    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Currently facing difficulty in calling to Jio Numbers as well as in browsing Internet since yesterday. While calling to Jio Nos., Calls are disconnected after one ring and same problem persist while receiving calls. Kindly look into the matter asap.

    @JioCare jio fiber toll free number is biggest joke. No options to talk to customer care .. you can just get website link via sms through toll free. Worst service

    @JioCare @reliancejio Wow. I have been telling it since June of 2022 & still you're asking what's the issue? Have some shame. There are two issues where you have to pay me my prepaid amount and then the security deposit. Still how many more years should I wait? How many more you wanna cheat?

    @TRAI should cancel @reliancejio license as they are either dishonest in their dealings with their subscribers or have thoroughly incompetent staff. I have been getting slow speed for months and there is no resolution from @reliancejio

    @JioCare worst support ever. Now I understand why it's called cheap wifi. It's been 3 days since my fibre is inactive, but no escalation team and no service is holding up any responsibility. Keep up with the pathetic service. Kindly check all the call logs, to understand.
