    @JioCare Hello, from last 2-3 month I am facing internet issue and company is just replacing router and not solving the issue, 2 days back only router replaced and again it stopped working Is any solution available instead of router replacement?

    @JioCare The problem is just a cable break which your team didn't join by 9 days. If there is this much of shortage of manpower to your firm then provide us the instrumment to repair i will repair it by self.

    @JioCare network connectivity is worst in our area. Please try to install a tower in our locality. Calls get disconnected in between due to network problem. People are porting away fron Jio. Address : Behind Cygnus world school, Harni sama link road, Vadodara, Gujarat - 390022.

    @reliancejio Literally it is not internet because jio is not giving properly 4G network it is giving 2g network. It's better to buy Vodafone 3g connections

    Very bad service provided by Reliance Jio to their customers. We registered complaints for many times but they not give proper answers & not resolved the problems yet. Even we Whatsapp messages can't delivered & staff disconnect call. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @JioCare we paid for Jio fiber yesterday. Even after 30 hours we keep getting false promises from the person who took money from us. Pathetic experience even before I begin the service.

    @JioCare A week without service, yet you’re still charging the full amount.That’s not customer service,it’s exploitation.Why should customers pay for your failure? If you can’t provide the service, you shouldn’t be charging for it.Take responsibility and issue a fair adjustment @JioCare

    How long are customers expected to tolerate poor network quality? For the past 1–2 weeks, Jio's internet has been painfully slow. Videos keep buffering and even basic browsing is frustrating. Customers pay on time and deserve reliable service. Time for real improvement. @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare I am still not getting the promised internet speed, and I am no longer receiving any meaningful updates regarding my complaint. Thank you for the "wonderful" experience given to a new customer. Since the issue remains unresolved, I will be switching to another service.

    @JioCare Still no installation, no call, and no commitment on a schedule. The only update rcvd was a generic message without any date or time. If JioFiber cant fulfill the service, kindly process my refund immediately. Customers deserve better respect for their hard-earned money.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Had requested for a relocation of the Fibre connection 10 days back. The same was disconnected on 12th but the device has not been collected yet and neither the new connection has been provided. No communication and not able to get through the customer care.
