I'm in the center of the city & No signal on my phone. I'm using 2 SIM cards that too Airtel. I will switch them to @JioCare . All of my family members are using JIO. I want to be a part of JIO family. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@reliancejio is now corrupt & inefficient. I recharged my number twice within a few days, and still there is no network. There's no human customer care representative & the AI bot repeats lines fed in it, irrespective of the nature of the problem one may be facing. @reliancegroup

@JioCare Speed is same over wifi and LAN. However, speed on LAN is even slower i.e around 90 to 100 mbps. On wifi @5ghz I'm getting 117 max and on 2ghz max 60 mbps. I want you guys to check my connection or device for any issue.

@JioCare Recently did network portability from VI to JIO but now regretting for the same as hardly getting 4g speed of 20 to 30 kbps agaist VI speed of 200 to 300 kbps avg speed. Request to improve your internet speed in my area or have to move back to VI or Airtel.
