    @reliancejio @PrimeVideoIN @YehHaiMirzapur I have cancelled my JioFiber connection. Nobody is visiting to pick up the router or process the refund. Every time I call customer care, the answer I get is within 24 hrs someone will be visiting. Could you please process this. I've DM you the number.

    @JioCare Dont give this reason that many users using internet at same time. In other providers also many users uses internet at same time, but atleast youtube, google works. But in your network nothing works, even cant do voice call Waited 14 days to resolve issue @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare my jiofiber has still not been installed. You call this customer support!?? Shame on you guys for calling yourself the best telecom service provider of India. Utterly disappointed. It has been 16 days still no sign of resolution.@JioCare

    @voldermort891 @JioCare Haha I hd 2 idea number which i ported in JIO I used jio till 4yr which was fabulous Bt i wanted to get rid of internet addiction hence i ported in Airtel n BSNL again n faced service issues BSNL 3G is also great in speed after Jio Be positive n honest
