    While @ViCustomerCare network is barely available with 2G, @JioCare network is down in Chennai Manapakkam area. A continuing 15 hours power cut did this to your tower? Disaster proofing of networks a pipe dream. If this was ~2015 again, how will info/ relief reach masses?

    @JioCare What is mechanism you people are following, already two months have passed without any resolution. I think your best capabilities are only replying a tweet without any concrete solution. Launch a product without any support. Jio is having worst customer support in world.

    @JioCare @reliancejio i am living at mahul village chembur there are no network from 6 hour's so all people's are in problams . I have use only 1 sim of jio then create this no network problem from u again n again i have face 4 th time of same problem. So please solve this
