    Dear, @reliancejio I've been facing the slow internet speed for more than many months. Whenever I call the customer care they have only one answer "Our team is working in this location" since I've converted to @reliancejio.

    Never actually trust when @JioCare person calls you and says he will call back. They never call. I repeat Never. @reliancejio may have the market now, they will never hold because they act like typical Indian companies who don't actually care for customers.. only money 🤑

    Just had a retention call from @JioCare for my jio post-paid number. Initially I was unsatisfied with my previous experiences with customer care, but this guy, named Ajay Chauhan, was so polite and convincing that I’m planning to stay with #jio. Jio, that man deserves a raise.

    @GTPL_Care worst service provider... The customer care team and the technician both are not responding. In every 15 day the service is stop and no one is taking responsibility to this. Waiting for @reliancejio and @airtelindia to provide their broadband in every location.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic service. Your representative are not responding to our request of resolving our issue. They resolve the issue on application without addressing it. Customer care is also not giving any assurance. Kindly do the needful.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is not a coverage issue. Earlier n78 (3500 MHz) was working perfectly at the same location with ~700 Mbps. Since 21 April, only n28 is available. Please confirm if n78 is currently disabled or under maintenance on this tower and provide a clear timeline.

    @JioCare Pathetic jio service, extra platform charges are added even after denial of service, my stmt # 443011517637. I called 3 times on the issue, they did not care about my issue, they were arrogant and rude. At least tell me the steps to cancel the jio fiber connection.

    @JioCare I’m honestly surprised that you need a “social media escalation team” for something this basic. When we escalate, we simply do it—we don’t ask the customer to repeat everything again over DMs. The order number and service request number are already in the tweet. Why can’t you pull the details from your own system, escalate it internally, and get it resolved? For something as simple as a SIM card—where KYC, payment, and verification are all completed online—it’s frustrating that customers are still forced to chase support through social media. Is this really the kind of process your company stands by?
