    @JioCare Are you even reading the issue highlighted or you just have a readymade answer for everything. My question is simple. 1 why my monthly cycle is of 13 days only. 2 if 9.8 gb of 75 gb is left where is the rest of the data ? Please a simple answer to this.

    I called @JioCare at 12;00 am December 3, 2020. They said the issue I am facing to use internet will be resolved in 7 hrs and 10 min. Now I am tweeting at 8:57 am still I am facing the issue. I have call recording too. As users are more Jio is playing with customers.

    @reliancejio Since we switched to @jio_gigafiber for home its been great experience. Installation great; local reps polite, quick. But service/repairs dept is rude, takes 2 d to attend complaints! Why is such diff in service quality?@JioCare

    @JioCare Regret to say that the head office mumbai is still not clear about their view point on my issue even after 7 days, dont know how many more days needed or simply say that customer is wrong.
