    @JioCare @JioCare Yes, SR status is showing resolved but my problem is not resolved yet and my STB is still not installed in my house but activation date is showing 17th August 2026, please check this matter. Five days have already passed since activation. Please reply to my problem.

    @JioCare The order number is ALREADY starting with NO00: NO0001F2PNRO (sent via SMS from JD-JIOFBR-S) UPI Ref: 621901080229 (Paid: ₹2,221.46 on 7 Aug) Stop asking for the same details repeatedly. Check the transaction ID, resolve this immediately, or issue a full refund today.

    @JioCare I think brainless person is replying. Instead of sending service person, he is advising me to this and that etc. . shame to the entire team. He is advising me to reschedule. After the subscription is over, I will shift to other service provider.

    @JioCare Hi Habiba, thank you for responding. I have waited 11 days despite a missed installation on 12-Aug and an unsuccessful visit on 13-Aug. I also emailed JioCare on 13-Aug with no response. I no longer wish to proceed. Please cancel Order NO0001F569F6 and process my refund urgently

    Jio is worst service I have ever received, from last two weeks it's network is worst then ever everyday I have to turn on aeroplane mode to reset the networks If this is your service then Why the f you take a good amount for recharge @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    Jio network doesn’t work in my room. Every time I try to port, I’m promised the issue will be fixed, but nothing changes. Please stop making promises and provide a permanent solution. @reliancejio @JioCare
