    @JioCare Everytime I am given this same vague replies and no concrete resolution. Huge mistake that I ported out from Airtel to Jio for such sub standard network and more so for such pathetic service experience as no one in Jio ever listens. Such arrogance

    @JioCare Since We are paying for 28 days why Team Jio's auto generated voice message hearing again and again... Such nasty experience with Jio. I know my recharge day... Pls stop this non sense or else I'll port to some other service. My Jio no. 8369338628

    Since there's no response to the above complaint, I believe that customer respect is a last priority of @JioCare . Also, there's no luck on Request number SR00001GW3TU. Hence, I'll port my number to Airtel on 19th February giving enough time to porting process before plan expiry.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I own a jio fiber conctn, last date to pay bill was 10 April, today mor I see the servics are suspendd. There can b sme issue, may b sme family emergncy tht someone was not able 2 pay the bill, wht is the logic in suspendng service in 2 days post due date

    @JioCinema app is not smooth at all. While watching highlights if you press back 10 second button then video freezes and commentary runs. Very pathetic experience @BCCI of watching ipl this year. Hope you address this issue at earliest @reliancejio

    @SardarSomdeep @JioCare @Airtel_Presence God Knows now what and when would jio commercially start 5G for everyone - my phone model on the other hand supports more bands then required like Millimetre Wave , which would never connect coz they use MM WAVE to interlink towers

    @JioCare @reliancejio @AndheriLOCA I have 2 personal and 1 Corporate JioFiber internet connection. The internet connection is down on a regular basis. Yesterday the internet service was not available from 12pm to 7pm. Today again there is no internet connection since 12pm

    @JioCare Highly disappointed 😞 with JioFiber customer care support. I want to disconnect the JioFiber. Spent almost 45 minutes to convince and connect with JioFiber customer care support. In future no Jio. Pl be careful while taking JioFiber.

    @JioCare Guys are you understanding the issue or not you guys just copy pasting same information. My laptop won't support 5Ghz frequency it doesn't have any receiver to get that signal and 2.4 frequency is not showing in the wifi list is not visible at all to any device
