    @JioCare STB still not delivered. Field visit TC00000CYLDS was ignored, no technician came, no call, nothing. I paid ₹706 and free OTTs are not working because of this.

    @JioCare If Jio is unable or unwilling to provide the promised service, please proceed with closing the connection and initiate the applicable refund. I am not asking for anything unreasonable — I am only asking Jio to either fix the connection or provide the appropriate resolution.

    Facing severe indoor network coverage and frequent call drop issues with Jio on the ground floor at my home in Khatauli, UP (PIN: 251201), while it works fine on the second floor. Please look into this signal issue and improve coverage. @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare It’s been 3 days since my last complaint yet there is still ZERO improvement in the network I’ve already reported this issue multiple times, but only received assurances. Please take this seriously and fix the network instead of giving another generic reply
