    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @JioCare @reliancejio there was call drop issue facing since last 2 month even after launch 5G I am surprised should I downgrade from 5G or 3G speed. Even call not connect properly is there any solution expect from Company.

    @reliancejio @JioCare From morning neither calls are going or receiving. Data is not working .If this goes same then what the hell will do if we get emergency calls? Bloody call centre people if we call they disconnect while speaking .Issue with all mobile in home. It’s urgency.

    @reliancejio in my area sucks . It’s Pathetic frequent call drop with intermittent net connection. What to do @JioCare have informed your staff twice .

    @silverstorm2544 @yabhishekhd Actually this is the error from @reliancejio end, not the smartphone manufacturer. Same issue was faced by my friend on his oneplus device.
