@JioCare Team Jio, We have facing issue of call drop and very less network connectivity. Almost approx 400 connections facing same issue in my area request to resolve on most priority basis.

@JioCare This is the problem @JioCare @reliancejio mindless response which serves no purpose. Take feedback positively and look into past records of the problem, service requests etc and put efforts to resolve. Such responses, will make people loose confidence in #jio

@JioCare @reliancejio the speed and quality of coverage is fluctuating severely. Some times we get 15 Mbps some times no data. Same with voice coverage. Is there some issues or maintenance being done at vasna bhayli road area, NR bright school. I use #jio as my main sim.

@itsallryt The coverage of @reliancejio is better than Airtel. In our area we have airtel tower , but god knows why I didn't get any coverage. Back in 2020 I ported my service to JIO. It is working fine , smooth.

Finally ported one of my 5 @airtelindia numbers to @reliancejio . Will soon port the rest of them too. @Airtel_Presence u chose to ignore my requests to work on the network issues, continue doing so . I will make sure my friends do the same.

@JioCare also there is no customer care number to talk with customer executive and register the complain regarding this. today is the last day. either tell your representative to start dp installation work in my building or everyone will go for tikona connection.

@reliancejio @JioCare 10+ days & issue not yet resolved ! Big Shame ! UNINSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number CO0000DPP03L is scheduled on 02-09-2021 : 15:00:00. You will receive an Order completion code after UNINSTALLATION.

@reliancejio according to jio fiber sechime if connection is not good then you can cancel it within 1month and can get complete refond but i didn't get my refond yet , According to policy they give refpund within 10-14 working days but 2month gone I didn't get my refond yet.
