    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm aggrieved by your email customer care team. I've been asking for a refund of security deposit for several months now, but they have been replying like robots. Is this how you will become the best internet broadband service in India?
