    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    IT folks here just a piece of advise, don’t ever think of getting @JioCare / @reliancejio fiber network. They have built a great firewall which blocks vpn connection to office network, and cherry on top is you can’t get to contact the customer care.

    @JioCare for cable installation ur local team chopped the tree infornt of my home. left the area unclean. Causing lot of trouble by scratching the car and we couldn't access the street. Contacted 3 to 4 person from jio fiber salem(tamil nadu). But no response. clear the area
