This could have been resolved in a day or two, but even after multiple follow-ups & escalation there was no action taken earlier. Why I have to reach out technician & remind them?

@JioCare After 2 month as on date no work progress, @JioCare check network and found that no signal so they decide to instal jio tower in my area, so they finalize location and start process, after few day they(jio, anand)digging hole for foundation, but after that no any further(1/2)

@reliancejio Literally it is not internet because jio is not giving properly 4G network it is giving 2g network. It's better to buy Vodafone 3g connections

@MarketingMvrick @reliancejio There was a time when I literally paid 999 plus taxes, for 2 GB of data and still couldn't experience greater or satisfactory customer service. @JioCare what ******** problem with your network? Nowadays most of my friends are PORTing their Jio sim to other sims, because of your ******* network problem. If the problems continues the same obviously you will lose most of the customers. Focus on providing good network too.
