@JioCare @reliancejio eight months of follow ups and you cannot refund a small sum of 2500 which you took from me and never gave a connection. Speaks volumes of reliance jio’s customer service and professionalism.

@reliancejio before going for 5G rectify your 4G network. Trying to book ticket from UTS mobile app but all efforts in vain, never faced issue with Vodafone network while booking ticket. This time I recharged #jio4g to give a try but disappointed. Better to stay with #Vodafone

@JioCare @JioCinema The setup box is never working. Neither Jio is sending their technician nor cancelling my plans on my request. Pathetic services. I guess @DishTV_India is the best company till date and no one can ever compete with the same.

@JioCare Renewed my Gold connection today afternoon for another month. I haven’t got the 250GB voucher for the month of Feb 2020. Kindly fix this issue asap. I can only see 500GB. No vouchers in “my voucher” section.

@JioCare I received a call 2 days ago that the team is working to fix the issue. But there is no improvement. Slow speed issue continues. I believe switching to @airtelindia is the only option as it offers good speed in the area.

@amalnandutn @reliancejio By making a false statement that they have limited coverage in your area and are expanding in whole country and it will take 120 to 180 days to improve. They will not say - till then keep recharging, don't get proper service but don't complain, have patience and waste your money.
