    @reliancejio @TRAI Please don't reply with please provide your alternate number and stuff. 2 concerns one IUC charges which no other network is charging anymore, 2nd the post paid plans are pathetic. If u dont have options for postpaid plans then Porting out is the best option.

    @JioCare @reliancejio as per the latest message recieve my service request will address by next 24hours. That means I have too wait 48 hours more. Final waiting time will be, 52 hours current wait + 48 hours new TAT = Total hours of TAT will be 100 hours. Tht means 4 days & 16hrs

    My Jio number isn’t showing full network. I have tried airplane mode too but it isn’t working. Current location is Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. @reliancejio @RelJio4g @JioCare please help.

    Excellent service @JioCare @reliancejio this just my calculation and as per you 24hours means 48 hours so 4 days 16hours will be 9 days 8 hours. Good going keep it up.

    @AmruthNA @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio @JioCare But there is a catch dude m using postpaid services of Jio they jus offer 199 plan and a limit of 25 GB only apart from that u have to use pre on post service for additional data like keep recharging for 1 2 3 or 5gb moreover they are yet charging calls to other subscribers.

    @JioCare please clarify that wether your company is gonna remove IUC charges or no and apart from that are you coming up with High end Postpaid plans or no. 199 is pathetic. If answers are no the Porting out is the best solution and u will have many customers porting out for sure

    @JioCare 48 hours and counting... no one came to resolve the issue and no one bother to call me up to give TAT of engineer visit. I don't have instrument to cut the fiberoptic cable otherwise I would have done it without your pathetic service. This is the service they provide..

    Be careful guys #jiofiber after sell service is way pathetic. I raise a complaint 30 hours back no one help me to resolve it. Even @JioCare is not helping me. @timesofindia @TimesNow @reliancejio

    I dont know whats the issue or whats with the congestion and all. All i want is enough speed so that i can play youtube in atleast 240p. Although i am paying for 4g but that little i can bear and i hope this tweet will get posted. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @Imadi__ I was planning to switch my home internet connection to #jiofiber ( currently i am using it free by paying 2500rs) by paying their annual gold plan but after the current incident i will think 100 times before permanently switch to #jiofiber.@JioCare thanks for your 3rd grd servic

    @reliancejio All other providers have again made free calls to all service providers why is your company still trying to adhere to blackmail practices moreover you have pathetic plans in postpaid services too. Do you really think people will stick to jio if the IUC are not waived.

    @JioCare Unprofessional pathetic and disgusting customer service... You didn't even have patience to answer the questions or even understand the problem. Social media team that is responsible is keeping teenagers to manage who clearly lack social skills. So low.

    @reliancejio What a waste of Plans, IUC charges being levied which no other provider is charging for now. Apart from this the post plans of Jio sucks. Dont have options for higher end plans even if customer wants too. Would prefer Airtel for such plans then. Pre on post pathetic system.

    @reliancejio @JioMart it is more than 2 months and I am waiting to receive refund for cancelled order. I have dropped plenty of emails to cs but no response and resolution. If I will not receive the money soon I am going to lodge a consumer complaint. Ticket:- 6665136170
