  @JioCare I am a JioFiber user I logged a compliant regarding connection loss(red light blinking)It's been 22hours I tried calling Jio care yet my issue haven't resolved I request Jiofiber team to increase engineers availablity so that the issues gets resolved as early as possible

  @JioCare I have everything on emails and it is very clear that jio fiber doesn't intend to refund my installation charges as jio has placed different facts on different days. If YOUR CUSTOMER CARE did not discontinue my connection timely WHY WILL I PAY for their fault ???? #JioFiber

  @reliancejio your customer services are terrible, I tried contacting your helpline employee, but then the call automatically got hung up, that too without any information. Please explain me how can a customer contact you when his/her internet is not working?
