    @JioCare Our plan expires today. Jiofiber should be ashamed to ask for patience from customers after wasting time for 6 months, while you keep getting paid. The moment recharge is due, service is connected at that very second, where's ur patience then? 6 months wasted reporting issues.

    @JioCare I have received a mail yesterday stating number will be permanently deactivated on 20th May. 40356828219 is on my wife name. How can you process deactivation for this number without her consent. This is Day 3 and still waiting for service restoration. Great Service Support Team

    @JioCare Yes, thanks for your reply. But the problem is jio doesn't provide service at my location. It's available in my city but not at my native place. So, my request is expand your network to nearby villages also.

    @reliancejio Hii, In my area out of 30 days, 7 or 8 days there is problem of fiber. These 7/8 days there is no fiber available for hours. Today also there is no fiber network available from morning I am paying you for 30 days and you are giving service for 23 days.

    @JioCare Close my connection immediately. You guys are unable to resolve my issue. I am still not able to feed the GSTIN Number of my company-23AAACB4146P1ZN. I will lose the GST amt as my co. will not reimburse the GST amt for want of GSTIN NO in the invoice. AWAITING REPLY

    Disgusting service by @JioCare . Gave them screenshots of my payment, yet I am told to confirm the mode of recharge by three different people on personal DM. Super pathetic!
