    @JioCare has to have the one of the worst customer care. My WiFi device isn't working and all my details have been registered wrong, so not able to get in touch with the customer care. When I do try to call other no, the only response I get is 'We are not responsible'.

    @JioCare I recently came to trichy from Chennai. Since then I'm raising tickets for jiofiber connection. Getting calls daily from someone but none has visited the house. Very disappointed with the service. I'm follwing up with the person who called me but I'm getting no response.

    @JioCare dear sir, It sems that there is heavy conjunction in the network in my area " mayur nagar, Banswara, rajasthan." as calls are not going out or holding for long while no such issue with my other number of BSNL. Please ask the concern to check and correct.

    @JioCare whatever your vision and ambitions might be but remember things are getting implemented on ground level, if it's so hassled to get a new connection, I wonder what would be the situation after getting a new connection, poor service by @reliancejio
