    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    Jio Team, My jio fiber internet and set top box is not working from 16-may-2026. I have raised service request on 17-may-2026. You provided SRN - SR000362EKD on 17.05.2026 and Escalation SRN is SR000369CA5.Very poor service. No technician has visited yet. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I haven't received any call or resolution till now for my Request ID: SR0000330YLL This request ID is generated on 8th April 2026 and still it is open and status is in progress. May I know if you are ever going to resolve this??

    @JioCare You don't know how difficult work life becomes without the internet. This proves Jio is not a reliable internet provider. why reschedule without taking consent from customer? reschedule only if customer approves the reschedule date else allow him to stay with original slot

    @JioCare This was the third time I had to follow up regarding this issue and everytime the ticket status becomes Closed , atleast have to send why you couldn't have resolved it or proper mail regarding this

    @JioCare @reliancejio I called customer service for a bad Jio fiber internet and the rep did not help me. Twice, the call was transferred to the supervisor but the supervisor was on lunch or something or don't care at all. Urgently required solution

    @JioCare There is no issue with the internet speed, but the problem is the frequent complete outages in our area. This issue is not limited to me specifically alone; all nearby AirFiber users are facing the same problem.
