    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Currently facing difficulty in calling to Jio Numbers as well as in browsing Internet since yesterday. While calling to Jio Nos., Calls are disconnected after one ring and same problem persist while receiving calls. Kindly look into the matter asap.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Are u people doing fraud, My postpaid connection cancelled and it almost 3 months over still now deposit amount not refunded I called Customer care they said it ll credit after 90 days. Still now not refunded Postpaid Services are worst in Jio. @TRAI

    @JioCare @AnkitSharmaece I have requested your representative Arun Sharma to meet DM GBN in this matter as there is a order of DM that nobody will stop any internet service provider to lay its fibre optic cable to ensure availability of internet connection of residents choice. Not complied by RWA KV2

    2/2 @JioCare If sales person was unprofessional,Jio team managing emails regarding installation are super unprofessional.1st they nvr bothered to call & fix installation time.They just emailed date & time of instalation and then changed it thrice.This is when sales is incomplete.

    @reliancejio I am a govt official and posted in Delhi. My native place is in Vill-Gopalpur, Po-Surajgarha, Distt-Lakhisarai Bihar PIN-811106. But here, your signal is very week. No one can even talk on phone properly. I request you to install a tower to resolve the issue.

    @reliancejio please note that @JioCare actually is jio don't care. No network unable contact to customer care. No data. I'm tweeting using @airtelindia network User's hotspot. I'll be switching to Airtel after my current plan ends.

    @JioCare the bundle very third class customer service. I have request for a postpaid sim but not a single call i have received.When i call the delivery boy he is not reciving a single call and switch his mobile.pathetic ....my number 9748620771
