    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    @reliancejio your service is probably the worst in the history of Indian telecom and digital space. My Jiofibre relocation request has been languishing for over a week now. Each time I call your customer service, they share a new date but no executive ever visits. #PatheticJio

    And i am really not sure whether they know the meaning of escalation. Now the ticket is in resolved state and i took connection for 3 months not even survived a month worst customer service and technical engineers. @reliancejio

    Pathertic experience with @reliancejio @JioCare . Requested for installation of Jiofiber & assigned a service engineer. However, he denies that he cannot do that. even #BSnl have better process than this . The installation date has passed already, still no call & intimation

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio what is the procedure of re-activation of my terminated jio sim which i have not recharge more than a year. and worst thing is that your Jio Official Store ask me to Buy Premium Bodyguard VPN app then they will activate my sim. How can they force me ?

    @JioCare I had a JioFiber subscription discontinued on my phone number. The service was deactivated and I was told that the refund would be initiated within 14 days from receiving the hardware. It's been more days than that and I still have no refund credit on my bank. Pls look.
