    @JioCare @reliancejio JIO U HAVE THE worst Customer support. THEY dont know what products they sell. I was asked to email the complaint. Email reply says to chat on whatsapp that doesn’t understand anything & im asked to go to a service Center that is shy down. USELESSS !

    @JioCare @JioCare - I have not seen any progress for last one week and have no hopes it will be resolved so I don’t want to wait any longer for this. If no refund is initiated today then I am going to initiate a complaint against Jio.
