@JioCare Hi, I’m facing difficulty with mobile data nd calls after the upgradation in my phone to 5G,data goes off frequently nd calls are not clear ,is the problem for me or ur already aware of it ? I’m using iPhone 13 which is 5G compatible. Could u pls check wt is the problem.

@JioCare Door wasn't locked, no one visited. from 5 to 6pm (the scheduled time) i was right there. no one came and i posted my complaint here. Now in the app i am not able to reschedule, at customer care number i am not able to reschedule an appointment. It's been 3 days that net is down.

@JioCare 2 Jio Fibre employees are available at my home for installation by the name Prakash and Ravindra Singh, both unable to resolve the issue and said that- Kindly register new request. What is this ? See the behavior. Now I am going to complaint in police.
