    I am in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh since 10 days and facing a lot of issues as I am not able to access my accounts online. Never expected that @reliancejio will break the trust like this. As having a #jio sim but no network. But #airtel #vodafoneidea are getting great coverage.

    while the whole india is getting 5g service,here are stuck with local broadbands providing 10mbps speed for 2k a month.While at the same rates 300mbps service in metro cities.Can we expect any jio service here tawang . Arunachal Pradesh? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have an Android 5G phone but the network is 4G and I recharge for Rs 349 for unlimited 5G data but I don't get 5G network.

    Facing NO NETWORK issue at my home for the last 1.5 years. I have been calling customer care regularly, but every time I only get false promises that "it will be resolved soon." No action has been taken yet. Highly disappointed with this service. Please check @jio @reliancejio

    Hi @JioCare my clinic wifi is not working complaint raised on 30May. Tech visit cnf for 1st. Ur tech calls on 31 sun, while clinic closed. So visit reschedule for today. Tech didn't visited. now got mail, visit reschedule on 3rd evening when clinic is off. Till then #badservice
