    @JioCare Almost the whole day is over still no update,this is just sad if this is how you work on priority then God help you .Please provide compensation for the number of days my internet hasn't been working I think a solution isn't possible at all by your company.

    @JioCare there's no WiFi in my area in Mansarovar Park delhi 32, have raised the complaint but it showed the engineer visit on 27th May. What's this behavior, why should I pay for two extra days due to your poor service. Pls resolve this

    Installation ke time back to back calls, payment ke baad complete silence. 5 din se na installation hua na proper response. Calls tak receive nahi ho rahe. Is this the service quality of #JioAirFiber? @JioCare @reliancejio please resolve ASAP.”

    @JioCare Thanks for the reply. If the technician has visited and checked the issue then how long will it take to rectify under the name of technical issue. How about sharing the time period required to restore. Its been more than a week.

    @JioCare I also replied that "Ticket has been reopened more than 4 times by saying the same. But again it will be marked resolved automatically without doing anything ". This type of service i am getting from jio.
