@reliancejio @exploreIMC Gonna flop. I still wonder where is the promised money after we bought the jio handset model 1. You told all th money will be given back after successful 1 yr use of the device. But unfortunately the devices not even lasted for 6 months. Poor quality

@JioCare guys i am still waiting for your solution. JIO sucks in banglore. Issue is same everywhere. Airtel is working good in my area. if I don't get any solution I will switch to airtel this month.

Now agent is not responding calls. The jiostore is saying to visit store physically to get KYC again for changing prepaid to postpaid. What is this service @JioCare A senior citizen has to go through all this. If you guys don't want postpaid customers then stop postpaid plans.
