@JioCare This is 48 hrs since I lodges complain of poor OTT services for my jio fiber connection. Two times you have revised the scheduled since 09 Oct but no one has visited and attended. This is such a worst services and care you take for the customer. Jio number +912653574170

Jio is one of the worst service provider. After complaining 10 to 15 times no resolution received. Their customer executive not talk properly & disconnect call. Every time same response "IN YOUR AREA USERS ARE MORE SO YOU FACE PROBLEM" @reliancegroup @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I have disconnected my jio fibre, device pick up service request is SR00001EORCS, I want expedited pick up and refund of deposit, support will be appreciated. 5 days was promised after discconection which are alreaady passed (disconnection done on 13/10/22-CO0000Q4TCCF)

@JioCare Once again a worst experience by with Jio. I tried recharging my jio number and on 1st attempt it came on Jio app that transaction is failed and when recharged it again after few minutes it showed my number is recharged twice for the same amount and had a chat with jio

Hi @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio We took new JioFiber at our old parents home at Nagpur ~8Oct. Jio engineer damaged our working TV while set top box installation. Our TV Not working since then. Jio Sales directed us to customer care and vic-a-versa. Please confirm whom to contact.
