Went to kanjur jio office (near huma cinema) to get my father's sim changed as existing one was corrupted. Everyone in that lane had electricity except jio store. Jio representative said "meter had been cut down as electricity bill is not paid"

Please stop your service in this area if your team cannot rectify or fulfill after sales support. I would not recommend to neighbours as I expected a better service.
