I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

@JioCare But people from CC are adamant with there answer that coverage is good in ur area. They are not understanding that before it was good in my home as well, but now from past 1 week issue is there.something has happened which needs to be rectified
