@reliancejio fiber connection issue: Installations need to pay 500 more to third parties to get it done. As the building is not listed. Still I can get connection by paying 500 extra.

@JioCare I would like to disconnect my jio fiber connection as I'm shifting my home.. but I couldn't contact the jio staff. When I googled, it says to call 1800 893 3399 but when I called them, he said to call 1800 896 9999 since they don't cancel the orders+

@reliancejio from last three days the internet service is very not working ... The internet speed is very slow , to upload a photo on whatsapp it takes 20 min please recover it as soon as possible

@praneshmech Sir, I think you are expecting too much from them! they really don't care about their customers as @JioCare since the day I switched I am never disappointed by it's services....I will suggest you to do the same @reliancejio is a great option!
