@mehak_kala @JioCare @reliancejio My friend also experienced the same issue, I'll suggest you to get a new wifi connection, Airtel xTreme Fiber or ACT, Excitel (if available) Please don't go for YOU Broadband or Hathway Broadband as both this providers don't even provide same speeds for DL and UL.

@JioCare I have a billing issue despite of no. of emails and call it remain unresolved. Even I have paid whatever amount Jio team stated in their email. It seems JIO has more customer so their team doesn’t bother about customers may be I have to give up.
