    @JioCare For the last few days your #JioFiber is delivering extremely slow internet speed which is much like 1G in my area: Professors' Colony, Kalambag Road, Muzaffarpur. That's all the info u need to get going and don't indulge in merry-go-round by asking for my shoe size etc.

    @JioCare its has been more than 36 hrs from the registration of complaint and more than 48 hrs since my internet is down. As per customer care my request was closed by engineer without attending to the issue. Please look into matter and resolve at the easliest.

    @JioCare hey team! We've been using jio fiber in our home ! There is been an issue and informed it to the nearest jio store ! But there is no proper response from the side & it's been 3 days since the problem !
