    @JioCare due to unavoidable circumstances, I need to relocate within same city, same pin code, same society, adjacent tower - strange that the JIO team is ready to install a new connection- I pay installation, but refuses me to shift my existing device and number. Please help.

    @TRAI how do I file a complaint against @JioCare wrt DND? I’m registered on DND and I still get telemarketing texts daily even after raising the issue with @JioCare in Jan’21 and Feb’21 subsequently. Please assist!

    Its close to 12 hrs now and @JioCare broadband is still down, at least in our building in #HiranandaniGardensPowai. Jio has promised restoration at 0926 hrs. Fingers crossed.

    It took almost 24 hrs for @JioCare to restore the broadband in #hiranandanigardenspowai but the good part was they kept you updated so you didn’t feel totally helpless, which i how one usually feels when dealing with utility service providers

    @JioCare Sir, there's no network in our area for your Jio SIM for the last 5/7 days. Our daily data packs have gone unused. Please address to this network issue & reimburse the daily data which has not been used for those 5/7 days. Expecting Jio to address the issue ASAP.

    @JioCare @JioCare , I know you are going to do nothing more than using your wrongful means. The issue is real, you have very very poor network here in this society of 1500 plus flats. The issue is there in all my jii numbers. You need to work on your ethics. Acknowledge the issue first.

    Day 4! It all seems like a joke now to them @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberChennai You can’t rectify the issue In 4 days? Even after calling them for nearly 10 times in the last 4 days. There has been absolutely no response!! But engineer will be home!! WHEN?? Absolute rubbish.

    @JioCare You guys are pathetic and every two months your connection disrupt and 5 days to resolve the issue. When the subscription ends immediately you disconnect the service. But now the plan is active And no internet and there is no assistance from Customer care agents
