  I'm user of both @reliancejio @JioCare mobile prepaid and postpaid Fibre but despite almost 20-25 Complaint, follow ups and hopes from retention excutives still the issue which almost have been through last half a year not been resolved and now I just want to rest this case here and want to withdraw from all the services provided by @reliancejio.   Pure arrogance & zero accountability from @JioCare 9th day without Internet. Prepaid Internet for a year, no technicians have come in despite the scheduled visits. Your customer service is shite. Couple of numbers shared, when called, they said- dusra internet lagva lo.
