@JioCare @reliancejio The worst net in the world, a thieving company, takes people's money but does not provide service, has to do something by calling someone or flight mode repeated.Although they comprise all the life, they will not be right.

@reliancejio @JioCare You guys have really poor customer service.. I Have installed Jio fiber its has been hardly 2 months and 3-4 times your internet has stopped working.. When I call the customer support IVR says transferring your call and it’s hangs up after 2-3 rings..

@JhilikMukherj13 @JioCare What happened to the JIO internet speed in major cities. Internet speed is slow throughout the whole day and good only during midnight. Jio is not providing the quality internet service as compare to airtel. May be you should upgrade your BTS for increased no. of user @JioCare

@JioCare Sir/Madam, I changed my network from Airtel to Jio with the hope that I would get better network coverage and good internet speed but my hopes are shattered. Your network is very fluctuating and net speed very very slow. Kindly look into the matter & resolve it.
