    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor experience at Jio Store, Kavandapadi (Erode). A senior citizen visited the store for a lost SIM replacement and even after 3 days the issue is still not resolved. Staff behaviour was rude and the process was not explained properly.

    @JioCare, @reliancejio, pl shut down your Shop, tum se na ho payega, Charging us for 5G service, hell cannot give 2 G speed, Govt sold out our rights, can't switch to @Airtel_Presence, they are wrost, so dono Millar hum sab ki le lo, mazak bana kar rakh diya hai

    Complete downtime on #JioFiber. Customer care voice calls fail & app forces a 2-day wait for an engineer. Unacceptable. @JioCare please expedite! Since I pay for daily service, my billing validity must be extended for this downtime.
