    @JioCare I am a resident of Dombivli East, Thane, Maharashtra. I have two SIM cards of JIO. One on the cellular device, other on the JIOFI router. On both the devices,the internet speed is very slow and unstable in my area. I have been facing the problem since quite a few months

    @JioCare @JioCare U don't serious about ur service. I complaining from more than 6 months but ur answer is " We are Expanding Our Network " but I didn't received good network in my home area and the work area. I wasted my money in in Jio.

    @JioCare This issue is not only specific to me. Almost everyone in eastern up(Prayagraj, Jaunpur, Bhadohi, varanasi, chandauli, Ghazipur....) are facing same internet speed issue. So It would be better if you can get check this with your field engineers

    @JioCare @bucatoh Jio has very poor customer service. You hv to plead to get the service. This is really very strange. Other service providers are far ahead in this aspect as compared to Jio

    @reliancejio @fiber_jio no internet for a week, no help. Customer dis-service has no clue and guys who come home for service are even worse, no knowledge and no COVID precautions. Who will help?
