    @JioCare Kindly check an inter-network calling issue from Jio to Airtel. When I call these Airtel numbers in Rajasthan from my Jio numbers in Tamil Nadu, the calls do not connect and I hear the message that the number is “not in use / currently unavailable.

    @TRAI On 12th of July our data @reliancejio usage showed 105GB data used at 5:30 in the morning, we paid for a temporary 2 day plan and advance payment for our next cycle, but no bill was generated, despite advance payment our wifi cycle has not activated and the customer care

    @JioCare You discontinued my service request under falls pretend. Your representative told me on call that engeneer visited yesterday and couldn't get access to terrace. Engeneer visit was scheduled for today between 2pm to 3pm. How he came yesterday?

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been unreliable for several days. Technicians keep putting service requests on hold without visiting or checking the issue. Customer care promises a visit, but nobody comes. Please resolve this urgently.
