@JioCare my jio fiber is not working for 6 days now in Sheikh Hamza colony lal bazar Srinagar.i already complaint about it but still nothing has been done.which tells about the poor service of jio network..even though I was assured that it will be done by 10am on 25th February

@JioCare This really not acceptable from one on top telecom companies. I contacted the jio fibre customer care today as even after recharge my jio fibre was not working they told me that an engineer will come and solve the problem today around7:00-8:00pm but no one came

@JioCare fiber internet is down in my area for almost 36hrs now. Not getting proper update on what caused this issue. Support is saying this issue will be resolved within 2 hrs since yesterday. At least set a correct expectation by giving a correct timeline.
