    @JioCare Hi Shraddha, Thank you for ur response, but I have received the same assurance many times earlier. Unfortunately, the internet service has still not improved, and issue remains unresolved. Repeated delays and standard responses without actual resolution are very disappointing.

    @JioCare Again its rescheduled..issue not resolved..not sure..if anything is being done..internet is down for 2 days..no one is available with jio to even come and attend the request..in twitter getting standard reply..i realize that no one is actually working on it seriously..

    @reliancejio @JioCare This has been going on for weeks now and there’s still no fix. We’re paying full price for a service that barely works. It’s honestly ridiculous that connectivity has become this unreliable. If this isn’t resolved soon, switching to another provider is the only option left.

    @JioCare My jio number lost i am visiting service centre extra amount charged and say jio office without 150 extra i am not issue sim my family members 8 to 9 sim i am port other company my lost Sim number is 9851051075 my alternate number is 9933119965

    @JioCare For resolving technical reason, 2 months should have been enough to resolve the issue. Receiving SMS notification of registered mobile number is not the answer to the problem.
