I'm in the center of the city & No signal on my phone. I'm using 2 SIM cards that too Airtel. I will switch them to @JioCare . All of my family members are using JIO. I want to be a part of JIO family. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@JioCare worst customer care services.I had been trying to convince their advisor that on my side(whole local area) the speed of internet is very slow and i was not able to attend my online classes due to this(last 5 days).BUT they answerd that "THE problem have been resolved."

I had call approximately 30 to 40 times to @JioCare customer care but this company really don't care about costumers service I never thaught that i will face so much issues because of trusting on biggest company of india @JioCare #banjio @airtelindia is much better i hope

Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst internet speed in my area while on other side @reliancejio is giving good net speed, with your it is taking years to download Even a small app.

@JioCare Been 6 days since I paid for Jio Fiber. You're just scheduling appointments but no one is coming. Your local salespeople are rude af and there's no CC number is your app. Please resolve.
