    Due to bad weather, we have lost internet connectivity at home. Upon enquiry, the technician mentioned that it will take time for it to get repaired. We have already paid the amount. @reliancejio, this is not the type of service expected from you

    @JioCare @JioCare Please investigate fully&learn lessons. Feel free to call. Please issue refund asap. Call center script needs updating, escalation matrix missing, exit clause missing..list goes on. Do not take consumer for granted, monopoly won't last forever.

    I asked Jio Agent can I use this setup box in different state he told me not possible I called Jio to enquire about new connection again Jio is promising me to about 1500 refundable deposit, Do @reliancejio started using malpractice by giving false promises I need your support

    @JioCare how to reach to you?? Not able to raise service ticket from app since it says no network, when calling helpline number the call gets disconnected after 20 mins of waiting .... I have been doing nothing but call jio from past few hours.... u have a headache center not
