I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

@JioCare @reliancejio @Naam_hikaafihai Your company has the worst network on this location. Our recharge money will be looted if you pay a penalty, otherwise the network will solve the problem. pin code 306104

My STB installation of set top box is pending from 26/07/22 & I had to pay 706 to upgrade. Till now No STB installation is done from the team, while my plan is changed from 27 july itself & paying extra with no service. pathetic service... @JioCare @reliancejio

@ajeshks Why don’t you give a try to @reliancejio better connectivity, cheap data plans, better customer service, truly 4G internet experience what else does one need! I will suggest you to switch to Jio and feel the difference on your own...@JioCare will help you port
