  I am in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh since 10 days and facing a lot of issues as I am not able to access my accounts online. Never expected that @reliancejio will break the trust like this. As having a #jio sim but no network. But #airtel #vodafoneidea are getting great coverage.

  @JioCare So I am lying to you. Who is responsible for the issues that i am facing. Technician confirmed there is a problem, Jio is not working good here. Don't just check the speed assign someone to visit here to see the technical aspect as well. That's how you resolve root cause? Notgood

  Extremely disappointed with @JioCare. Despite 30+ complaints in the last 6 months via 198, there is ZERO resolution. In our village, we face constant call drops, signal buffering, and "silent calls" where no audio is heard despite full bars. #JioDwon @reliancejio @RIL_Updates
