Worst Service of #Jiofibre at 1336, Urban Estate, Jind. Got a connection 1.5 months back and landline service not working since that time. Complained 5 times in last 2 weeks but still no resolution. THD team tries to delay matters as much as they can @reliancejio @JioCare

@rajasthanroyals @reliancejio I have jio fiber connection at my home.its service is pathetic. Even whole jio network is performing very bd these days. Everytime there is voice issue on voice calls.

@JioCare I have done that many times my dear. But unfortunately you guys don't serve. You just say that many people are using Jio hence you got slow internet speed. And trust me this is the worst ever customer service
