    Beware ! Jio Fibre is smartly ridiculing people. When your plan ends, they smartly convert it into postpaid, without asking the customer. The customer care says that you should have called us before the expiration of the plan to discontinue the service. #Unlawful @JioCare

    @jio_fiber @reliancejio @JioCare pathetic service, it was a mistake going for jio fiber. Got new connection in november end, received Old router and frequent disconnect issues. Asking for 2500 to replace router.

    @JioCare Good, thank you but I have a feedback, whenever a technical problem is reported kindly make some points if troubleshooting that your team does and not just ask infinite questions rather get to the task, connect their devices and check if everything is alright and then talk

    @JioCare @reliancejio i might not have so many followers , so the issue would not be able to reach out to more people but still do I believe and want to let everybody know please ... Don't use jio and don't let them waste our money. I even don't think they are providing 4g@
