I am trying to enable voice call in @reliancejio . They say they will send 5 digit code in alternate number. This no. Has never came in last 2 months. Voice call not activated. How can this be my 1st sim. In another news, Jio has lost massive customer base.

@JioCare despite lot of fake assurance and allotted time schedule for installation of jio fibre . No engineer visited after 36 hours. Now I have to think twice to recommend jio fibre. Very poor service
