    @JioCare The issue is not rescheduling. My appointment has already been rescheduled twice without my consent. Internet has been down since 06 June. Missed visit, missed commitment, and now no appointment at all. Please provide a confirmed engineer and resolution timeline.

    @JioCare As per broadband quality standards, subscribers should receive speeds close to the subscribed plan. I am receiving only around 10% of the promised speed despite raising Service Request SR00002LLBNO on 5 June. I want immediate resolution and refund for the affected period!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI I was not able to talk to any human customer care representative, all were AI chat bots which did not understand the problem. Suddenly my jio fiber disconnection request is raised and pick up is scheduled without my consent. I request to resolve it.

    @JioCare @JioCare I posted yesterday but still no installation. Now the service ticket you created is also closed without any resolution. This is highly unprofessional. I have waited around 20 days with daily follow-ups. Please cancel my order immediately and initiate the full refund.

    Pathetic service from @JioCare! Raised a JioFiber relocation request , but no installation done on time. On top of that, the assigned service engineer is misbehaving and being extremely rude. Kindly resolve this immediately! @AkashMAmbani

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio What non-sense is this!! I got an Airfiber Plus connection installed on 26.05.2026 and since very that day your system is facing temporary outage 24x7. Nobody cares about resolution. Your CSE keep the call on hold always. #worstservice

    @JioCare @JioCare Tanya, Noone is even calling / visiting for any installation and you are suggesting to wait further for future date which I can't. Please proceed with the cancellation or let me know how I can cancel the booking. I want my refund immediately.
