh? @JioCare @reliancejio

    when my plan is upto 23 August, whitout intimating me how can you suspend my service. Have you any answer Its better to switch the service to another operater. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Update on SR00002NIBD4. After following up rigorously on Social media, Email, and phone calls from a separate mobile number the complaint was resolved today at approximately 2pm. But the relief didn't last long. Some final repairs were done by a separate engineer at about 7pm, and once he left the blinking red light is back!!!! NO INTERNET!!! So in last 3 days, I had internet for few hours!! like instalments! I call up the customer care again, and as is expected of JIO, they won't let met talk to a human, and they generated another Service request on their own!!! At this point I have no idea, who to contact, this is truly frustrating. New Service request no. is SR00003EN6MR If anyone is listening from JIO, please respond.

    @JioCare I thought it might be a network glitch. So I called again- and the exact same thing happened after I explained my query. The irony? I was calling Customer Care from a Jio network number. Is this a new way of avoiding customer queries? Please look into this.@JioCare @reliancejio

    The ground staff keeps your complaints on HOLD - this was you cannot even communicate with the JIO customer care centre. @JioCare @reliancejio Ridiculous. Asking the customer to pay for a dodgy installation done by their team. Irresponsible

    @JioCare @JioCare Your engineer never even visited! He just called to say the issue can’t be solved and told me to cancel the service

    @JioCare @reliancejio absolutely trash service. Ur engineer left yesterday telling he would fix the wifi , fiber was cut and said would be done in 30 mins, hasnt come yet, issue is persisting since 4 days, ur customer care wont speak.
