    I am in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh since 10 days and facing a lot of issues as I am not able to access my accounts online. Never expected that @reliancejio will break the trust like this. As having a #jio sim but no network. But #airtel #vodafoneidea are getting great coverage.

    while the whole india is getting 5g service,here are stuck with local broadbands providing 10mbps speed for 2k a month.While at the same rates 300mbps service in metro cities.Can we expect any jio service here tawang . Arunachal Pradesh? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Farce.. when you will be waiting at home, @reliancejio will auto hold/reschedule the case when the deadline crosses. Head of area service engineer will give false reassurances at 7021081924

    What's even more disappointing is that the assigned service tech has not answered my calls, and even the nodal officer, Mr. Abhishek, has not resnded despite repeated attempts to contact him. Is this the level of customer support @JioCare @reliancejio expects customers to accept?

    @reliancejio Try restoring internet at 180 feet above sea levels. Not there for 6 days. (7.8kms away from @ambani residence). Never pay annual bill in advance. The team will abscond and you will have no service.

    @JioCare I have shared my details, I reached out the customer care multiple times... If you all cannot provide good internet connection you shouldnt have given the service here

    @JioCare @JioCare The speed gets worse throughout the day: 6–9 AM ~15 Mbps, 10 AM–2 PM ~7 Mbps, 2–6 PM only 3–5 Mbps, and evenings 400 Kbps–3.5 Mbps on my 30 Mbps plan. This clearly looks like a peak-hour/network capacity issue. Please FIX it permanently.
