    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @JioCare @reliancejio @Naam_hikaafihai Your company has the worst network on this location. Our recharge money will be looted if you pay a penalty, otherwise the network will solve the problem. pin code 306104

    I have been trying to get in touch with Jio customer support through chat, email and phone..no luck whatsoever. Their customer service can’t be any worse..hopefully this can get their attention @JioCare

    @JioCare my jio fiber is not working from last 3 days and I didn’t get any response from you. If this is your after sale service why you guys didn’t explain at the time of installation.

    I am talking about customer services. So many people are telling that the executive came took the money and nobody came for installation. I have no problem in booking i just want to be assured that if I book someone will come for installation #JioFiber @JioCare

    Experience of getting a #JioFiber connection DAY 2: It's been 27 hrs since I made my payment to #jio executive for the connection, no progress yet!!! My local internet service provider is way better than this horrible jio service... @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Issue with the Wifi Jio Fiber. Nobody came to the house to inspect the wifi, Complaint no just stated that it got resolved, but no resolution has been given till now. No Service Technician came to my house to look into the issue, no reply from customer care... @fiber_jio
