    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    @reliancejio @JioCare One of the most pathetic service ever experienced. Installed a jio airfiber last Friday and it's still not working. Customer care, engineer all are expert in making excuses and now when I am asking to uninstall the service they say I'll lose my money.

    @JioCare It’s been 6 days since network is not there, daily saying technician will visit in next 2hrs, till date no one came. Now when I called they said technician not available for next 3-4 days. So from 10 days no technician available? Seriously😳 @reliancejio short of technicians?

    Legend has it that @reliancejio has been "working to resolve" my network issue for 3 years now. Meanwhile, my speeds are stuck at a blazing 1-2 MBPS. Tower area - Varanga, Hebri Taluk, Udupi District, Karnataka - 574108

    Really disappointed with Jio service. They push customers for expensive recharges but can’t even provide basic emergency support when a phone gets stolen. Stores exist but no contact number of store manager. CC keeps transferring calls no help. Worst experience ever. @JioCare

    @JioCare I need person to visit today and solve or else I will remove the box and keep aside. Will go with other network. Enough of fake promises due to which my work has suffered a lot. Not more, solve today or cancel the connection. @reliancejio
