    @JioCare is Jio really 4G Network. Its look like I am using 2G or 3G network. Yesterday match I am unable to view on my mobile while travelling from Ahmednagar to Shrirampur.

    If you wish to buy a wifi buy it from a local guy @JioCare is the shittiest of all. It's better to donate few thousand bucks to a charity than paying them. I had service request scheduled today. Waited the whole day for the engineer to show up. He/She didn't show up at all.

    @JioCare My Jio SIM is consistently non-functional despite an active recharge. I face persistent network issues during travel—neither data nor calls work. It’s impossible to use the service. Please resolve this issue immediately. #jio

    Still no sign of a technician. Missed yesterday's slot, missed today's 12-1 PM slot. Majorly regretting choosing @JioCare instead of @airtelindia. Absolute rubbish customer service.

    @reliancejio @jio_fiber since i lodge the complaint on 31st May 2026 your team rescheduled the appointment everyday after failing to resolve the complaint and every time response from your side is same. Advise me whether i can use jio fiber or i have to change service provider ?

    @JioCare How many times you will reopen this since 10 th may to 3rd june i lodge 4-5 tickets and around 100 times call but no resolution please reach out to my no 9878070698
