    I am in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh since 10 days and facing a lot of issues as I am not able to access my accounts online. Never expected that @reliancejio will break the trust like this. As having a #jio sim but no network. But #airtel #vodafoneidea are getting great coverage.

    while the whole india is getting 5g service,here are stuck with local broadbands providing 10mbps speed for 2k a month.While at the same rates 300mbps service in metro cities.Can we expect any jio service here tawang . Arunachal Pradesh? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Issue with my Jio Fiber billing(account:+91 471 3582811)I have paid 1 month advance amount due to this bill issue from jio.Even then my internet service got disconnected saying that bill not paid. Not getting any response from your team on this. Sent multiple mails

    @JioCare We want all telcos to raise the tariffs, with free food & free data along with unlimited calls, there is huge labour problem in India.

    @JioCare It’s more than 24hrs and still no solution. If you’re unable to provide good network and downloading speed then kindly disconnect and return my amount. I’ll wait till next 24hrs only else file case against your sh#t company on consumer court.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jiofiber Free trail is biggest scam ... Jio sales people are forcing people to take 1 month advance recharge so that they cant cancel connection if they dont like... Fake advertisement of free trail and fake promises. @MumbaiPolice plz take action

    @JioCare @JioCare it is my 3rd recharge. The other two failed. My 3rd recharge became successful. Customer care still didn’t bother to reply me on the DM. Please check your DM so that you can confirm it yourself.

    In my experience of an internet user as of now, @reliancejio has shown me the worst customer service one could get. The agents when you apply for services promise you the world but when told to deliver, they stop answering the calls. Request Number- SR00001B1N0X
