    I always wonder why people don’t make @reliancejio there first number. It got the answer. It’s a task to get through a real person on the customer care, first they will give you gyaan on what all are included in your plan and then no option to talk to a real person @JioCare

    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users at my location are enjoying Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @JioCare Pls share the number of the area division city level supervisors. This is not done. Every two days the network is down and we keep bearing with it. What quality of service is this??? @TimesNow

    @JioCare Its surprising to note that we can't have access to older invoice.Which company is doing that only yours? Was not able to access the Invoice of Sept'22. Kindly be customer friendly in your support. Does your acc also deletes it after 180 days, then y not access to clients.

    @JioCare Since We are paying for 28 days why Team Jio's auto generated voice message hearing again and again... Such nasty experience with Jio. I know my recharge day... Pls stop this non sense or else I'll port to some other service. My Jio no. 8369338628

    How should I disconnect and get refund amount of my jio fiber ?? The app provides a helpline number that doesn't help at all , employees at jio store gives the same number and the person who sold us the plan is now removed !! please provide suitable help @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCinema app is not smooth at all. While watching highlights if you press back 10 second button then video freezes and commentary runs. Very pathetic experience @BCCI of watching ipl this year. Hope you address this issue at earliest @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio first it was the mobile, now the jio fiber, every second day internet vanishes and every time the problem is from back end, with internet out for more then 12 hours how are the kids going to attend online asses and how can any one WFH. Compl no SR00001GZAN6

    @JioCare I think looking at current behavr of jio execs at Parwanoo, it is better 2 go 4 cancellatn & refund. Not a single call fm the team members at parwanoo. Such people should b sacked. Even if connectn gets instald somehow, Notsure of fut support. Please refund my booking amount. 🙏

    Not @reliancejio blackmailing me. Recharge otherwise we will deactivate your simcard and transfer the number to someone else. I bought the simcard. It should be my choice whether i would recharge or not. Stop the incoming or outgoing calls, no problem to me. But transferring...?
