@JioCare I have tried everything- speaking to your customer helpline, sending email, DM to jiomart Twitter handle etc. You have been parroting about 2 days window for complaining as per company policy. As a customer, I'm least bothered about your policy. It's about how Jiomart looted me!

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare you guys are the worst when it comes to providing services to your company. Your internet speed is very bad from yesterday I was not able to access the internet. When we filed the complaint yesterday regarding the Jio Wifi, the person said to wait 3 days

Hello @JioCare. I have a jio fibre connection registered with num- 9731092738. I've raised 4 requests so far for internet getting disconnected for hours but the assigned engineers simply come and make it work after endless router restarts and leave. The problem still persists.

@RudrOberoi @JioCare I have raised an issue with you and it's over a month but nothing has been resolved. I returned a product 3 weeks ago but the refund has not been processed yet. What's taking so long? You deduct the money instantly but it takes so long to refund. Totally unfair!!! @reliancejio
