    @JioCare the internet speed suddenly drops, while it shows full tower. This issue is occurring multiple times everyday.The tower is ~200 mts to my location (550/1,Jhapatapur, Kharagpur - 721301,WB).I have repeatedly complained to support staff yet the problem still persists.

    @navedkhan205 They claim that they have good network and customer service, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @JioCare two months followup no resolution on problem , but never fail to collect the money at time , service is last things you care. Now just going back to the earlier service provider,is the option. good bye shortly to #Jio #4G dreaming big unable to manage what you have
