    @JioCare hey it's been more than 2 hours Jio network is down in Ghatkopar West, North Bombay School. No calling or internet is working. Please do something. It is affecting office work.

    @reliancejio SR0000144P9L request I'd Customer care is not able resolve and service is very bad and there is no accountability from jio side to resolve client issue. This is pending for long now.... It is really bad experience with company like jio

    @JioCare I am a current jio fiber customer, but jio's local competitor is cutting the wire and not allowing your team to reconnect the wire. I have multiple emails and WhatsApp support discussions. I have already wasted 5 days of the current plan. I want to pause my plan.
