    I am in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh since 10 days and facing a lot of issues as I am not able to access my accounts online. Never expected that @reliancejio will break the trust like this. As having a #jio sim but no network. But #airtel #vodafoneidea are getting great coverage.

    @JioCare The jio is like that only no resolution was given when we talk to support, they misbehave with me. Regarding service, WORST SERVICE.

    @JioCare just need a technician visit at my place as the customer care isn’t helping at all and they are not sending any technician to check just closing it saying we cannot send a technician as it shows no error from our end.@JioCare

    @JioCare Thank you for your service. I have paid airtel india @airtelindia and thr cconnection is happening tomorrow morning. I shall let this month pass and wont oay thr bill for jio fiber. You fix it or break it. Also portinng my sim to airtel now

    @JioCare @reliancejio @AkashMAmbani We are not interested in continuing the connection anymore. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.Kindly proceed with immediate disconnection, remove installation & process refund for the unused period without further delay.

    @JioCare worst internet connection ever. Its has been 3 days that my internet is down. Not able to reach the jio support team over 1800 896 9999. Same automated message.. worst experience..

    @JioCare Due to your person asking me money for delivery and it being more than 5 days and the SIM not being delivered, I have procured an alternate telecom service. Thanks for all the help.

    @JioCare I have registered a JioFiber Service Request no. SR000033BQ5X three days before but internet connectivity is still pending. A very unacceptable behavior and customer concerns are not on priority.
