    @ViCustomerCare Kindly check my past tweets that I have tweeted. You Vodafone itself is a biggest fraudster. Never regained the network after fighting for 1 year. Finally changed all my 4 family numbers to @reliancejio and @BSNLCorporate which are the currently the best.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio just now I have contacted some of your customer care persons in the live chat they have played like anything and they have not required my problem simply there asking the same questions several times weather they have required or

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel #JIO no network in outdoor also. Is it in computation with Airtel. Both the networks are not providing indoor signal in my area. Both are in same race. Waste networks. These networks r good in advertisements only.

    @JioCare This is completely unacceptable. Despite paying for a full recharge, the network is extremely poor—frequent call drops and unusable internet. Feels like cheating customers.

    @JioCare Another follow-up and still no response from @JioCare. Complaint raised on 29-Apr-26 remained unresolved till 24-May-26 despite repeated follow-ups while the account was active. Account suspension later due to non-payment does not invalidate the original unresolved complaint.

    @reliancejio the jio fiber service is not working,the indore municipal corporation has cut all the lines which are lying on electric poles except the electric line,so whole jio network is finished.

    @JioCare @reliancejio ordered a SIM yesterday - order ref. NO00015F4WD3. It's still showing "order in progress" and SIM not yet delivered. Called 18008949999 and some idiot picked the call who had no clue and gave me another no., which is for activation of SIM.

    @JioCare Hi Pawan, Thanks for the quick response! I have been raising the same issue multiple times via call and the ticket have been raised but no response have been provided to me as t all. The team didn't even bother to contact me before closing the service request.

    @JioCare Please fix the internet at my home. The connection goes away every hour and only comes back after the router is restarted.
