    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare @reliancejio Most unprofessional behaviour from Jio Fiber team at Kolkata. Service req: SR000016YVOG SR000016ZJ8V SR0000170L8R No internet since 05.10.21 Srvc requests deleted without informing customer. No time limit provided for resolutions.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have purchased a jio phone on jio site and I received a damaged charger I asked it guy who delivered the phone to me, he said he will be come and exchange now its been more than 2months he blocked my number and now my 2500 rupees is wasted no help no response

    @JioCare People making phone calls on my number get my number out of network coverage area while to me my phone seems working fine. Have to restart my phone everytime while dealing with this. Kindly help me resolve the problem asap.

    @JioCare @reliancejio what's the problem with ur network? A normal video is able to play. Even a 2 KB photo is taking 1 minute to download through fiber. 😡😡
