    @JioCare How many times will you keep sending the same copy-paste response? We've been hearing this for the last 3 days. We paid for a Jio AirFiber connection to get reliable internet, not repeated excuses. Stop sending automated replies and fix the issue immediately. @reliancejio

    @JioCare the worst experience I've ever faced from and unexpected from a company of this scale. I've been facing multiple issues with my Jiofiber connection and there is no direct channel where I could reach a real customer care representative. It's always a chat bot.

    No network coverage whenever there is power outage at our area. We are unable to call or use data. It is available only when there is power supply ON. Previous year also I had complained regarding same issue. @reliancejio @JioCare please help @TRAI
