@JioCare Service Id: 299548241170. Internet is down and frequent disruption is happening again and again. Please look it into this issue at the earliest. Tomorrow morning office work has to start. It takes average of 2-3 days to resolve the issue. Considering WFH this is high.

In my area network connectivity of @reliancejio is very low and speed is also slow. I suggest you friend port out your sim to @airtelindia . If try to port out jio may try to divert you bt focus on port to airtel. My support to @airtelindia. I am also porting my no. In next cycle

@JioCare Yes I know the installation date is on 29/06/2021 but my problem is no one is contacting me regarding installation and the guy who visited and verified my documents said I will get call from installation guy. On installation day just like today the appointment gets rescheduled
