And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

Raised complaint & emailed for 2 days. ZERO response from Jio. Paid 4 service I'm nt getting.pls give full refund ASAP.
