Chandraprakash (@gchandru86) reported@JioCare I am continuously getting interruptions with my jio fiber and so far the engineer visited twice and could resolve the issue and I dropped 2 emails last week and no reply from jio care. Are you guys still taking customer query or shut down ?

Unfortunately, the internet service has still not improved, and issue remains unresolved. Repeated delays and standard responses without actual resolution are very disappointing.
