Rest all were assuring me for processing refund asap. This means it’s simply a revert and no action.

संस्कार 🎃 (@sanskar_sagar_) reported@JioCare, this is the worst service I’ve dealt with. My STB request (SR000039RZK9) has been pending since June 29th. I’ve called 5 times in 2 days, and I’m sick of hearing ‘engineer will come.’ No one shows up. Stop wasting my time and fix it now. I’m extremely frustrated.
