    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Currently facing difficulty in calling to Jio Numbers as well as in browsing Internet since yesterday. While calling to Jio Nos., Calls are disconnected after one ring and same problem persist while receiving calls. Kindly look into the matter asap.

    Disappointing support T&C even if we tell them Red Light blinking after 10-12 reboote, they still want you to do 3-5 min exercise b4 technician visit, later after schedule confirmation for morning 10AM-11 AM its changed to 9 pm to 10 pm in TIER2 cities ? @JioCare

    @Neend_Ki_Rani @JioCare Network is serious and issue with Jio. Random network drops and random data disconnects. Sometimes even after full signal strength and data being ON, all off a sudden no connectivity. Streaming stops midway, browsing web stuck not refreshing nor updating....

    It’s been nearly 4 months since my cancelled Jio recharge on 20 Apr 2026, but my refund is still pending. I was asked to provide the refund transaction ID, which I never received. Raised multiple tickets, yet no one has resolved it. Please resolve this urgently. @reliancejio

    Jio network in PIN code 221202 is absolutely terrible right now. The network is barely working, and the internet speed is extremely poor. This is honestly the worst network experience ever. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. @reliancejio

    @CareJpb @reliancejio @JioCare After I tweeted about my issue, I finally received a call from Mr. [Name]. Unfortunately, the response was the same as your customer care team has been giving me for the last 7 days: “Please wait, it will be resolved.” Seven days of waiting, and still no resolution.

    @reliancejio I ported my No. from BSNL to Jio and received the new Jio SIM, but there has been no network/service for a week. Customer care keeps saying activation will take some time, but there is still no resolution. Very disappointed. Plz resolve this urgently. #Jio #JioCare
