    @Jio_Offl @JioCare Team its been more than a week that the payment to install the set top box is made, but there is no response from the team for installation. Also the customer care agents are unable to understand the issue. Please resolve asap.

    @jiocare @trai Pathetic service Jio Network where calls blank out every few minutes in middle of conversation. Embarrassed when dealing with corporate clients. Problems highlighted no action done. Same issue experienced by other users using different handsets too. It's a shame

    @reliancejio?My area doesn't support JioFibre Connection. Its been more than 2 years and My sector has still not got Jio Fibre. When I try to contact Jio they say "they dont have connected in your area". What im supposed to do? @JioCare. My neighbour sectors have it since 3years

    @JioCare Extremely poor network connectivity in Lodha Splendora, Bhayanderpada, Thane, Maharashtra. Frequent call drops and issues with browsing/streaming on 4g data.

    @JioCare Anybody facing Jio4G connectivity or call drop issue in and around 400614 pin code? Usually turning on and off flight mode or a phone restart resolves the issue but today it seems to be a different issue. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio i have complaint regarding Jio network issue in my area already complaints logged and also tweet on jio care but still even nobody bother to call and ask whats the issue #4G is not working properly and your team expecting to launch #5G pls look into this matter..

    Dear @reliancejio team, We are heading towards the 5G spectrum, but even the 4G doesn't work properly. I'm unable to access the Internet and Call in the Mumbai local train. Would be really helpful if you fix it.

    @reliancejio @JioChat I've recently migrated to Jio Postpaid. I'm notified by Jio that there's some outstanding bill with my previous service provider. But how do I clear that when my account is no more with them ? Please add the amount in my current Bill and clear it them.

    If you are a student and thinking to get a new Wifi Please don't go For JIO. Because of any reason you cancel that wifi under the trial period, they will make you cry,before they refund your installation charges and security deposite mense a sum of total 1500.@reliancejio@JioCare

    In a day Jio Fibre has at least 10 incidents of “temporary outrages” when there is no connection. Worst service in the country, definitely. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare waiting in queue since last 1 hour at Opera House, Charni Road, Mumbai Jio Gallery. The staffs aren’t bothered for customer service. 1 of them is just sitting and talking on phone and not attending any customer and 1 is sleeping.
