    I am in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh since 10 days and facing a lot of issues as I am not able to access my accounts online. Never expected that @reliancejio will break the trust like this. As having a #jio sim but no network. But #airtel #vodafoneidea are getting great coverage.

    @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio i installed jio home 14 days ago and from last 4 days it is not working. I complain many times and every time I get reply that will start in 4hrs but still not. I appeal to all public never to use jio air fibre. worst service by jio. No response.

    @reliancejio Sir since last Monday we are without internet. Just vague assurances won’t work. And I am based in Mumbai. Many complaints no resolution. Your network team sends false SMS that issue resolved. What is this ?

    It’s been over 1 week and my Jioairfibre is not even working worst experience.its just been 20 days of the connection and not working from past one week. No resolution constantly saying one thing "backend issue". If it's not getting resolved just close it. @JioCare @reliancejio

    frustrating is that despite my WiFi being completely disconnected since April 1st, I was still forced to pay the bill. This is absolutely unacceptable and clearly reflects the pathetic level of Airtel’s customer service and commitment towards its user.@airtelindia @reliancejio
