    @reliancejio @realmemobiles We are facing network issues from last 1 month kindly resolve it.Everyone here is using jio but due to this issue coming again and again most of the jio customers switched to @airtelindia kindly resolve the issue otherwise we too have to switch to airtel then.. @reliancejio

    Specifically @reliancejio @JioCare since everyone is pushing work from home solution but our only sin is that we'r using @reliancejio network instead of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the nearby Jio cell cite mostly 4 days a week remains almost down 4 whatever reason & we suffer

    @JioCare here after a long time from kashmir finally internet services restored on 28feb but my jio fiber is not working not able 2 surf internet hell with your service till now even aftr 10time i called nothing happnd. i think we have almost 100 cnctns. in our area half works

    @JioCare : My Jio Number was autopay. Since August 2019 mobile services were down in July& K, but you continued to charge me @300/month.Sad to say, when I contacted ur customer care, they showed cold shoulder. Clear loot.

    @JioCare would you consider supporting asus rog phone 3 for wifi calling? Unfortunately i now have a 47000 rupees phone which i cant make one call! No signal inside home and no Wi-Fi calling as well. Thanks.

    @JioCare Your engineer did nothing. My wifi is still not working. Your engineer told me to get a new jio connection to solve the issue of frequent disconnection of jio fiber which i did but still it is not working since a week.

    @JioCare At 4pm, the internet goes away. DMing doesn't give me answers. Call support puts me on hold for 30 mins. I'm told internet will back after 5 hours. I don't think you understand the gravity of not having internet when everyone is working from home.
