    @JioCare I want to cancel my free Amazon Prime membership. I will not pay the annual subscription free with immediate effect. Link send on your sms is showing invalid response. My jio app suggested 18008969999 which does not have any option to cancel. My jio number 8910902800.

    @reliancejio Guys there is work going on from Jio side regarding Fibre network in sector 22 however in front of my home they have not put soil back in dugout area and just closed it using cement. If you want I can send pictures also. Please do something.

    @JioCare @TRAI Every day after 10 pm my network is not working properly. Too many call drops and not sending SMS in last 5 days. If jio is not able to provide service. please tell me, i have too many options for port.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @consumerforum_ Almost 1 month over since I got a Jio fiber connection and internet is still not working. Called multiple times to rectify but pathetic customer service. kindly refund my money. Your customer service is a joke.

    @JioCare today i got a mail for recharge your number and there is link which recharged my another number in which i don't need recharge. There was no option to change number and now customer care told me there was no option to change number or revert the recharge.
