    @JioCare Day 7: Still no update, no calls, no engineer visit, Internet still down. I have registered a complaint with the consumer forums regarding the same against Jio and their appellate authority. Also, faults more than 5 days according to @trai guidelines should get rent rebate

    @JioCare @TRAI Day 6 Update: Called again to enquire, again I have been given 24th July as the service date which is after my subscription end date of 20th July 2020. Tell me please, which idiot will renew the connection in such a scenario? All my rescheduling requests are going unattended!

    @JioCare A DM had already been sent 2 days ago. Kindly stop asking for the same details over and over again and get the issue resolved ASAP. Work has been affected due to your below average service response. 4 days is not the kind of wait time I expect to get a simple issue resolved.

    It is very surprising for @reliancejio as Jio headquarters is hardly 1.5 kilometres from sector 11 Ghansoli still the reception is very poor and they hardly care to improve.

    @JioCare Its > 2Mo old issue, u wer 2 send a technician. Let me know what has been done so far to improve latency and low speed. Does it take #RelianceJio so much time to resolve a small issue? Alternately waive off charges for period u hv not and can’t resolve the issue! Fair deal ??

    @TRAI Dear Sir, you must to do something against @reliancejio. They have the worst customer support. We fed up from their service. One time, I mistakenly recharge with Rs 599 in incorrect mobile number, they completely denied to refund. Since they have no return policy.

    @airtelindia There is no network at my home, cant receive calls or messages. Already complained on Airtel Thanks, but no action. Switched my recharge to @reliancejio. Get the basics right first, then go for 5G. Still using @Airtel_Presence as secondary sim.

    I have paid the installation amount on 24th jan but still there is no reponse from jio about the installation. I have made several complaint still their is no solution @JioCare @JioNews @reliancejio
