@JioCare is Jio really 4G Network. Its look like I am using 2G or 3G network. Yesterday match I am unable to view on my mobile while travelling from Ahmednagar to Shrirampur.

@JioCare what is the use of setting up customer care service if issues are not resolved. I would love hear that issues cannot be resolved than getting fake assurance that it is going to be resolved shortly. Between, shortly here is 6 months. I have been raising complaints since.

@JioCare @reliancejio Why the internet stops working properly after the power outage. 1 MB file is taking more than 1 min to download. Youtube videos are not loading in 240p also. The same works little better when the electricity is restored.

Samsung definitely has much better service that @JioCare when it comes to resolving phone issues occurring in warranty. Jio just claims stupid things like water damage and unauthorized support to get out of warranty. Lesson learnt - even if mom says buy Jio, never buy one.
