    Be careful guys #jiofiber after sell service is way pathetic. I raise a complaint 30 hours back no one help me to resolve it. Even @JioCare is not helping me. @timesofindia @TimesNow @reliancejio

    (Part 1) Been in #mumbai for a few days. Noticed the #jio network speed is too sh***y. Contacted @JioCare . They replied saying there's too much congestion(no sh*t sherlock) in my area and they are working hard in fixing that. So until they work hard, here's my easy fix to that.

    @reliancejio very poor Very very poor after sell service of #jiofiber. Raise a complaint regarding #jiofiber technial issue and as per the commitment i am still waiting the engibeer to rectified or resolve my raised concerned. @reliancejio dnt roll out any service when u dnt have

    Mobile network of these Madarchod Bastards @JioCare @reliancejio is worst, so recharged with @idea_cares @Idea inki Maa ka Bhosda,they giving 2G speed at price of 4G, Both are ******* and i am going to discontinue both the services and port out.

    @reliancejio JIO mobile coverage inside Mumbai local train is very bad, JIO user cannot make or use Data inside train while traveling. I had called many times to customer care and cannot understand the issue. My number is 9702036890. May I need to Port out soon

    My take on this is after @reliancejio both the other player of telecom will bring back outgoing charges and I feel this is the only way to get out of the loss-making business and the whole talk about the losses is just to support their most probable future actions.

    It was an introduction for me to jio but now i feel @airtelindia fiber was far better than @reliancejio fibernet. Iam so much pissed by tour team as to how can someone have so much relaxing job & over that after repeated complaints i get stupid messages showing false commitments

    @JioCare If your customer service numbers don't function after 10:00 pm, you should be specifically mentioning this in your IVR and don't claim that your Customer Service agents are available 24/7 to serve the customers. I was served well by deliberately being disconnected.

    @BSNLCorporate @ViCustomerCare @JioCare I want to port from Bsnl to another network, then why am I not able to send the port message to 1900, it's showing message sending failed! Even I have enough Talktime and am able to send messages to normal numbers.

    @JioCare jio broadband service is exactly like BSNL it’s down from more than 36hr and customer care not creating service requests and even after multiple follow up calls they don’t have updates on resolution.
