@JioCare @DoT_India it will be resolved sooner. When this "SOON" will come I dont know. You should rather refund my money for the days I am not able to use your network directly. No communication from your local technician, no visit by them. Seriously you guys are letting down Jio as a brand. 2/n

On one side you guys are are advertising that you are ready to resolve queries but on another side you are not even listening the issues... Now i'm completely disappointed with that.. now I'm going to port my sim into @JioCare @reliancejio at least they will hear the querry...

Even after paying double the amount monthly being postpaid customer your services are pathetic. You guys can’t even activate an simple Esim which @reliancejio did for me in just 15 mintues on my secondary number, no wonders why your user-base is declining.

@reliancejio First change your people who is working in you jio office. They don't won't to work if we ask for jio broadband connection they say 3months, then they never update. Public likes your network but bad approach to customers they don't care about customer so I switched to airtel.
