    I am in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh since 10 days and facing a lot of issues as I am not able to access my accounts online. Never expected that @reliancejio will break the trust like this. As having a #jio sim but no network. But #airtel #vodafoneidea are getting great coverage.

    @JioCare on 30th March requested for set top box but still not received even after paying the amount very irresponsible and low standard of service , many times complaint also given but of no use.

    @JioCare You people don't provide technician information in tickets, you can check his details from your end, when we call @JioCare customer care we ask for his details so that we call them you don't provide us. When I am not interested in continuing there is no point in extending this.

    @JioCare one of the worst service provider to come across, my jio fiber has been out of service for more than 3 days And your support is rescheduling the engineer visit again and again. I have been using your services for more than 5 years. Lost a costumer
