Initially I was unsatisfied with my previous experiences with customer care, but this guy, named Ajay Chauhan, was so polite and convincing that I’m planning to stay with #jio. Gursimranjit Singh (@gursimranjit) reported@JioCare Latest Update. Engineer assigned on the service ticket for 7 to 8 PM visit this evening. Spoke with engineer, he straight up refused visiting within this time slot and said he will visit tomorrow morning as it is late now. Jio has no control over service being adhered on time.
