    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @JioCare It is shocking to understand that I can not relocate my connection to a different state within the country. Customer care claims I will loose all my money in the account (balance) as well. Pathetic. Check and revert.

    @JioCare It's been more than 24 hours and I've no response from your Twitter support. This is the same kind of support I was getting on Emails. They're not able to answer a SIMPLE question in 48hours. THAT'S HOW BAD THEIR AFTER-SALES SERVICE IS.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have been having horrible internet speed here in Ahmedabad. The maximum download speed I'm getting is 0.97 Megabits/S. Is this what I deserve after I pay about Rs. 666?!

    @JioCare Your serviceman visits on the date different than committed by your own team. Later on the complaint is closed unilaterally saying I wasn’t available. This happened three times. Ridiculously unprofessional…..
