    @JioCare Facing poor network issues in our area for a long time now. Location: Swarna Jayanti Vihar, PIN 208011, near Sughar Singh Academy, Koyla Nagar. We are loyal users, but if this isn’t resolved soon, many of us may be forced to switch to a better network. Kindly fix this.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani I booked my Jio WiFi on 2nd April, u guys were not able to install the same till 15th so I called u guys to cancel, now why it’s taking so long to return my money. It’s 7 working days now, as per your customer care you guys take. Stop harassing please.

    @JioCare Booked Jio AirFiber via MyJio. On 16-04-2026 (6:15 PM), a technician asked for payment on his personal number. When I said I’ll confirm via official email, I was misled. Complaint already raised, now facing “no stock” delay. Please resolve urgently. I’ll share agent name, number

    Pathetic service from @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber Internet down for 3 days after wire cut. Engineer refused to fix citing‘mud’ whereas there wasn’t much mud which wouldn’t allow it to get fixed. Support promised another visit today,but no action yet.Completely unacceptable

    @JioCare 20 days is a long time, I cannot wait any longer, I have all the evidence of negligence in service This should be resolved today, otherwise you guys have to face a court case.
