    Dear Jio, on the Live TV Plus app on my set-top box, where I should be able to watch the FIFA World Cup on U8 Sports 1 HD and U8 Sports 2 HD, I can only access DD Madhya Pradesh. This issue is preventing me from watching the tournament. Please fix it as soon as possible. @JioCare

    @JioCare My Jio Wi-Fi hasn't been working since the day before yesterday. Customer care said it would be fixed by 12:30 AM yesterday, but it still hasn't been resolved; only a red light is blinking on the device.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Jio care /customer support repeatedly replied same from last 1 year but no one able to resolve the matter till yet.. I already recharged annual plan. Next time I will go to other isp except jio.. Bogus/poor/pathetic service at all....

    @JioCare If you are not able to fix i will go with zee5 again the zee 5 pack also part of the Ott plan in my jio fiber subscription list but they are charging additional amount. Please let me know if you are not able to fix i will close this account for sure

    Hello , @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio AirFiber has not been working for the last 5 days. Despite repeated complaints and follow-ups, no one has resolved the issue. I have received neither a service visit nor any update through call or SMS.

    @JioCare No solution... As always, I am not getting any solution from your end. The same thing is happening this time too—you want full payment but refuse to provide the service. A consumer complaint should be filed. Also all details on your DM.

    @JioCare Next few hours? I've been listening to the same thing since 3-4 days. And these guys here in my area are not serious with the issue it seems. Please look into this matter seriously.

    @airtelindia Facing severe network issues and registered complaints multiple times but no technician visit. Either resolve or I am switching to @reliancejio who seem to have much better Internet speed in my area

    @JioCare Despite multiple complaints, the Jio network problem in remains unresolved. Internet service is not working properly, data speed is extremely slow, frequent disconnections. This is causing daily inconvenience to customers please take immediate action and fix the issue urgently.
