    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @JioCare I have messaged you service id and registered mobile no. Kindly check and resolve the issue, and provide contact of any nodal officers or anyone incharge of all this , so that i can complain about all this delay and how jio is going to pay back for this.

    @JioCare we faced the same issue always after we complain against the internet speed. We recharge for one year+ extra data pack. All money gone for nothing.

    @JioCare what a pathetic first message are not able to send after requesting sim replacement .im not able to send messages nd not able to use internet from last 5 hours .if u won't restore with in 1 hr i wl put complaint in consumer forum.ur customer care is hope less
