    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Now resolve my issue. My ont is cnctd with aprx 200m wire, one cut in middle. Evrytime the issue is at that joint. I hv requested ur engineers multiple times to change the wire bt no1 helps. Im an annual customer, n if u cnt do it fr me, who will u do it4?

    @Airtel_Presence Hey Karan, As of now no one has come to resolve my issue, I am paying 1000₹ per month and I don't expect this kind of service. If you are unable to resolve my issue please tell I'll take broadband connection from @reliancejio who are providing excellent service in my area.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please resolve my complain or I am going to port my no tomorrow into Airtel. jio is deceiving their customers as network and data speed problem is going on everyday. Cost increases 1.5 times in 2 years and service quality is poor.

    @JioCare Again typically Jio attitude. There's no question of any delay at all. The issue is, use of extremely foul language, which can't be tolerated. So, since Neelam you also have failed to take Cognizance, Bye Bye Jio. You don't deserve me. Good Riddance
