@reliancejio if someone is not techno savvy then will your company not provide the solutions to the connectivity issues. Madam Richa in customer care is head bend to resolve the issue on phone by asking many technical questions and I being a layman not able to fulfil requirements

@JioCare My complain is NO One came to pickup the device yet. If the device has been not picked up yet, how the bank details can be shared for the refund and how the refund is in process. Kindly resolve the problem. Dont tell me the process, I know that.

@JioCare highly disappointed with the device and service. From@lat one week we are facing the connectivity issue but the customer care ppl are not ready to send the technician. This wasn’t expected.
