    @JioCare Need help can anyone please arrange a call back. Regarding previous recharges done on multiple jio numbers. Unable to understand from the myjio app. A verbal conversation can help. Helpline executive are unable to understand the problem. Please help

    @JioCare this really not good at all I been following now since last 1 month on the complaint of Internet Speed but no response from your team @DoT_India @TRAI please look into as they are not giving service as described for 4G speed.

    year back @reliancejio comes out with gigafiber and asks ppl to register...1 yr and nobody has a clue abt it...@JioCare has 1 standard reply , pls register. when a city like mumbai cannot be connected i dont think they will be able to provide a good support later neways

    If I don't get my mobile number IMEI then @rpfcr don't file #FIR and @airtelindia @reliancejio @oppomobileindia denied to share my device or sim IMEI number means helping mobile theft lobby and many cases are not resolved. @TRAI is more concern for service providers not customer

    @reliancejio We are facing signals issues in our place call drops & no network. where we might lose connection, Many of the times, we manage to get connected again in a few attempts,when the phone cannot connect to the network. Really this is very worst service from jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I logged at around 1.15AM; and its now 1.37AM; jio states that I have consumed 90% of data in the quota for December 11, 2020. The only activity performed by me is to send a complaint mail to the appellate of #Jio!

    @JioCare Frankly i do want to move to your services.. but mr ambani is too rich for my support.. my conscience won't allow to take this step. I think airtel need my support more. So jio take care and dua me yaad rakhna
