    @JioCare Wifi is showing no internet, it's been 30hrs straight, Called customer care, booked Engineer visit, nothing happened. Recieved a call from your guy and he is postponing visit hour by hour. Going to resolve my issue or not???

    @reliancejio does anyone know how to contact customer care services for frequent shutdown of the near by Jio tower. I tried 198 and selected most of the options but couldn't reach. Live chat people are also not creating any tickets.

    Only engineers keep coming to me, is any problem fixed but still is not has been not resolved this complete or should I disconnect the connection and take another broadband connection? @JioCare Foced to the complaint fixed my problem only priority for the resolved issue.
