@JioCare @this_is_siddh Hey Siddharth, you have made big mistake by taking jio services… Their services are worse and customer care act like robot. They will give you irrelevant answer and then they open ticket which later backend team closes without informing you any update

@JioCare Its more than 20 days. Plz solve the problem. I am paying Rs. 1768.80 per month. Plz refund my hard money as you are completely failed to solve to restore the internet connection and other facilities. Very poor experience with jio fibre and its customer support system 🙏🏻

@JioCare One local broadband provider visited to my home and after that this issue occured. Please check if the wire is broken then it means he did something. Take some action else everytime we have to suffer and need to discontinue jio connection
