Raised the request SR000037PHN3 on 6th Aug, and the service engineers are not committing on the assigned dates, and the dates keep moving. With such service, we are definitely losing on our patience.

Stop calling me and focus on providing proper customer support. This is one of the worst service experiences I have ever had.
