    @JioCare Done DM many times and address too. You can check your check previous messages. I am not a fool doing same process again n again and getting no replies. Pathetic customer service.

    @JioCare What if someone need urgent net Why do he/she will choose jio fiber if this remains continue I'm not gonna suggest jio fiber to anyone Kindly resolve my issue otherwise I'm gonna switch to other network

    @JioCare Dont upgrade to jio 5g, If you plan to use sim on 5g not supported devices in future. I have upgraded to 5g and now am not able access internet on 4g only device and it gives emergency call only sometimes. And jio customer support is clueless and cant downgrade back #5G

    15/01/23 ko maine jio pos lite account me money load kiya pahle ₹ 1000 jo wallet me nhi load hua. dubara se maine ₹ 200 aur load kiya fir bhi nhi hua. Mere bank account se ₹ 1200 kat gaye magar jio pos lite wallet me add nahi hua. Please help me @JioCare @reliancejio refund

    @JioCare these steps are done by me almost everyday. It doesn't work. As I indicated, there is a complete complacency and issue not taken seriously. @reliancegroup @reliancejio my plan is due for renewal in 2 days and till now the issue didnot resolve. Pathetic service.time to switch.
