    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @JioCare @reliancejio @Naam_hikaafihai Your company has the worst network on this location. Our recharge money will be looted if you pay a penalty, otherwise the network will solve the problem. pin code 306104

    @TRAI why telecom company r using dual standards? @reliancejio daily data limit plan is too slow..but when I recharge for other data plan it gives triple speed .. they are forcing customers to buy such plans by reducing speed of daily data plans.. @TRAI please look into it

    @Abhishe43132985 They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @JioCare the data speed is extremely slow in Bangur Nagar. Contacted the customer care they are only giving vague estimates. It's been almost a week since this issue started.

    @JioCare Hi I am not receiving any messages on my jio mobile number due to which i m facing hell lot of problems,I guess the sms settings are all fine as I am receiving mszes on my alternate sim in the same mobile . Please help fast .It's very urgent .
