I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

Today I got a message from Jio telling me that on the recharge of ₹ 98, you will be given 14 days with extra 14 days and for free. But I recharged. After that I have not received any additional benefit yet. Kindly help.@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

Even @JioCinema doesn't work with @reliancejio connection .Called 199 nd Priya a nasty customer care exec told me rudely that they are facing issues for a week and it wud take 3 more hours to fix. Without any expenditure on infrastructure and the rudeness of @JioCare I doubt it?

@reliancejio charges for high speed - give VERY LOW SPEED SERVICE IN PORVORIM GOA, - had a very bad experience with rude staff of 199 priya of @jiocare. The have begun to take customers for granted. Take high speeed money and give low speed and RUDE service
