    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet is not working since the afternoon. Have gotten 0 support from your customer care. It's showing as all good on the app and yet I can't even open google. There's no speed. I can't even raise a request because of it.

    @JioCare Why should I reschedule when I’m available? My appointment slot was 6–7 PM today , it’s already past 7 PM, no one has arrived, and the technician isn’t answering calls. Very unprofessional service.

    @JioCare Could you please urgently check and update me on the status of my refund? I can see that the refund is still not completed. It has already been delayed, and I’m not sure what is causing the issue. Please look into this on priority and process the refund at the earliest.

    @JioCare Still the technician is same when i try to contact that particular technician he is saying i am in a vacation I don’t know about these service requests if in case they don’t know why should you guys hire them i want quick resolution my work is pending from morning onwards
