At least #jiofibre is the first thing outside South Korea where we can at least get 800Mbps down speed on premium pack less than promised 1Gbps but still faster than 5G. But I'm sure this guy is on base plan🤣🤣 So I am all in with #jiofibre

    Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

    @JioCare Yesterday you technical team visited our neighbourhood to install a new connection and in the process brought down connection of 5 houses. Totally unacceptable and after several complaints no one has bothered to fix it. Unprofessionally team ! @MukeshAmba

    @JioCare @reliancejio It is very unfortunate that despite repeated complaints, our nearby Jio Tower remains always down. There is every apprehension that he sells the fuel alloted for the same, which is causing alot of problems to us. Sort out the issue ASAP

    @reliancejio I have lost trust and faith in Jio . I have have availed my services in Jio fiber and faces the worst experience. It was told that you will get the refund with in 10-15 days Bura now it's been more than 1 month , I have not received refund yet. Hope you will respond.

    @RelianceJioCare Very slow speed internet, I have recharged for one year. Earlier I used to get upto 20mbps, now not even 1mbps in my house. Contacted care 2,3 times no resolution yet. We 4 in our family ported to Jio at that time. Now thinking of porting away. #RelianceJio

    Advertising no question and complain by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is biggest scam yet. I tired a week to raise complain that internet doesn't work 3km surrounding of my home. But their gimmicks app irritates us by saying everything is good. @reliancejio is far better

    @JioCare there is no family plan concept child account doesn't work. It's just give more bill to account without any service. And customer support just replied on twitter DM us and they don't even bother reply DM. Only billing is done on time without committed services.

    @reliancejio @JioCare i had discontinued my JioFibre connection and the engineer collected on 10/12/2020 and acc. to refund policy my return should come in 10 days but now the 16 days is over and the money is not refunded. My service request number is SR000013HD3D. Date : 24 dec.
