@JioCare it's been observed that whenever load shedding is done in our area(Khanda Colony, New Panvel West-410206) . Jio network also goes down. Dont the towers are having Power backup?? causing lots of problem-all are dependent on network in this pandemic for office and school

@haimadeshpande @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio 100 Rs per month main itna hi milega !! Issue is not JIO or Vodafone issue is unrealistic rate.. ppls buy 50K iphone but want 100 Rs per month plan.. I am not saying for you but in general I have seen ppls even not ready to pay 50 rs per month extra & buy new phone every year..

@JioCare I am experiencing slow internet speed since morning. Apparently there is some maintenance going on. Your advisor suggests there is no process to inform Jio customers regarding the same and network will be down for next 3 hours! Is it true? #disappointed

@JioCare is the worst. I was pretty keen on getting Jio Fibre but have had such a negative experience with the customer care I wont recommend JIO to anyone anymore. On call, email, DM or whatsapp they all are trained to give automated monotonous replies. so annoying.
