    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @JioCare Is suddenly really bad at service. Everything is automated. Can’t talk to a human being. Service agent closed complaint without resolving and I can’t find way to raise complaint again. Helpline disconnects after choosing 2nd option. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am facing frequent network issues on my phone since 1 week... Sometimes I am unable to make calls and sometimes the internet doesn't work even when the network shows 4G Can you please look into it... Would appreciate your quick response

    @reliancejio @JioCare Very discusting customer care service On22.12.2022 I convert my no.9349133854 e sim to physical sim After 72hours I am not recived any sms I called many times to jio care and mail also but problem not resolved . Very heressment by co. 9349133754 jio no.
