    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @JioCare Facing great problem in connectivity. WiFi is not detectable on phone / laptop / tv. Router signal is green. Raised request yesterday which was resolved automatically. No engineer visited as committed between 12 to 1 pm. Too pathetic service.

    @JioCare Your customer service has been extremely disappointing. If this is not resolved without further delay, I will be left with no option but to pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance channels.

    @reliancejio @TRAI @MIB_India i am using JIO prepaid, when data pack is utilised before due date, then why normal sms services are stop coming, we are connected on wifi network. What is the reason for blocking sms? Is it legal way of blocking. Recharge due date not crossed yet.

    @reliancejio @JioCar We are facing a temporary service interruption in your area since 10-07-2026 04:56 PM, due to which services for your JioFiber Connection with JioFixedVoice Number 4435692456 may be affected. We expect this to get resolved by 10-07-2026 08:56 PM.Not resolved

    @JioCare @reliancejio If my services are not restored and this matter is not resolved within the next 24 hours, I will initiate proceedings before the Consumer Commission for deficiency in service and unfair trade practices. Enough follow-ups. I now expect a resolution, not another template response.

    @JioCare Please cancel my Jio AirFiber order (Order No. NO0001EBZUJS) and initiate my full refund, as all the promised installation timelines have already passed. Kindly process the cancellation and refund at the earliest. Also Check Your DM

    There is no mechanism in Jio Air Fibre to raise a concern. They have a bot with fixed replies and just nobody to actually address the problems. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio The issue is still unresolved despite repeated complaints. If the installation is not completed immediately, I will escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline. Please take urgent action.
