    @JioCare @reliancejio it's been three days since my jio fiber is down. The service request SR00003AAJPV is being postponed to the next day without my control or any communication from your end! This has happened twice withing a month's time frame. Kindly expedite a resolution.

    @JioCare @reliancejio your fiber internet service are down since last 5 days, yours ai agent is useless, all. It keeps on saying internet services are impacted it will be fixed soon. Is there anyone where we can Complain to and get it sorted out as your call centre people are

    @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare @JioChat trying to connect to Jio customer care for WiFi frequent disconnections since the last one month, but unable to connect via call or chat. It's a very worst experience. Sorry to say but if you are able to support customers then why run services.

    Hey @JioCare My 5G internet stopped working for no reason. I've already tried your customer support bot, but it keeps looping and there's no option to talk to customer care executive. Either fix my 5G service or refund my ₹629 recharge, which I purchased just 5 days ago.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber Dear Team, this is a very serious matter regarding my complaint about your service.I am extremely disappointed to see that my service request was cancelled from your end even though the issue has still not been resolved. No engineer has visit yet.
