    @JioCare Almost 24hr over to address my problem. It is very pathetic, my problem is still unresolved. While my SR no.00001JFVYE allocated to me as usual closed at your end as per jio app. What more patience you are expecting from a customer.?

    @JioCare First of When did i complain about 5G. I don't care about your 5G, You are not even able to provide proper 4G. I have 0 Hope from your 5G . It was Never my complain. I'm paying for 4G provide me a proper 4G service or return my money

    @JioCare Request ID SR00001JGYRT at 7;23 yesterday(19Apr). Wifi down since last 30 hours, no action till this time. Someone has mischievously recorded' already closed and marked issue as resolved'. This is plain cheating. Bad show.

    @JioCare Do you train your customer care? The store person I talked to did not know anything about the company policy and procedure. How can I transfer my esim from one phone to another?

    @JioCare For 3 days I am DMing you to discontinue the auto renewal of Amazon prime membership. You are being extremely dodgy and haven't even given me a SR#. First of all, there should be a self service option. Please close it immediately.
