Went to kanjur jio office (near huma cinema) to get my father's sim changed as existing one was corrupted. Everyone in that lane had electricity except jio store. Jio representative said "meter had been cut down as electricity bill is not paid"

Customer privacy and security should never be compromised for operational convenience.
