    @JioCare Most horrible experience ever. I get connected to a cust support agent after 20 mins waiting. And that agent says her system isnt working. Amazing. Further, she gave a false name of 'Heena'. How many hours do I need to waste to get the service for which I have paid?

    We have placed the order with @reliancejio on 14 jan 2020 for ILL. It's more than year now & we are waiting for the line. I have not words to describe this kind of customer service from India's largest telecom provider. Pathetic... @JioCare

    @JioCare Connection will work seamlessly and you will get good data speed at all other times - Dominic This is the reply you have send so you see that their is slow network issue since from 15 days so will you compensate me for the same or data wi be carried forwarded for the next bilinng
