    @jioCare many request made to update me detail of delay in refund to your team frm last few days on x, email, chat, phone but no details provided. In case due to the delay or unpaid refund something goes wrong or bad onus will be on @reliancejio @JioCare fault & responsibility.

    @JioCare @reliancejio complaint raised on 1/6/26 for no 8732796263 but still awaiting the engineers service SR000037ALQZ If not serviced today will be happy to request refund and if that’s also not given then company be liquidated as they are not able to service the customers

    @JioCare Hi Nelson.. If you have access to the backend - you could check - the assigned courier persons phone is SWITCHED OFF. I have also raised a concern which has also been escalated. but NO SOLUTION. lemme know the way forward

    @JioCare 5653576885 Is My AirFiber Connection ID. Since Last 15+Days We Have Network Issues. When I Run Diagnostic It Says Outage Detected. Everyday Same Story. Every Month Same Issues. There Are No Alternatives To Contact Jio Customer Care. It’s Time To Switch For Betterment
