60 days / 2 mths gone, issue raised on 8 July still unresolved. How many mre mnths/yrs. @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare Y was 1st installation dne via window whn duct option was avble.its illegal. False assurance on call that v'll sort issue. however no resolution yet.#newagescam

@reliancejio I live in surat (gujarat) is there 5g network?? Will you get a 5g sim Reliance store? I have a 4g sim card, do I have to upgrade to 5g? If the 4g recharge plan is not completed, is it necessary to create a recharge plan for 5g? And does 5G network work in 4G phones?

@JioCare Ye sab doglapan hai. I changed my number from jio to another company only because everytime I call customer care number they told wait some time net issue will be fixed. I waited 1 year and now I changed it. Rakho tumhara customer satisfaction.

@reliancejio #JioFiber New Connection - Taken money, not installed even after 6 days. number of follow ups from my end. Every day the visit gets extended. No Solution so far. Should I Cancel it because Jio has many connections and it does not care for more?
