    @reliancejio #JioFiber Getting worse day by day. Entire day running like a tortoise. Thn the 5ghz band doesn't work well even after u sit beside the router. Asked to change the router bt no executive agreed to do so cz for them it's ok having no issue . Planning to terminate.

    @JioCare Again a pretty standard reply, i have upgraded to a 5G phone 2 weeks back but you are not allowing me to use the service

    @promzzz @JioCare By local problem, i meant only for you. Such as fibre cable not maintained inside house, or wifi router in one corner poor coverage in other rooms, or if WFH - Co installed any security tools that interfere with your network. And so on

    @JioCare 3 of your sim replacement centers in Allahabad/PRAYAGRAJ was unable to replace my sim citing reasons of 'server down'. I have to take half day leave from office becuase of this nonsense. What is this joke?????

    @JioCare For almost 10 days, there is a problem in using data and making calls. I had also complained on Jio care but Jio doesn't care..

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence What is going on the internet is working even having full mobile tower but there is no internet speed everywhere 5g is going on pls give 4g service at first then think for 5g we are suffering here Area:- Kyrdermkulai, 9km, Meghalaya pls look into it
