    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @JioCare it is very unfortunate when I enquired about internet connection recharge The concerned informed me to cancel existing connection and take new one. Fraud in marketing. Bad customer service.
