    @reliancejio @reliancejio My Jio network has been extremely poor for the last 3–4 days. The internet speed is so slow that it feels like 2G, making basic internet usage almost impossible.

    @JioCare Please —— get this installed by 30th August. Additionally Jio customer helpline is useless and I am not able to talk to anyone on the phone to convey my concerns and issues. Please you are my only hope.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your WiFi team doesn’t work at all. It’s been 4 days since a complaint. no engineer visit has happened. App is a chatbot - doesn’t add value. On call a “dedicated team” just asks to wait.. will this stupidity end? or i better shift to @reliancejio ?

    Hey @reliancejio team, I live in n area where there are many big institutions, almost 5 big ones. I pay around ₹500 every month for a recharge, yet Jio 4G Internet sucks. Many of my peers complain every day about how bad the Jio network is.
