    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @JioCare 301139302769 is my Jio fibre connection number and i am not getting refund process done even after complain so many times. I got only message that engineer will come today but never came once. Such a pathetic and unprofessional people there in Jio fibre. #jio

    @JioCare It has been 10 days since we are facing the internet issues. The customer executive guys come and go and the internet works for a couple of hours.

    @JioCare The whole lane has been suffering from this problem for over 10 days now. We immediately want to get this resolved or pay us back the money. They have been playing around connections and giving stupid execuses

    @JioCare Few OTT is not working asking for subscription which is part of my plan , have tried all options clear data etc but not working then i raised SR00001D4TRP but it was closed without any action no one bother to visit or call me , issue is still there but SR closed.

    I'm shifting to my hometown from my current location in ranchi, Jharkhand. So I want to disconnect my jio fibre connection.i was trying continuously to contact with customer association but i failed. Please remove the connection and take back the router. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio SR00001DELL5 complaint raised on 24 August. No resolution yet #jio plz help. Customer support said will send engineer on 25 August. But no one visited #reliancejio
