    @JioCare This is 48 hrs since I lodges complain of poor OTT services for my jio fiber connection. Two times you have revised the scheduled since 09 Oct but no one has visited and attended. This is such a worst services and care you take for the customer. Jio number +912653574170

    @JioCare @reliancejio We take 4 g rupee and don't even give 2g speed.I'm doing a lot of comliant.Nothing new until I get the right speed I will keep complaint.I want to see when you are ashamed.

    @reliancejio Please check out the network in Sanskruti Aangan, Bill Sokhda Rd. Each resident has to come out of home for searching network for communicating. Please make the necessary steps to work out the problems. @JioCare @RelianceMobile - Sanskruti Aangan B-44,Bill Sokhada Rd

    @JioCare After 2 month as on date no work progress, @JioCare check network and found that no signal so they decide to instal jio tower in my area, so they finalize location and start process, after few day they(jio, anand)digging hole for foundation, but after that no any further(1/2)

    Very bad service provided by Reliance Jio to their customers. We registered complaints for many times but they not give proper answers & not resolved the problems yet. Even we Whatsapp messages can't delivered & staff disconnect call. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    Dear @JioCare, I am willing to ReLocate the Jio Fiber Router&STB to another location at Vadodara location. I have been contacting customer care they are not providing me and solution and refusing to take request, giving reason that due to technical issue can't process SR.

    @JioCare Why wait 24 or more hours? Your service request number is SR000019B1RF. You will receive an update by 15/03/2022 17:52.. May be one more time some of your engineers or executives removed my active connection to complete the daily target and added a new connection in that place?

    Jio is one of the worst service provider. After complaining 10 to 15 times no resolution received. Their customer executive not talk properly & disconnect call. Every time same response "IN YOUR AREA USERS ARE MORE SO YOU FACE PROBLEM" @reliancegroup @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Since the 22nd, have you really not had a single engineer slot available, or is this just harassment of a customer? Anyway, it’s fine—you want to earn money, go ahead. But if my issue is not resolved today, I will switch to Airtel starting today.

Calls are not answered, and even after messaging the concerned manager on WhatsApp, I only received a vague reply with no action taken.Such poor service in Sopore is unaccep

    @JioCare this kind of vague response is not acceptable anymore. I need a clear date and exact time by when the service will be fully restored — no more generic assurances or “at the earliest” statements. My service has already been down for over 40 hours. (1/2)

    @JioCare I get it @JioCare dat u guys don't want 2 hear the customers prblm which is y there is no optn 2 talk to ur rep on tollfree & on my jio app there is no option 2 create a service rqst. 3rd day tdy still no resolution. Airtel guys alrdy repaired their junction box which 2 was burnt

    @JioCare We don't have internet connection since Sunday? Your technician says that we have rescheduled the appointment which is untrue? Why is the service call on hold? Why isn't the technician not attending Today? Very frustrated

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Postpaid is taken for uninterrupted service, not risk of suspension before due-date comfort. If this is the experience, why should customers not move to prepaid? Kindly review this practice.
