@JioCare Instead of raising service requests do some ground work also to fix the issue i have already received SR00001966K1,SR0000190JJB,SR000019A6UK, SR000019ABMN and so on service requests. You are a reputed company grow up.

@reliancejio This is to inform you that my jio fiber is not working from 24feb 2022 so i raised a complaint on 25feb 2022 regarding the same under complaint no SR0000190JJB But unfortunately i didn't receive any solution even they resolved the issue without providing any solution

@JioCare 6. Dm u ur executive number ! Already cancelation request made via service request number SR000018QMTE today frm call centre. Its ur duty to take back ur equipment and specially disconnect ur line from today itself and do not simply charge for each day till ur Engineer visit !
