    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @JioCare @reliancejio @Naam_hikaafihai Your company has the worst network on this location. Our recharge money will be looted if you pay a penalty, otherwise the network will solve the problem. pin code 306104

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi can you tell me just a reason why specifically in the pin code 560066 Prashant layout area why do u have the worst network connectivity. Its been over 2 years why not put the effort. Please dont connect me to a customer agent just list the reason!

    @JioCare Sweety, thank you for the update. I know from last 2+ months refund is in process but that process has never ended to give chance to the next step of transfer refund. Sadly it everytime it bounce out from the refund processing. It's sad & depressing never ending fail cycle.

    Hi @JioCare, I recharged my Jio number with ₹707 after seeing a WhatsApp offer promising 1 month extra validity + ₹150 cashback. However, I have not received either the extra validity or the cashback. Please check my recharge and resolve this issue as #JioAirFiber #jiofraud
