    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Currently facing difficulty in calling to Jio Numbers as well as in browsing Internet since yesterday. While calling to Jio Nos., Calls are disconnected after one ring and same problem persist while receiving calls. Kindly look into the matter asap.

    @reliancejio A happy customer from Hyderabad to a furiated customer in Kolkata. How do u guys even charge 1.5K for a new connection, just to be told the next day as the junction box is full and you need to wait for atleast 8-10 days? Does it make sense? @TRAI I wish they looked

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia they failed to meet my expectations on service provide by them. Waiting from last 10 days to get broadband installed but they fail to do. Their installation and customer support is very poor.Hopefully @JioCare will not ruined my experience with them

    There seems to be some problem with your TV app which I just updated @reliancejio @JioCare after playing any app any video any season or live tv I am forced to the home screen and the program is sabotaged your customer care exec don't know much about the basics kindly help

    @JioCare the incomplete installation remains unsolved, team visited but didn't do anything to solve the problem. The toll free number is also useless called twice both time was put me on hold for more than 20mins and then the line got disconnected.Sorry state of affairs @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare it's been 24 hours since my JioFibre connection is lost, I have tried connecting to customer care, NO ONE HELPED... I get 70MBPS, whereas I pay for 100MBPS, No complaints there. However, your troubleshoot/customer care is awful. HELP NEEDED +33-79698555
