Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare @reliancejio It is very unfortunate that despite repeated complaints, our nearby Jio Tower remains always down. There is every apprehension that he sells the fuel alloted for the same, which is causing alot of problems to us. Sort out the issue ASAP

@JioCare Atleast provide any number of engineer, if the issue is arises again and again it should be fixed on priority rather wait for 24hrs daily. Everyone is apologies only, that I don’t need, just need a quickly resolution and for sure will not recommend this pathetic service provider.
