    @reliancejio @JioCare I baught Jiophone on 24-04-2021 with validity of 2 years. Services discontinued today(29-03-2023), 26 days prior to completion of the plan. I paid for 2 year's service , I want service for 2 year. I called to customer care , they just wasted my time.

    @JioCare Your network connection at latitude- 25.1931 longitude- 84.5682 is so bad that we are unable to send a simple message using your connection. Kindly have a look as soon as possible otherwise we have no other option other than switching to other companies. It's serious

    i have shifted to maharshi nagar, pune (18.4914782, 73.8644538), and i am not getting internet connectivity at all indoors at this location at all. jio customer care keeps giving useless reasons. 8830461409 is my jio postpaid number. please look into this @reliancejio @JioCare
