    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Currently facing difficulty in calling to Jio Numbers as well as in browsing Internet since yesterday. While calling to Jio Nos., Calls are disconnected after one ring and same problem persist while receiving calls. Kindly look into the matter asap.

    @JioCare VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. CANCELLED AN INSTALLATION REQUEST AS JIO FAILED TO SEND TECHNICIAN ON MULTIPLE COMMITED APPOINTMENTS , STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED REFUND AFTER 10 DAYS. DON'T GO FOR JIO FIBER IN PUNE AS THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HARASS!!

    @JioCare Your expected time for restoration of service is extended by another day. So I want to discontinue the subscription to the jio fiber connection which I no longer needed. Refund the security money and collect your equipment etc. asap.

    @JioCare Why till now the installation is not completed? It has been a month since I ordered and paid but till today Jio air fiber is not installed. And I raised the complaint a week ago but still there is no update shared regarding my case. How can a company be so careless? @TRAI
