    @JioCare i received a call recently with a prsnl no. & he was asking me to recharge in my jio no. Currently due to lockdown I have no use of mobile calling he was saying me that he will terminate my no. & my no. Is linked with various platform & banks too.. Verify it please

    @reliancejio Whenever there is a powercut in my locality, the network just does down all of a sudden. No internet. Calls hardly work. This has been happening for over a year now. What the hell is the problem? Are you not paying the tower maintenance guys for the generator fuel?

    @JioCare Atleast give a contact number to reach out to someone or any valid email I'd.. Wifi is down again & unable to work.. if I contact the assistant they ask me to call and when I call they ask me to chat, hv dropped email, chatted and called the support team but no response.

    @reliancejio The network signal in my location is strong.. Even though, all the jio users of this location donot get data speed. The max speed goes upto 120kbps.. Facing issue in this location. Complaining frm 6 month.. But still no resolution provided by ur team.. Very poor srvc

    @JioCare Network of jio is pathetic in my area. No volte. LTE also keeps coming and going. Tried calling your customer care but of no avail.Immediately improve the network.

    @JioCare @DoT_India @parasarora3204 Sagar, U have been also telling me same thing but even after two years, I don't get any Jio network at all in my area. And I like consistency of @reliancejio for poor service.

    @JioCare although i complain many times , you guys give excuses and all the time say that we will fix our network and u will never face this issue in future, so worst experience with @reliancejio (2.0 kbps) I think i should move to @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India @TRAI

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber support. It's been over 8 days since I requested cancellation of my connection. Two cancellation order IDs were generated after multiple calls, yet the connection remains active and both order IDs show "No Data Found". Please explain
