    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @JioCare , @Airtel_Presence Your internet speed sucks. Bloody thugs. Internet speed in Ashoka Enclave I Faridabad is pathetic. Calls not getting connected Time for port to other service provider. Bloody frauds. Charging so highly for recharge and internet speed sucks

    Both @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence are pathetic service providers. Their internet speed is pathetic. Can't even see a simple website and simple download. When you report them they will give innumerable excuses and never admit their inefficiency Bloody thugs

    @reliancejio Hi, I am presently in Lucknow and have availed your 5G services. It worked great for few hrs, then it automatically switched to 4G and when I am trying to switch 5G back on, it is continuously asking me to revisit the settings. Kindly help.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare. I have converted my physical sim to esim over a week ago.However after following all steps esim didn’t get activated.And not able to raise a new esim request as the previous request is still in process.I already called to Jio Service no but no response.

    @JioCare @reliancejio How long should I wait for you to resolve my Jio Fibre issue? First you suspend internet without any reason then your team suddenly becomes helpless and clueless that they are not able to activate since 3 days When will my service request SR00001GCBVX get resolved?

    @RVCJ_FB @reliancejio Worst ever network now a days....it was so nice before that's why I ported my all family sims into Jio network even bought 2 new jio sims ....now in all those network speed is much much slower than any other networks even it's not working during evening time.
