    @JioCare Very slow internet connectivity and network is also very poor at my location since few days.. Please help. @reliancejio The downloading speed is horrible especially in the needy times.

    @Mukeshambani_1 @JioCare Dear sir JIO's network has a lot of probleme, It may not be that after a few days people get to port from JIO to another company. I request to you plz try to increase the tower of JIO.

    @JioCare my fiber connection is down since last 20 hrs. I have registered service request (SR00001DUDEL) still it has not been solved. Not a very good customer care service , @airtelindia fiber was very Prompt, disappointed with Jio service

    @JioCare refer the complaint informed me … As per the update received on SR00001DI9YL dated 29th August, 2022, the charges will be reversed and will reflect in the upcoming invoice. Even today it’s a false promise
