    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @reliancejio @JioCare Paid for new connection on 18th of October. Till date your engineers couldn't start the connection. Local operators were providing 1000 times better service. Stop looting people like this

    @reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic services from #Jio Got fiber installed on 31st and after 3 hours it stopped working, raised a complaint but till now it has not been resolved and deadline has already passed.
