    Recharged yesterday via MyJio AutoPay+Google Pay. Money deducted; bank confirms Jio got it. Plan still not active after 24hrs Support is pure bots that only sell more ****. No way to talk to a human. Wasted an hour on this scam system. @JioCare Ready to throw this SIM & switch.

    @JioCare I know that again the Engineer will come and fix. But not sure about the timeframe. There is nothing called earliest though. My question is why this happening so many times within 2 months of timeframe this is 3rd - 4th time. Pathetic. Please find the root cause and fix that.

    @JioCare Your support completed all troubleshooting on 4 Aug and confirmed that the issue could not be resolved remotely. I was assured that a Field Engineer would visit on 5 Aug at 10 AM. I waited the entire day, but no engineer arrived.

    @JioCare You are doing NOTHING. NOTHING AT ALL. Jio needs to be sued for harassing the customer so so much @JioCare You do not care about the customer after they have paid for the recharge

    @JioCare @TRAI @MoitOfficial still no delivery of my Jio SIM. Your delivery agent calls and talks to me in a recorded voice. Keeps saying the same thing like he memorized it. Insists that address is not clear and he doesn’t know where to come to. What’s the problem with delivering without troubling the customer? Yesterday he gave me a list of multiple OTPs that I need to send. Why? Why is he involved in the activation process? What sinister game have the reliance mercenaries cooked up this time?
