I'm in the center of the city & No signal on my phone. I'm using 2 SIM cards that too Airtel. I will switch them to @JioCare . All of my family members are using JIO. I want to be a part of JIO family. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@reliancejio Before 3 days of recharge over they slow down the speed of net. In 24 days net working supper fast in 21 days only. But in last 3 days 4G net is working in 2G speed. Or almost like recharge over and we are using it forcefully.

Hi @reliancejio there's something seriously wrong with my WiFi. Every device is able to connect seamlessly except the Mi TV stick in my room. Problem started ever since i renewed subscription a few days ago. Please help?

@JioCare @reliancejio My father visited your customer care office they suggested to do a rechrge of 199 and wait till 8 hours you would receive an message from Jio that services are active but i have not receive any sms yet please let me know if my sim is active or not??
