@JioCare stom DMIng if you do@not@plan to help. My father’s MOBILE phone network is not working. If anyone calls wherever he is—it says Number switched off. Its a mobile phone—thr problem is not specific to a house/building number! Have provided the number—try it

@_anish_mohan @JioCare The more important question is - why can't customer choose GW of own choice? It's not that jio is giving GW with exceptional features or quality. There are much better (& cheap as well) fibre router combos available in market.

@JioCare Trying to find a way to file a low internet speed complaint. Why is it so complicated? Emailed but got an automated reply. Called and got useless gyan that doesn’t solve the problem. Getting 2-3 mbps on a 100 mbps connection. Please help.
