    I'm in the center of the city & No signal on my phone. I'm using 2 SIM cards that too Airtel. I will switch them to @JioCare . All of my family members are using JIO. I want to be a part of JIO family. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Hey guys, can anyone tell me how to connect to Jio customer care @JioCare when you have already raised a service request for JioFiber? yesterday's storm cut my JioFiber wire outside, and I have a deadline by 10:00 PM tonight I need internet ASAP. I have around 5.6 GB of files.

    Dear @JioCare No internet since Saturday. Technician confirmed router replacement but never came. Today's appointment was also rescheduled. My office work is suffering. Please resolve this immediately. #JioFiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioAirFiber has been down for the last 12 days due to rain. Despite repeated complaints, no timely support was provided. Now that an engineer finally visited, I was charged ₹349 for an adapter, even though your device was damaged because of rain.

    @JioCare i have booked jio broadband connection 7 days before paid the charges but no one called me for nstallation. I tried to cancel it but CC number disconnected. If connected, they say it should have installed in 48 hrs. There is no one address my issue.

    Such a miserable service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence they tell me they’ll give me callback in 4 hours but never call, this is 3rd time in a week btw, my tickets are automatically closed, no acknowledgment of callback,I think I’ll switch to @JioCare
