    Switch to Airtel. It will be far better than jio. Worst service ever. Yaha ka jo jio operate krta hai uska lyt ktne k bad ntwrk full gayab ho jata h. Hm pehle v complain kiye h bt no response from jio. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hey @JioCare is there any human available to talk? I have been trying customer care there is no option to talk to a representative. I have recharged yesterday it's not reflecting and showing that I haven't recharged! Where has my money gone then? Need help. Human help.

    @Airtel_Presence Hi @Airtel_Presence I have done a bit of troubleshooting from my end as well.Why not insert @reliancejio sim in the same handset and see how it works?You know what, it did wonders to the network.

    @reliancejio Jio network is very poor in my room (Belgaria, Dhanbad, jharakhand -828201)and broadband service is bad .long time I will try for high speed internet connection but No body have to solution of my problem.

    Hey @reliancejio do you ever work in Dhanbad. I am working from home and the speed is mashallah. Even invested in stupid #jiofi that takes forever to upload stuff. Tell me how to return this and get a refund. Will get something that actually works here from that amount.

    @JioCare i received a call recently with a prsnl no. & he was asking me to recharge in my jio no. Currently due to lockdown I have no use of mobile calling he was saying me that he will terminate my no. & my no. Is linked with various platform & banks too.. Verify it please

    @JioCare @JioCare Providing connection is very easy for any service provider but giving service to maintain the connection is what counts and @JioFibre failed to do so.After around 7-8 days of no service, finally shifted to another service provider.#disappointing

    @reliancejio @airtelindia So I received a call from the so called guy Ashu Kumar asking me to provide the happy code to close my complain I informed them that my problem hasn’t been solved so they replied with that if i dont provide the code they will close the complain. Threat?

    @reliancejio I have done twice recharge by mistake at same time so I called to Jio customer care for my issue. JIO executive stated that refund is not possible and JIO will not refund if customer has done any recharge by mistake. I think is not a correct way.
