I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

Jio became the worst service provider ever, every time I recharge with 4g but get 2g speed. They make us fool and I already complaint 8 to 10 times still there is no any solution. @reliancejio @JioCare

@Reliance,@JioCare despite having spent 12 hours with you in trouble shooting the problem with router remains. It’s worse now, the router can not be detected any more. Very sad and disappointing. Not expected from a Reliance group company.
