    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Currently facing difficulty in calling to Jio Numbers as well as in browsing Internet since yesterday. While calling to Jio Nos., Calls are disconnected after one ring and same problem persist while receiving calls. Kindly look into the matter asap.

    @JioCare The assigned engineer says he can’t take any action until the Fiber Distribution Box is replaced by Jio. He isn’t visiting the site either. Meanwhile, I’m left without internet due to damage caused during the pole restoration. Poor coordination and service. Resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare This is exact same response I've been receiving for days. Assurances without action are meaningless. If issue was truly being worked on, it wd've been resolved by now. Stop sending copy-paste replies & provide a concrete resolution with a committed timeline immediately @JioCare

    Jio-the worst internet provider one can ever imagine. Since yesterday, the internet services are disrupted in our area. More than 24 hrs have passed. Just recd sms that service has been restored but still no internet. Now it's showing in home connectivity issue. Rubbish @JioCare
