I m using reliance jio from last 1 month and their data speed to going slow day by day even i can’t use 1GB data. And when i call to customer care they hold my call and then call gets disconnected automaticaly . very bad customer experience for me. @reliancejio @JioCareers

@vaibhavshetkar Using mobile phone from decade. But the service provider was worst, till the time jio came in picture, every one was looting money from their customer. Thanks @JioCare for giving us better service at reasonable price. Will suggest you to go with Jio

I think i should switch my @reliancejio number to @airtelindia . Jio has so poor internet connectivity inside home. And also they are not working on improving their network strength.

@reliancejio you are billing on post paid plan as a cycle 30 days why don't you provide 30 days validity to pre paid users ,it is cheating practice. It seems that for a year user have to pay 13 recharge plan it is bull ****.
