    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @JioCare @SubhamSinhaSS This is a ridiculous excuse to give. All users has done individual recharges, it's your responsibility to provide service to all, and if not, please refund our money and we will port out of jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Despite having a recharge for 3 months I am not even able to send one whatsapp message. Your internet is just not working since the past one week approximately. I called the customer care to seek help to resolve the matter.

    @reliancejio very bad experience facing from jio . The internet speed is very low since 1 month and when I complained today in jio customer care first they didn't give me full details and disconnected the call and in second time when again place the call and he again disconnected
