@JioCare @sanjeev91686640 My Jio SIM got deactivated. I'm in Maharashtra, but Jio says I must go to Delhi, where I got the SIM, to fix it. Spending ₹5000+ just to reactivate a SIM is ridiculous. Why can't any Jio store handle this?

Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, ported from Airtel. Airtel SIM is now dead, but my new Jio SIM has No Service.WhatsApp bot accepted my ICCID confirmation, but the automated backend order status is stuck on "Not Processed" due to late delivery. Please push activation through manually.

@JioCare Now the account is active now tell me how much time will you take to resolve the issue, since I am waiting from 29-Apr-26 and no resolution was provided. Will I have to weight for another month and then you will force me to recharge like you guys did this time.

@JioCare This is completely unacceptable. I never requested any reschedule. I have been continuously following up for the last 10 days because my internet is not working properly. Why would I postpone an engineer visit when I am the one suffering due to this issue?
