    @reliancejio i called customer care to get recharge receipt on email , but he said they send payment receipt on sms and same is in mobile. jio have policy to not send recharge receipt email. it is customer right to get paper or email receipt of all payment.

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio Following up for porting one number from other service proivider to JIO for last 3 months. Appellate seems to be an illiterate desk kept for mere complaince sake.
