    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @JioCare Hello Chhavi, That's actually the issue. We don't have jiofibre in our area and 70% population is doing wfh and depends upon sim to work, but when u work on the cloud it becomes slower. So, I actually want to know is it possible to have jiofibre in our area and when if yes?

    @JioCare If you can't solve the problems,then dont ask for the DM nd alternate number....i have already given info many times, every time i got answer that network in area is good but number of users using internet are more ........this is not a solution @reliancejio

    @reliancejio just before lockdown they disconnected my services purposely still they did not started or resolved my problem

    @JioCare I have been struggling to get any sort of broadband connection since last year. Jio fiber is available in the city but they are refusing to set up in my locality. Hoshangabad (Madhya Pradesh) Please help !!

    Hi Your Jio 4G network is not working properly in my location how could trust u in future ... After sometime if this problem is not getting solved I would choose some other network 😤 very disappointing service. @reliancejio @JioCare
