    @reliancejio @JioCare your network gone crazy....i received at least 16 calls from different state including 2 calls from J&k. Everyone is saying that I called them but how ?? I am in a meeting with peoples and my mobile is on table, no one using the how can I make call ??

    @JioCare @reliancejio @AndheriLOCA I have 2 personal and 1 Corporate JioFiber internet connection. The internet connection is down on a regular basis. Yesterday the internet service was not available from 12pm to 7pm. Today again there is no internet connection since 12pm

    @JioCare Inspite if registering a new complaint this afternoon at 12:30 I was been told that an engineer would visit by 3pm and it’s already 5pm but nobody here and also no communication, is this truly a 5G experience which you’ll claim??? Poor customer service

    @JioCare You have 2 options. 1) Arrange an engineer today and fix the issue 2) Arrange an engineer to uninstall the router from my premises. if the issue will not resolve today. I don't have the patience to chat with you and, i never suggest JIO to anyone.

    @JioCare My JioAirFiber speed issue is still unresolved, yet complaint SR000036CY75 was closed without my confirmation or actual resolution. Immediate escalation to senior technical and nodal team is required, else I will proceed with TRAI and consumer forum complaint.
