I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

@JioCare If user number is high then it is not my problem it is your problem . I was pay for network and it is your duties to resolve my problem not mine . If number of user is high then tell sir Mukesh Ambani to pick up jio network in our country if you are not provide a good network
