  @JioCare is Jio really 4G Network. Its look like I am using 2G or 3G network. Yesterday match I am unable to view on my mobile while travelling from Ahmednagar to Shrirampur.

  After sending the port message, your customer executive called and I explained the reason continuous call drops for both caller and receiver for months. I was promised it would be fixed, but 3 days later the issue is still the same. Empty promises Fix your network. @reliancejio

  @jiocare Such a pathetic service. For 2 months I have been chasing these Jio Airfiber. Looks like they don't want to resolve any kind of issue. These people are ready to loot hard earned money. I am not getting any better words to tell this jio how hopeless service is.

  I already did monthly recharge of 299 rs on my Jio sim but my Jio sim does not network connected since last 15 days I am out of India and keep recharge of 299 to activate my sim, now sim does not have network in my JIo card please help @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare I and my friends are in Croatia right now. Each of us have the international roaming activated, and it was working fine till last night. But since last night we all are not getting any network connection. Putting the screenshot below. Tried everything, chat with your chatbot too. Nothing is working. Please resolve this issue ASAP. Thanks
