    @reliancejio @JioCare Really disappointed with your service! Ported my sim from VI to JIO with number +919654912394 Already been 30 days since, I have done all the formalities but still can't receive any messages, make/receive calls. Already contacted jiostore but no help given.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @PMOIndia Dear sir my village is 12 km from a district headquarters and we are facing network issue always i have launched complained from last one year to jio customer care but they are giving false assure pleae provide 2 G network properly than think 5G

    @reliancejio Sir My jio fibre connection was discontinued on my request by Jio but 16 days have passed but No Technician from Jio collected from my residence and on complaining Jio Customer care they gave upto 19th Nov. to collect device. It means 10 more days I have to wait.

    @JioCare kindly launch a plan of 40 to 60 Mbps in fibre prepaid segment 30 Mbps is less and 100 Mbps is much so please launch a plan of 50 Mbps for prepaid fibre user Jio always value customer and I know you pay heed to my suggestion thanks for meeting all
