    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    @JioCare Stop fooling, chatbot! My Connection request number NO0001D0EP1G was cancelled on 27 April and still no re fund. I only get messages from chatbots regularly. Lodged Complaint with consumer helpline. Docket 9388195

    @JioCare I will never recommend Jio services to anyone. Absolutely terrible customer service. They were very responsive until the payment was made, but after taking the money, they completely disappeared. Extremely disappointing experience

    @JioCare @JAirfiber52399 on the ₹1199 AirFiber plan. Regular bill is ~₹1414, but this month I was charged ₹2213 with an extra ₹679 OTT charge that I never subscribed to. Also facing poor connectivity for 2 weeks. Please review and correct my bill.

    @reliancejio @narendramodi @MoitOfficial jio has the worst network..just gave 5g but it's slower than 2 g in Hyderabad mindspace.not able to book a cab using jio..worst ..will change this jio network soon.. disgusting
