    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    @JioCare I have reached out to your team multiple times for arranging a technician for jio fiber service. Schedule was this morning 10am. Your team is saying they will send person in an hour from morning. But, nothing happened. I am waiting and thanks for wasting my Sunday

    @JioCare This is the service request.. please check the date I have raised and how many times it has been rescheduled and till today not resolved with no sla pathetic myjio app.. any government app is much better than this crap myjio app

    Jio STB uninstallation (SR00002KHWOW) scheduled on 14 April 2026 has not been completed. The assigned engineer is refusing to visit,saying the job is not assigned to him,despite multiple calls. Your customer care does a lot of nonsense and very little work. @JioCare @reliancejio

    .@JioCare #JioFibre Jio is the new MTNL of Mumbai. Same indifference to complaints of poor service. My service down for 3 days now and no light at end of tunnel. Our country is back to square one after all talk of telecom revolution. All monopolies end up behaving this way.

    @JioCare The experience has been pretty painful and bad, I’d never want to try using Jio services again
