@JioCare Hi, my recently purchased Jio extender is not working. The extender is properly meshed with the router but the extender when connected doesn't transmit internet and most times the wifi led is red. Can you pls assist.

Very disappoint with the service of jio fiber. Have logged SR before two days and without any solution or resolution they mark SR as Resoved...really fed up of the @reliancejio services. Still internet is not working since last 5 days

@JioCare @reliancejio There’s no internet service at my place. Trying to reach people through the app is next to impossible and nobody picks up the chat or the call. I am regretting my decision to switch to JIO every minute.
