Pathetic state of jio fiber service. It is almost down for a day every 2 weeks. Again now it is down! @JioCare Waste and worst fiber service no swift action at all. In app it shows slot for a SR by tmrw. So you expect me to sit without internet for a day ? @reliancejio

@JioCare I have sent the details. Pls sort this out asap before 6 pm IST. There are important client calls lined up. Pls havr it rectified from your end. Pls don’t give me the usual steps like - restart router, check if VPN connection existing or using 3rd party router. Answer is no to all. I need a solution asap, not having to explain the same thing over and over again before 6 pm IST today.
