    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @reliancejio why don't you launch Wireless Internet service to Rural India during this Pandemic? BSNL anyway not doing what they Supposed to do though they have this service launched on free spectrum in a few states like mine in Telangana....

    Had applied for a new jio fiber connection. The installation team informed me that it would take more than a week. Tried to cancel the installation request thought your automated customer care.. didn't work. Just refund my money!! @JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio
