    @JioCare @TRAI I'm going to file a case in consumer court I've all the evidence and I'm going to win this case and also I'm going to ensure that no one in my entire area panchayat does buy any jio airfiber because everyone is facing same type of problem

    absolutely horrible experience with @reliancejio @JioCare . My wifi is not working from past 3 days and there is no support or help i have gotten. No one from support team is responding.

    @JioCare I request appropriate compensation, including free service months, for the prolonged disruption and inconvenience caused. Ignoring my DMs will not resolve the issue. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will escalate the matter through the consumer grievance portal.(2/2

    @JioCare Hello nisha but how long. Continuosly replying this line from last one year and still resolution not found, kindly provide better resolution and speedup 4g+5g network... Further will complain to appeallete and nodal officer then trai..

    Jio is absolutely the worst network in India. Despite the population growth and high demand they refused to upgrade the tower but raise the prices every year for terrible service @reliancejio

    @JioCare Very disappointed with your service. I paid for a 6-month Wi-Fi plan under an offer that promised a ₹300 voucher, but I still haven't received it. I've fulfilled my part of the offer, why hasn't the voucher been provided? Please resolve this issue ASAP.
