    @JioCare I had issue in my fiber. It was Sunday so i thought its difficult. I raised a ticket and issue got resolved within 2 hrs, including some additional work. Person was very polite and didn't even charge a single penny. I feel very good. Appreciated. Proud customer

    Raised the relocation request of my jio fiber. After 3 days they just postponed the Relocation request to further 3 days.What a pathetic service they given. Should i discontinue connection & take a new connection again. Is this the solution? @JioCare #JIO #JioFiber

    @JioCare @JioSaavnCare I'm not talking about #Nametune instead I want an announcement message which I recorded. Jio has the option to set as per customer requirement. Check out the screen short which clearly saying Fixso facility it manually approved by Jio. Who handling manual approval process?

    @JioCare Regarding the SIM associated with the number xxxxx, we are facing huge issues due to the unavailability of the active SIM as the whole business I do runs on this number. I worked for Reliance group for 10 years as a geo scientist
