    @JioCare @reliancejio @Naam_hikaafihai Your company has the worst network on this location. Our recharge money will be looted if you pay a penalty, otherwise the network will solve the problem. pin code 306104

    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @JioCare PS i have had this issue before and they took 3 days to visit. Pathetic Service from @JioCare even local network providers provide better after sales service.

    @JioCare How many times do I need to complain for the same issue? Please escalate this to the highest priority and provide a permanent fix within 1 hour. If JioFiber is unable to resolve the issue, 2/3

    @SahilLohchab11 @JioCare Bro same scene I'm not recharging cuz range issue atta he nahi range I'm use dusra sim that's y and jio wale calls daily and I use to work in call centre so bhot time i correct them ke how to talk jio ke logo ko baat Karna nahi atta btw girls specially no hate experience karo kud

    Still no response from @JioCare. I already have 3 active Jio connections. If this issue continues to be ignored, I will seriously consider disconnecting them and moving to a provider that values its customers Requesting urgent attention to Jio leadership @MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare Pathetic people I have been trying to get a service request because my router is not working and no one is picking the call. And all of a sudden u guys have to removed the option to schedule an appointment of an engineer . Reach to me ASAP

    @JioCare @sanjeev91686640 My Jio SIM got deactivated. I'm in Maharashtra, but Jio says I must go to Delhi, where I got the SIM, to fix it. Spending ₹5000+ just to reactivate a SIM is ridiculous. Why can't any Jio store handle this?
