    @JioCare The engineer which came to solve my neighbour's problem only created my problem and this has happened twice in last 2 months. I dont understand why the same problem is being created repeatedly if there is no permanent solution then it's time for me to switch to @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare How many time you need to look into this? Myjio app is also not opening for slow data, here I can do speed test and raise a complain..

    Thank you @airtelindia for letting me know what I've been missing since 2012. After delayed airtel support for my internet problem, I tried @reliancejio, amazing net speed n coverage. Got to port my number soon.

    Hii @JioCare Calling & Internet not work properly at fixed location I also called the helpline they told that it is because of more users we are solving it They are giving this answer since last 1 month Plz solve my problem otherwise i will sift to @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

    @JioFiberChennai @JioCare apart from pathetic service you guys are not responding to a request to cancel the jiofiber connection. Even after paying outsatanding due & reminder mails there is no response. Negligence & lethargic attitude of jiofiber will pull down the brand value

    @sunnydatta05 @reliancejio Yes it does...But as per their policy we should recharge above 299 and we should be eligible for welcome offer to avail 5G and even customer support team are not aware about the exact details.
