    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @JioCare Taking 15-15 days for a simple solution is quite understable...you should be taking 2-3 months time so that the customer may forget the issue and be relaxed and "jiye jee bharke"...

    @reliancejio @JioCare yesterday's recharge is valid and useful and I do not end up in wasting my hard earned money because of your faulty system where I did not get any notification about expiration of current plan while recharging again today? Customer support is really bad.
