    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @JioCare Do you guys have any idea how many times you've said this? Check this thread itself, you've said it more than 3 times and no resolution. You also scheduled a visit named "JIO FIBER GATEWAY REPLACEMENT" or something which never happened.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had ordered a JioPhone Next. This was delivered to me by a person representing Jio with a tax invoice. There is an error in the invoice. The dealer is now refusing to correct the invoice. Pls help.
