    @JioCare @JioCare It has been 1 month and I am still receiving the same copy-paste assurances.This month has gone in frustration, stress, and suffering. My fundamental right to live in a peaceful and healthy environment is being taken as joke. Stop ignoring this serious and health issue.

    @JioCare . My internet fails every evening, live videos stop, customer care auto-cuts calls and sends the same “Temporary Network Congestion” Send a network engineer to my location and fix it, or clearly say you can’t . your team think its mobile network problem but its air fibre

    @JioCare Mr Harshit I am not desperate to get my money back as soon as possible. Plz adress my problem why you cancelled my installation when there was not any problem at my end. You did this Just because I asked your installation person to do the installation next day. I need answer.

    @JioCare Wtf is wrong with you guys. Please get a real person to read this than an agent. Not an agent I say! As per the offer availed I have been charged 824.82 but I don't have the right plan activated at the back end. A wrong, lower amount, plan has been activated

    @JioCare I already contacted customer care and they confirmed no relocation request was processed. I also mailed multiple times earlier. Your employee misled me in the name of relocation and gave a new connection. Kindly resolve this issue.

    @reliancejio why the hell should i pay a monthly bill if you guys cant even give a decent network at all times? Every freaking month there is an issue with the wifi and every month we have to call for service. Pathetic company!
