@JioCare @fiber_jio JIO FTTH is really dhana dhan WORST experience in trial period. I have Airtel FTTH also, but Jio at 150mbps line provides me 142mbps u/d and airtel at 200mbps provides 250mbps u/d.. what is wrong with Jio FTTH speed, you are Not giving as promised.

@JioCare could you update when installation of connection will be completed. SMS for KYC was received on 29 June. Hope the connection speed isn't as slow as the installation time. Your agent has been stringing me along all this while, highly unprofessional of him. #FAIL

@JioCare we always say be 100% Swadeshi but we do not get value for money. I've recently come to your network career with lots of exception but from first month I have network coverage problem, before I make up my mind do something if you believe in customer service experience.

@JioCare Very sorry to say but the customer care experience was aweful. After 20minutes of waite time the call got disconnected with no resolution to my problem.
