    @JioCare Frustrating customer service. Customer care ask list of all technical questions to elder members of the family over call and refuse to add a compliant unless all questions answered for issue pertaining internet speed on #Jiofibre. #disgrace Shifting to other #ISP.

    @JioCare I am unable to take my online class due to network issue. Last few month network has gone in morning and whole day very week. I complain many time to help line but they can't resolve my problem yet.i camplain about 20-25 times last 2 year but no any help.

    @JioCare What is there to investigate.....I just requested a RELOCATION and this how I was TREATED... NOT EVERYTHING IS MONEY..I CAN PAY HIGHER PRICE AND GET BETTER SERVICE AND TREATMENT.... I AM MOVING / WE ARE CLOSING ONLY BECAUSE OF MS.SASIKALA

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare kindly ensure that the order is cancelled and the money i paid is refunded since your local team didn’t met the commitment and just lied, didn’t responded to calls. CANCEL THE ORDER NOW & PROCESS THE REFUND
