    @JioCare Where are the rains in hyderabad? From last 24hrs not a single drop. Fake excuses. We need to work and pausing the work more than 2hrs is not possible so immediately assign a engineer to fix it.

    @TRAI @reliancejio @HDFCBank 3rd time I’m receiving a promotional call from 1600308807 My number is on DND, yet HDFC keeps disturbing me. Jio please REGISTER THIS AS A COMPLAINT and take action. I don’t want these useless calls. If this continues, I’ll close my HDFC credit card.

    I'm extremely disappointed with @JioCare service. A Jio AirFiber executive visited my home, completed the booking, and collected ₹2200 for a 5-month plan. I was told the installation would be completed within 4 days. However, the MyJio app already shows the connection as installed, while no installation has actually been done at my location. I've tried waiting for an update but still have no service. Please look into this issue and provide a resolution as soon as possible.     @JioCare I already shared all details via DM 4 days ago. You said your team was “working on it.” Still NO call, NO technician & NO resolution. JioFiber has been down for over a MONTH. Stop asking for the same details repeatedly and FIX the issue. Very poor service.
