@JioCare Stop cheating valued customers, pls arrange a call, would like to share strong negative feedback on Jiocare customer care. All requests are getting closed in system without actual action at customer end. I am calling daily from last 5 days to reopen it.

@JioCare I have disconnected my jio fibre, device pick up service request is SR00001EORCS, I want expedited pick up and refund of deposit, support will be appreciated. 5 days was promised after discconection which are alreaady passed (disconnection done on 13/10/22-CO0000Q4TCCF)

Day by day the jio service has become very bad. There is no good calling or data service. If this continues, I have to leave the service. @reliancejio @JioCare
