  @reliancejio my ji o fibre connection has bundled ott subscriptions. None of them are active. Jio cust. care connects to Hindi support while the IVR in in English. Bunch of morons in customer service #jiopoorservice

  @JioCare @DoT_India I have network issue in Bengaluru (Mahadevpura) location. I connected to escalation department at 12:00 AM on 11th June and the customer care advisor advised me to port out to other network. The advisor clearly told that there will be no improvement.

  @JioCare @DoT_India The advisor name was Nithin. This is the way jio customer care speaks and company has no control on their employees. They directly say that there will be no improvement and customers can port out. Please take a strict action on this advisor.

It seems that the correct backup has not been kept in the tower. If the tower is closed as soon as the electricity goes out, then what is the use of having such a big company? Please pay attention to this problem immediately.
