    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR0000199KH9, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +912279634959 is delayed due to technical reasons. This was Saturday Eve, still waiting.

    @JioCare team you first gave me postpaid plan despite me confirming you many times that I need prepaid firbe plan. Now you have generated bill even when I have already paid for three months. Terrible service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio what type of service you are offering , I am having two jio sim with me and when any other person is trying to call sometimes it says number is invalid or switched off but I am always in the network zone, do resolve this in next 24 hours or complaint in TRAI
