    Its terrific to that you WFH and you had invested in the BB connection but it generally cuts off and you are without the service and your entire work depends on the service. In my case I have noticed whenever a engineer visited my place he gave a different advice. @JioCare

    @JioCare Mam please provide your services as soon as possible. Other wifi providers like Siti Cable are charging double amount for their service.

    Dear @reliancejio I know my plan is going to be expired soon and thank you for reminding, but sending tons of sms and 10-15 sec remainder on every call is overwhelming, I may have some serious issues where I want the call to go through immediately. Please think.

    @reliancejio worst signal, several times assurance but worthless. Modi has promoted a useless company. @airtelindia is much more better than @reliancejio

    @JioCare I understand this acts as a reminder for uninterrupted service, but on every call I make? 5-6 msgs?? Don't you think its way too much. If I am stuck in an emergency situation do you think i would care about my plans validity reminder?

    @reliancejio Whenever there is a powercut in my locality, the network just does down all of a sudden. No internet. Calls hardly work. This has been happening for over a year now. What the hell is the problem? Are you not paying the tower maintenance guys for the generator fuel?

    @JioCare Atleast give a contact number to reach out to someone or any valid email I'd.. Wifi is down again & unable to work.. if I contact the assistant they ask me to call and when I call they ask me to chat, hv dropped email, chatted and called the support team but no response.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your network is very poor in the pin code area 828129. Internet connection is not working properly. Everypage is opening very late. Not able to join meeting due to poor network.who is responsible for this.

    300585847231 @JioCare I had an installation to be done in my premises but its pending they said there is objection is my area. If it's not possible pls reimburse me the amount. Why does a customer have to chase you for this😡

    @JioCare My number has been blocked without information and the question is, I would have given whatever you asked me to submit the wrong paper, but the customer care does not have the right to remove it from existence and lie.

    I am still waiting for the internet to be fixed.Hav made around 20calls today. Such pathetic service, Everytime they are saying it will be done tomorrow !! So @JioCare if my internet doesn't work you guys will take 3days to get it fixed?? The worst service ever. #JagoGrahakJago

    @JioCare Jio Sim replacement cost is Rs.25/-. But jio show room worker tell Rs.175/- . Y you do this . I want refund my money back. 😔 Jio very bad service. @TRAI .

    @JioCare For your kind information your customer care said there is no slot available. It will be done tomorrow. I had booked slot for today in the myjio app still they cancelled it without any notice. Is there such lack of resources, why u provide service then !! @JioCare
