    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Currently facing difficulty in calling to Jio Numbers as well as in browsing Internet since yesterday. While calling to Jio Nos., Calls are disconnected after one ring and same problem persist while receiving calls. Kindly look into the matter asap.

    Extremely frustrated & harassed by @JioCare @reliancejio. Paid ₹2221 for #JioAirFiber on 16 May. Your corrupt staff openly demanded a ₹1000 bribe for installation. Since I refused, they halted the service. 16 days of zero response! Your customer care is absolutely useless.

    @JioCare @reliancejio When I try calling customer care, the person takes the details and put me on hold for ever (>15 mins) and then when I call Appellate Jio (1800-889-3999), no ones talks after the music stops!! Is this on purpose?

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, how long does it take to "improve network strength"? For the last 6 months, my AirFiber drops completely for 1–2 hrs EVERY SINGLE DAY. Every call to customer care gets the same copy-pasted excuse. Fix it! 😡#JioAirFiber #JioDown #BadService @DoT_India
