    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio - I need your help. I had done a recharge of INR 100 twice for my grandmother-in-law. On both occasions, it shows successful but still she is unable to place outgoing call. Unfortunately, due to lockdown, I'm unable to visit her in person. Please help.

    @reliancejio hi! My jio set top box hangs atleast 5 times a day! I am unable to raise a complain because there is no option to speak to your customer care executive about it! Your live chat bot is stupid and has no option about jiotv!

    @JioCare i have recharged on my jio no. 9537695759. The plan is not supporting non koi instrument. Plz support me to upgrade my recharge amount to the one which can support non jio instrument. Present plan rs. 297+10, upgrade to rs329/-
