    I am in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh since 10 days and facing a lot of issues as I am not able to access my accounts online. Never expected that @reliancejio will break the trust like this. As having a #jio sim but no network. But #airtel #vodafoneidea are getting great coverage.

    while the whole india is getting 5g service,here are stuck with local broadbands providing 10mbps speed for 2k a month.While at the same rates 300mbps service in metro cities.Can we expect any jio service here tawang . Arunachal Pradesh? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare The technician assign (9231422752 orde NO0001FAPKJY ) is now being extremely rude . After 10+ calls today, he told me: "Don't call me,I won't answer your calls." 14 days with NO device, No internet with false solution,and now customer harassment! Action needed now! @reliancejio

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio Same here, This is one of the worst company I have ever seen in telecom. They have taken a fee of Rs 1200/- for relocation. And in the new place I have to pay another Rs 1200/- for new connection but the old one still not refunded. Now customer care is clueless.

    Extremely frustrated with @reliancejio @JioCare. My #JioFiber wifi is frequently disconnecting nowadays, making it impossible to work. To make it worse, there is zero response from the customer service team and I can't seem to reach them at all. Please fix this! 😡❌

    Jio worst customer service there app is not clearly mentioning details while looking for recharge i lost money recharging wrong package inspite of complaining to customer care etc and CPGRAM they say nothing can be done. i lost money @PMOIndia @reliancejio @AshwiniVaishnaw
