    @JioCare since morning, jio air fiber network is not connecting to internet. I have been repeatedly calling the customer service, but the call gets dropped off in the middle. Tried all the service lines and diagnostic measures. None worked. Please help me out.

    Very disappointing experience with Jio. Despite informing them repeatedly my previous USA international plan was active, they didn’t cancel the new ₹2550 USA plan. Customer care and store support were unhelpful. After 8 years with Jio, I’ve ported to Airtel. #Jio #JioCare

    @JioCare How long it will take? Don't u guys have any shame left? From 23 april it has been more than a month still ur same excuse? Even ur engineer told me that there has been an issue from tower itself so y i pay u a penny when i haven't used ur service at all?
