    @nellaiseemai Be careful about Jio. They don’t have human Customercare. Everything is artificial @jiocare is worst. For some days u’ll enjoy Jio service and then start crying

    @JioCare @Jiocare it’s more than 48 hrs with the problem in tower and solution u r able give or give any time line. Neither there is a answer or human touch to the problem. Ur competitors are way ahead in complaint resolution, they take pride in it. Can u say the same

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio No network signal from last week. facing a problem in calling and the internet is not working. Went to a jio store, So they immediately gave me a new Jio sim for the same number (Duplicate Sim). But the issue didn't resolved yet. Kindly sort this out.

    increases but service is very poor. I request to @TRAI make heavy penalty for such fraud and data stolen. Who will pay the my data price ? Jio will not give the data pack again without money. Every time , I am repeating same problem.@reliancejio @ravishndtv
