    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @JioCare @reliancejio @Naam_hikaafihai Your company has the worst network on this location. Our recharge money will be looted if you pay a penalty, otherwise the network will solve the problem. pin code 306104

    @JioCare internet is not working and when working the speed is very slow and I made a number of complain regarding this issue still this is not resolve.your team reply me this is temporary issue but 8 month have been passed still the issue same..

    @reliancejio You promised 150 mbps speed but our speed is not coming more than 2 mbps . You should do something or we would shift to another network. Rs 1180 is going waste

    @JioCare Kindly please speak to your service men they don't know how to speak to customer they are again saying they don't have wire to repair the problem...jio care sucks..opened complaints 4 times no resolution to the same...kindly anyone please don't buy jio fiber

    @reliancejio your network in my area Balasore Odisha is very slow and I have already complaint 1000 time within 2 years and not solve still now. Internet is very slow. Airtel and BSNL 3g is better than jio . I think next few years Airtel become king of internet.

    @TRAI I accidentally made a recharge on an incorrect number instead of my @reliancejio landline. I asked JIO to reverse the transation. They refused. I asked for a bill of my transaction. They refused that too. It is illegal to take money from me and not give me a bill! Help!

    @JioCare how much time you people take to establish full coverage in an area I am having trouble in using internet past 4 months and whenever I compalin in 198 they say we working on reach and coverage is this how you become no1 company by thuging and giving bad speed.
