    @JioCare Do u think I am a fool? "Network enchantment is a continuous process hence it may take months before I get better network coverage ". This has been going on since 2017 now, don't think I am fool!

    @JioCare This is the message you get when you launch a complaint with jio to upgrade the set top box. Very poor service. We have identified and resolved the technical concern at our end, hence the scheduled engineer visit is not required. Kindly re-start your router and try connecting.

    @JioCare I am getting no help through call centre , nor support team is visiting as per scheduled appointment through app request. I think no once cares. Can you atleast cancel my plan and refund my money. Don’t want to continue with worst support service ever.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @AndheriLOCA I have 2 personal and 1 Corporate JioFiber internet connection. The internet connection is down on a regular basis. Yesterday the internet service was not available from 12pm to 7pm. Today again there is no internet connection since 12pm
