    @JioCare I had raised an initial request on 20th september, if you give me an engineer support only by 29th Sep - do you want your customers to wait 9 days to get their problem solved? That too for the customer who had taken the connection only 1 day prior to the issue? @reliancejio

    @JioCare The problem is your sales guy fulled up the form at my place and never got anything verified from me. He just asked for the OTPs to activate my connection quickly. Now he's saying the entire city gets the same address captured in Jio records as is mine. Ds is another legal issue

    @JioCare Sure @reliancejio appreciate your response which shows good customer service. Unlike @airtelindia which does'nt even reply on their mails. Pathetic .

    Never get a @reliancejio @JioFibre connection. Big Scams. would deceive you and start your connection, but once you've paid, you won't be able to connect to the internet. Biggest Frauds. #JioFiber
