    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @D_Sumit5 @jio_fiber very true, all they have in their app, is silly marketing promotions, @reliancejio Your My Jio app is the most useless app ever. Put a way to raise issues there and if possible Live Chat option. I don't wanna see Jio Mart offers there, when my broadband is down.

    @JioCare fed up with the iiofibre and the network provided by you. no option to raise SR thru app and continuously putting in loop nly with no resolution.
