  @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Currently facing difficulty in calling to Jio Numbers as well as in browsing Internet since yesterday. While calling to Jio Nos., Calls are disconnected after one ring and same problem persist while receiving calls. Kindly look into the matter asap.

  @reliancejio Hopeless network! I regret recharging for this number. Very slow and annoying speed. Works only selectively for specific websites and intermittently. I'm going to port one my plan expires

  @JioCare Engineer has visited but described it to be some backend problem. However this happened at around 3:30PM, I was hoping that we will have some resolution at least by EOD today.

  (1/2) @JioCare, pathetic service. Switched from Vi but think it was a mistake. Internet doesn't work for 5-6 times a day in slots of 0.5-1 hours that's a total of 2-3 hours in a day.
