Never expected that @reliancejio will break the trust like this. As having a #jio sim but no network. But #airtel #vodafoneidea are getting great coverage.

Your customer care clearly LIED about compensation for downtime. Completely unprofessional. Disconnect my connection immediately and refund the remaining amount.
