    every time they say that there is issue with your jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare we mailed to jio team your sim will activated in 72 hours and ola come online now more than 30 days passed esim issue not solved they blamed jio team for this issue from jio side not responding.

    @JioCare , when will my issue be resolved? It’s been so long since I lodged complaint. We use 2 jiofi dongles and service is extremely bad!! Everyday your different support person asks me the same questions. This is getting pathetic!

    Stayed with #BSNL for mobile almost 2 decades. But their coverage & data service is becoming more & more pathetic. So decided to move to #jio and registered for number portability with them. @jiocare guy called me... ohh boy he is so arrogant.. now having second thoughts!!

    @JioCare There is a glitch/bug in My Jio app. It sends OTP to the SIM which is in the JioFi device and not to the alternate number. How can we login to MyJio app for JioFi number?

    @JioMart @reliancejio jiomart is very useless ecommerce site. There is no COD option and if you have made advance payment then your item will not be delivered and you will not get refund. Jiomart is very bad, avoid them, don't do shopping with them. Order no 16814656600151949A
