    @reliancejio Sir in my area very low connectivity of jio network, I have approx 150 users but network bar is show always 1 and - 115dbm. please help and install a small tower in my area or update high range tower in this area.

    Fortnight ago, I ported my number from prepaid @reliancejio To Postpaid @airtelindia, after using it for one week realized the difference. @airtel has signal problem, dropping of call, untraceable and forcing to install app to see, who were trying to call u where not reachable.

    @JioCare Please let me know what can I do now. It's been almost 1 week that I have no connection of jio fiber. If my issue doesn't get fixed, I would visit consumer forum for the same and make sure this would have a end. Multiple tickets were raised by me but I got no solution.

    Modern day problem. Makes payment through @CRED_club towards @reliancejio, payment goes through, even amount gets debited from the account. Cred shares proof that payment has been made to the aggregator, while aggregator says no payment received. Where should customers go?!

    Extremely bad and disappointing service from @reliancejio @JioCare . I have lodged a complaint vide complaint No. SR00001F0OBL, called multiple time but no resolution provided after lapse of more than 2 days. Such a pathetic service leads to switching to other provider.

    @jagograhakjago @reliancejio dear sir wish to raise a complaint against Jio and it’s staff for wrong selling of service due to which I lost 1 month of prepaid balance on their fiber service had raised a complaint but no response from Jio
