    I'm requesting again to resolve my issue or I will stop taking @reliancejio services once I get a chance to do so. I've been complaining since 5 dyas calling 1991,198 and 199, MyJioApp, e-mail, twitter, etc) and I have not get contacted yet. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio got ur jio fiber install with tv box in Lucknow in june 20 since into a transferable job i moved to Varanasi and jio services are in my area but now dening to take new conec please help already lodge complain on ivr but not respnse.while installing i was assurd for this

    Why Jio is gone slow internet in so many villages and less public areas speed is around 2-3 kbps.. Even watching a You tube video is headache now a days on ur network... Kindly solve @ Mojira Village Gujarat @JioCare

    @JioCare @Brijrajsinh__ You're charging money to multiple users so you have to provide all the users quality services. What kind of a dumb logic is that if multiple users use internet then the 4g become worse than 2g? If you're taking money from all then provide service to all else refund.

    @mitulmitul13 @JioCare Am used both sim Jio number only and my Residency area thiruvarur to 5 km and Jio tower located just 1 km then very low population area max my area peoples use airtel because the issue for signal aitel Jio signal strength not more different its same only so pls clear the issue
