    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    I was facing a problem with jio fiber. Red light was blinking on the router,so I called the customer care on 12 sep. They said that they will send the person on 13 sep, but no one came and i got the msg from jio that "engineer did not get the access to your house. @JioCare

    Its been 1 month since I shifted to new place.I am trying to relocate my connection since then.but none of the coustomer service and technical team are responding.i have even complained about the issue but none are trying to resolve.@JioCare @reliancejio

    But I was at home and now one came to visit. I called customer care again, they rescheduled it for the evening on 13 sep, but again no one came and i got the same msg that engineer did not get access to the house.@reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I’m facing slow Internet problem from last 4months I already raise many complaints talk many times your customer care and on twitter also talk with your executives but still facing your **** slow Internet you all are making fool just shame on yourself
