    @JioCare I have disconnected my jio fibre, device pick up service request is SR00001EORCS, I want expedited pick up and refund of deposit, support will be appreciated. 5 days was promised after discconection which are alreaady passed (disconnection done on 13/10/22-CO0000Q4TCCF)

    JioFiber guys u hv the worst service. I hv registered my complaint 3 times today & the CS executive gave me 3 different time slots but not a single Service Engineer came. This is the worst service I hv ever experience in my life! @JioCare u guys r the worst #JioFiber

    @JioCare After 2 month as on date no work progress, @JioCare check network and found that no signal so they decide to instal jio tower in my area, so they finalize location and start process, after few day they(jio, anand)digging hole for foundation, but after that no any further(1/2)

    @GTPLHathwayLtd @reliancejio I am not satisfied with such support, I am not able to use your internet service for 10 days now! This could have been resolved in a day or two, but even after multiple follow-ups & escalation there was no action taken earlier. Why I have to reach out technician & remind them?

    @JioCare @Ansha4669 When it's urgent to get connected why should we wait... And have the right to stop the service after due date and can give reminder messages but don't have right to humiliate a human bey when he is on urgency

    @reliancejio Services on JioFiber Service ID 299293783511 have been temporarily deactivated as per your request. Your device pickup appointment will be scheduled within 48 Hrs. Applicable refund, if any, will be processed within 7-14 working days after successful device pickup.

    Jio is one of the worst service provider. After complaining 10 to 15 times no resolution received. Their customer executive not talk properly & disconnect call. Every time same response "IN YOUR AREA USERS ARE MORE SO YOU FACE PROBLEM" @reliancegroup @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio I have very disappointing experience from Jio fiber service at my area code: 390019. I have registered service request SR00001CSV36 on 09/Aug and been waiting from 4days to get resolved my issue. Called cust care many times but no result.

    @MarketingMvrick @reliancejio There was a time when I literally paid 999 plus taxes, for 2 GB of data and still couldn't experience greater or satisfactory customer service. Not getting any exemplary customer service from @reliancejio either, but far more happy with the price that I am paying. #learnorleave

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare. Paying for a 100 Mbps Jio AirFiber plan but getting only 5–10 Mbps. No way to speak to a customer care executive as calls end with automated recordings. Resolve this within 2 days or provide an immediate refund jioFixedVoiceNum:+91-7979682074

    @JioCare @JioCare already 10 days have passed for post on X, but the same disappointment. WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE BY @JioCare .look into the matter.if any responsible person you have . Reallocation request for jio connection not done after two months.
