In my case I have noticed whenever a engineer visited my place he gave a different advice. @JioCare

This has been happening for over a year now. What the hell is the problem? Are you not paying the tower maintenance guys for the generator fuel?

Wifi is down again & unable to work.. if I contact the assistant they ask me to call and when I call they ask me to chat, hv dropped email, chatted and called the support team but no response.
