    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @JioCare @TRAI JIO customers are animals, living in the jungle! For a long time, the server has been zero from 6 pm to 2 am. The server becomes zero at any time of the day, with 16 hours of service down in 24 hours. The internet doesn't work, just wait for the server to fix.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia this is really not done. Really disgusting network. I ported to Airtel hoping to get better network, but this is the worst of all. Full network coverage, zero speed. And you claim to be the fastest. Lol. Going back to @reliancejio

    @JioCare If you not provide 4g speed it's okay, but at least provide 3g speed. From last 3 to 4 days I have facing connectivity issues from jio sim

    @JioCare I dm you ,but see no revert call or anything by your team only messaged i got of change the sim settings for better signal connectivity ,this is totally irresponsible behaviour. And the failure of #digitaIindia #irresponsablejio #changethejio
