@JioCare hello my jio fibre is not working since morning. I complained around 4 pm . I got message that sombody will surely visit at 7 pm today itself. No body came. My office work is getting affected. Your service is not at all Good. I wasted my money.

@Airtel_Presence @reliancejio In case of airtel the network signal is low so that can be excused but what to say about jio, despite of having good network connection the average speed is less than 100kBps is that a 4G connection i am paying for

@reliancejio I was told your representative will meet me 1-2pm today for new jio SIM but he called me @ 6:40pm and told he will be here in 15 min and after waiting half an hour got sms 'Sorry your jioExpress request has been cancelled due to customer not available/reachable.

Jio relocation service is very poor. I have raised relocation request from 19th Jan and always follow-up for resolve my issue but till now open. The are only wasting the time only. There are no value of user time. always excuse wait few hours.@reliancejio @airtelindia @JioCare

@JioCare Never expected such a ignorance from you. I was trying hard to speak to a customer care representative but unable to. Jio store near by asked me to contact customer care and there is no number that could connect me to a specialist. Please contact me at the earliest.
