    @JioCare After 2 month as on date no work progress, @JioCare check network and found that no signal so they decide to instal jio tower in my area, so they finalize location and start process, after few day they(jio, anand)digging hole for foundation, but after that no any further(1/2)

    @GTPLHathwayLtd @reliancejio I am not satisfied with such support, I am not able to use your internet service for 10 days now! This could have been resolved in a day or two, but even after multiple follow-ups & escalation there was no action taken earlier. Why I have to reach out technician & remind them?

    Dear @JioCare, I am willing to ReLocate the Jio Fiber Router&STB to another location at Vadodara location. I have been contacting customer care they are not providing me and solution and refusing to take request, giving reason that due to technical issue can't process SR.

    @reliancejio Services on JioFiber Service ID 299293783511 have been temporarily deactivated as per your request. Your device pickup appointment will be scheduled within 48 Hrs. Applicable refund, if any, will be processed within 7-14 working days after successful device pickup.

    @JioCare I did 199 recharge plan at Feb 12 th. I also did same plan privious in same month beginning. Now the first recharge plan was expired. But second plan was hold and jio pages shows recharge history like another plan is active. But still it's not active in home page. Kindly help me
