    @JioCare It’s done now. Internet resumed. But the process, time and energy involved, the response from your team, was highly frustrating. I literally begged for fixing the problem. I don’t want this to repeat in future. And your team need to take each customer’s concerns seriously 😐

    @JioCare So for one whole week no internet service. Are monthly plans getting discontinued and these fake downtime created by jio so that people take 6 monthly plans? Restore my paid service which expires on Sep 21st.

    To my postpaid connection i have added a family member. For the child number unable to do outgoing calls and messages Im escalating the issue from last 10 days i calling customer care daily 2 times still issue is not resolved compliant id: SR00001DQDOT @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Now your pick up executives are directly denying to pick my device up and not even able to guide me a office where I can submit my device. Is it a joke going around?? Are you compelling a customer to bear the loss by force?? #poorservicejiofiber #stopharassingcustomer

    @JioCare Hi Jiofiber, Now it is another level of harassment to me to submit my jio router to claim my refunds. Your customer care people assured me the router can be collected from my current location which is other state than my connection location.

    @JioCare Plan was not activated, it says only when IR expires this will be activated which is 30 days from now. Please cancel and refund.

    @reliancejio i recharged with 181 rs plan for 30gb add on today. It is not activated. It is showing in upcoming plans and i am not able to activate it now. I need it for my work urgently. My jio number is 8919122974. 19914 is also not working. Poor customer care from jio.

    My name is Kirtisinh Chauhan. Here I am complaining about my money which is still not credited to my account. That is the money for the trial period which i paid to jio fiber, i have requested to cancel it before completing 30 days @JioCare @reliancejio
