    I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @JioCare Seriously? How many more details do you need? I've already shared everything you've asked for. Stop asking for new details one by one and start fixing the actual problem. We've been suffering from poor network for the last 5 years. Enough of the delaysprovide a permanent solution

    @JioCare Despite this, within days of recharge expiry, I receive repeated calls warning of suspension. More concerning, customer care representatives also contact my alternate numbers, including my spouse’s, questioning why recharges are not done.
