    Network conjunction problem in my village sule 425311 from last 1 year every time when i contact to officials they said "hoga 1 -2 mahine mai " we are around 350 user wo are facing the same problem i have also requested for porting now thank you jio @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare I am facing terrible customer care of Jio where my outgoing and incoming calls have been stopped. Mine is post paid connection with credit limit even then calls stopped. Jio app does support at all. Please activate services. I made payment today.

    @JioCare What has happened to internet speed. It's not even equal to GPRS and we are thinking of 5G. Do something.. i have complained many times and this problem is from last 1 year.. so you guys only makes fool nothing else..

    @reliancejio @fiber_jio no internet for a week, no help. Customer dis-service has no clue and guys who come home for service are even worse, no knowledge and no COVID precautions. Who will help?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I switched to Jio network to enjoy streamline network reception. Past 3 days no network in masoori(utrakhand). If this is your service why the hell you even exist.
