    Dear @reliancejio i did port my @airtelindia number in to jio in a hope that i will get better network coverage but seems like you are even worse...can you look in to it? You can also ignore this tweet as i am bound to use ur service for atleast 90 days ..

You send a failed recharge message to the customer luring her into making a second transaction & then you conveniently activate the same account twice. Highlights your error strewn system design. Glad I skipped being your customer.

    @AnilKha45188790 @JioCare No, problem not resolved yet. They aren’t taking any swift actions. And everyday seeing new connections popping up in our society. All they care is about minting money by putting new Connections, doesn’t matter to them whether the old ones are satisfied with their service or not
