    @JioCare @reliancejio @Naam_hikaafihai Your company has the worst network on this location. Our recharge money will be looted if you pay a penalty, otherwise the network will solve the problem. pin code 306104

    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI Day 13 So, if you fail to pay your monthly recharge, you will not be able to make any calls. But it has been 13 days and Jio still hasn’t installed my Jio AirFiber connection. I made the payment of Rs. 2121.64 on 29th August.

    I have book airfiber on 7th aug via an official agent.I paid all the dues.But it is supposed to be installed 10th agu 10am to 12.yet no one is here to install and no details of the technician received.. #Help . I need this for WFH Urgently.. My order id is NO0001F28BB1Q @JioCare

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare @jio_fiber My Jio AirFiber service has been down, and the restoration time has now been extended again from 10 Aug 6:59 PM to 11 Aug 6:59 AM. This repeated delay is extremely frustrating. Please restore the service urgently and provide a clear resolution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Seriously, don’t order a Jio SIM online. Their service is absolutely pathetic. I ordered a SIM 5 days ago, paid the amount, and the order is STILL showing “In Progress.” Every time I contact customer support, I’m told to “wait another 24 hours.”

    @JioCare If u r so concern fr my privacy pls recheck d behavior of ur engineers wid female customes. Pls check d quality of ur services as u yourself said it's being one weak & my concern is still unsolved. This jst mental & financial harassment. Pls resolve d issue

    As world is moving towards AI technology @airtelindia is moving towards Stone Age Their engineers cannot fix WiFi outage from last three days in city like Mumbai I feel like laughing, You guys should hire some engineers from @reliancejio if you are unable to fix WiFi issues
