    Network conjunction problem in my village sule 425311 from last 1 year every time when i contact to officials they said "hoga 1 -2 mahine mai " we are around 350 user wo are facing the same problem i have also requested for porting now thank you jio @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @reliancejio @JioCare Give us back our Rs. 10000 right now! Your customer support agents cannot see this amount all and say it's a "different department". Do whatever it takes and refund this to us else this will be escalated. The JioGate email bounces as non-existent. #JioScam #JioFraud (3/3)

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio you are having such pathetic servicing that i will never recommend jio in my life. Neither the airfiber nor the jio number is working properly, frequent call drops, 2g net speed and the customer care services all are pathetic.

    Dear @JioCare, My ₹3,300 AirFiber refund is still pending despite repeated promises. Your customer care team confirmed that my refund would be processed under Request ID: SR00003AUIUR. As I was getting an error on the refund link, I shared my bank details via email

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare, you don't hesitate to cut the internet the second a bill is overdue. But when your service drops during peak working hours and we lose critical work, where is the accountability? Who takes the blame for our lost productivity? What is your responsibility

    @JioCare Ihave made a recharge of ₹899 today (15 July 2026) through Google Pay at 7:51 AM, but the recharge is still showing as "Processing" and has not been successfully activated. Kindly check and resolve this issue as soon as possible. UPI Transaction ID: 126306563064. Thanks
