    @JioCare ShemarooMe application are included in 150mbps jiifiber plan but this application is not available on settop box as well as user cannot login or subscribe through Jiofiber credential…please do the needful

    Jio is one of the worst service provider. After complaining 10 to 15 times no resolution received. Their customer executive not talk properly & disconnect call. Every time same response "IN YOUR AREA USERS ARE MORE SO YOU FACE PROBLEM" @reliancegroup @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence You know your services is very poor as compared to Airtel.....u have planned to Change my prepaid sim to post paid but lots of formalities, I step back and have checked my Airtel prepaid sim to post paid.east step only forward request online

    @MarketingMvrick @reliancejio There was a time when I literally paid 999 plus taxes, for 2 GB of data and still couldn't experience greater or satisfactory customer service. Not getting any exemplary customer service from @reliancejio either, but far more happy with the price that I am paying. #learnorleave

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR000015TTLN, repair of your JioFiber account having JioFixed Voice Number 2653561351 is on hold as our Jio Service Engineer did not get access to your premises. Kindly schedule a new appointment asap.

    @JioCare @Ansha4669 When it's urgent to get connected why should we wait... And have the right to stop the service after due date and can give reminder messages but don't have right to humiliate a human bey when he is on urgency

    @JioCare @reliancejio Ask the location every time but when the problem will be solved.The solution must come if you are really working.This is not a problem today.See my comlaint for how many years I have been comlaint. But you don't want to do anything.

    @JioCare Stop cheating valued customers, pls arrange a call, would like to share strong negative feedback on Jiocare customer care. All requests are getting closed in system without actual action at customer end. I am calling daily from last 5 days to reopen it.

    @reliancejio I have very disappointing experience from Jio fiber service at my area code: 390019. I have registered service request SR00001CSV36 on 09/Aug and been waiting from 4days to get resolved my issue. Called cust care many times but no result.

    @JioCare Home Broadband network t working since yesterday( SR 2231988813). No se vice Engr. visit though he was supposed to by 4.30 pm yesterday. No way to contact live customer care. Lousy boys. Frequent breakdowns in few months. Please cancel connection and refund!!

    @JioCare @JioCare My Jio SIM was deactivated on May 15 while I’m living in Sweden. Customer support asked me to visit India for reactivation, which isn’t feasible right now. All my banking OTPs are linked to this number. Requesting a temporary activation. Please help.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Facing frustrating issue with Jio. Need to change existing plan,team says plan can’t be changed unless extra payment is made. Poorly designed process and unhelpful support. Never faced such issues with Airtel. Customer support at Jio needs improvement.
