    @reliancejio @JioCare Why does Jio have such a pathetic and horrible support team? First of all, there is a single customer care number that too has been made to give automated voice reply. So, there is no way one can talk to jio customer care team.

    @JioCare my recharge for 30 GB data addon 181 rs pack is not reflecting, why? I always used to recharge with Paytm and phonepe and never faced single issue, instantly reflects the recharge. This time I tried Myjio app, money deducted but nothing happened. Fix your app ffs
