    @JioCare my Jio Fiber was down twice this month, total downtime about a couple of days (you'd know the exact time from service records). You don't give an extra second, while you've taken a downtime when it was paid for! How to adjust this?

    24-hour update: Almost ZERO progress. @JioCare Yesterday, you publicly replied that my JioAirFiber issue had been forwarded to the concerned team “on priority” and that I would be updated soon. It has now been 24 hours, and practically nothing has changed. -No installation. -No confirmed timeline. -No proper response from the local team. -And the Kesli office continues to remain unavailable/closed when I try to get support. This experience is getting worse at every level — from the local team to customer care and escalation support. Everyone says the issue has been “forwarded”, but nobody actually takes ownership and resolves it. Payment has already been made. I have been following up continuously. How many more escalations are required for a simple JioAirFiber installation? @JioCare I don't need another “we have forwarded your concern” response. Please take ownership, give me a confirmed installation timeline, and actually resolve the issue.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio Paid ₹2,200 for Jio AirFiber (ORN: NO0001F1M01I). Technician visited on 06 Aug but installation failed due to inadequate network. Please confirm cancellation & initiate refund immediately. Otherwise, I will escalate the matter before the Consumer Forum.

    @JioCare Hey after calling from last 3 month and getting unprofessional behaviour from the customer desk i realised how much money have been made by not refunding the hard earned money of the customers. I have submitted my receipt of transaction of jio fiber instead of refunding.
