    I'm in the center of the city & No signal on my phone. I'm using 2 SIM cards that too Airtel. I will switch them to @JioCare . All of my family members are using JIO. I want to be a part of JIO family. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @JioCare Sahil, every customer care exec is also saying the same thing. All are saying we have escalated the ticket. 5 times? With this much escalation my ticket should have been a P1 priority ticket! Please understand my frustration and resolve this asap. Thanks

    @JioCare Afr 2 months,u still want me to share every details again?Haven't I already done that twice?Haven't u hypothetically raised SR for the same?Perhaps u nvr understood the gravity of the concern raised by me. It was never abt the money rather abt ur executives who r duping customers

    @JioCare This issue is not happening these days, it's been there since couple of years because you have no network tower nearby. 4g works like 1g, can't do video call properly, no person ever visited the place to see. I had complained a couple of times but nothing happened

    @JioCare Any truly unlimited data plan with no daily data cap in Jio... It doesn't matter that it postpaid or prepaid. If you have any please suggest me. Fiber is not available at place so please don't suggest that. I want on the go network.
