    @JioCare Feel like helpless after continuous reminders on jio fiber setup box call center and mails, no way out for simple solution. Not at all expected from such Reliance.

    @reliancejio I am getting only 3 mbps of speed at my location and only 1 signal bar. Airtel has better network over here. I can't use mobile internet properly. I'll switch to airtel plan if this is not fixed. Your customer service is just bots. Nobody actually looks into it

    @reliancejio SR00001CRTTN service request pending since 10 days and all calls received till date is getting disconnected from your side as they can't give solution and say complaint resolved this is lie. Very unprofessional approach. Inefficient staff.@TRAI r
