I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

@reliancejio @JioCare Experienced worst ever service by Jio. Trying to transfer eSIM no. 8955289432 to new mobile for last 2 day however no Jio store is able to do due to some unknown error. Nobody is able to resolve. Highly incompetent staff. Even local Jio centre is hopeless.

@JioCare - After providing all bank details multiple times since 19th September this is really pathetic . After escalating 3 times no one has cared to call me back. Please never ever go with Jio. It sucks ....Extremely horrible and unprofessional company and people.
