@JioCare @fiber_jio First you give your customers monthly subscriptions to Amazon Prime Video and Netflix. And when we sit on the couch to watch a movie the blood thing never works ever time I plan to watch a movie it starts and then never loads and goes back to home screen

@JioCare @reliancejio It's been 48 hours since breakdown of internet in the Chembur West (Pestomsagar) region. Multiple sms saying "restoration of internet has taken place" but no service yet. In midst of WFH and COVID pandemic protocol, this is getting out of hand.

Hi @JioCare @reliancejio I facing issues in receiving OTPs on my number. Through HDFC, SBI, HSBC, Zerodha, SMC, Angel Broking etc. I spoke to customer care executives they are useless. Unable to provide any help. Its been a month now I am facing this issue... @airtelindia

Hey @JioCare , I am using Samsung S20 FE 5G and already updated to the latest software version of the device but In My Jio app it still shows my device is not a 5g device and to use 5g services I must upgrade to a 5g device. Note: 5g service are available in my area. #JioTrue5G
