Upon getting in touch with Jio representative, I was assured that installation will happen today by 0300 PM. Just now I again called Jio representative and now I am being told that my booking has been cancelled because I told so. This is pathetic service. @JioCare

@JioCare This is 5G speed at my residence and it is very less. Since limited 5G sets are presently functional, it is likely to drop down later when more 5G sets become functional or else 4G is being passed as 5G to fool people.

@JioCare Mainly joined for getting missed call alert service via ordinary sms, that @JioCare gives to customers, unlike one has to download an app, through which one has to travel, watch ads and know the missed call details, (to beat around the bush) in other mobile service providers!!!
