    @JioCare I am facing the worst of JioFiber services, have complained twice but my ticket getting closed, and engineers are not bothering to visit the site, but update location as inaccessible, they give silly reason if i call them.Its more than 1 week, and recharge getting wasted

    Thank you @airtelindia for your horrible service to Airtel "Black" customer. Its been 5 days since I raised the comp. No resolution, empty promises, blatant lies and now comp closed without solving the issue. Big mistake to change from @JioCare @reliancejio. Going bk to Jio.

    Have a wire issue , and the wire need to be changes, and the service guys are telling they dont have wire, they will come tomorrow...But their tomorrow never happened... @reliancejio @JioCare

    Providers like @airtelindia and @reliancejio fiber are far better than @excitel_rocks. 2590RS in advance for 3 months excitel charges i.e. 28.7/day. The network is not working from last 2 days and they are unable to fix it, also compensating me for 28 rs free i.e. 1 extra day.

    @JioCare : after failing to reach your tech team, writing here. 1. Unable to make or receive calls(both within and outside Jio) 2. Have faced this in Mumbai and Blr in last 3 days 3. Users get busy tone where as I get missed call alerts later 4. Chat help asked me to turn of Wifi
