    @JioCare I got the installation appointment yesterday as well, but nobody came from your team. Same is the case for today. Worst Customer Service by Jio. Never go for Jiofiber. Will go for Airtel if Jiofiber not installed today after a week.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Don’t take Jio fiber connection, they are horrible and lot of attitude. Just shut down your company and get lost. Can’t do WFH at all with Jio connection. I will be shifting to other broadband, give back my money.

    @JioCare Another one: With reference to Service Request Number SR00001E5YVD, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +911723550263 is delayed. Reason : FTTx - Electricity not available We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
