    @JioCare This is fake @DoT_India @MIB_India The customer care is not giving the name & number of Appeleate authority as the say the Jio Fiber has no such authority. Also they are giving fake appointments date and time in the above tweet.

    @reliancejio @JioCare pathetic services for jio fiber, and you whats more worse? The support staff. They are were eager to make the sale but right opposite when it comes to customer service. My jio fiber is not working since a week and nobody cared to come or even pickup my calls

    I am Unable to use Internet in Town Area,It was very Bad Experience with Jio Postpaid after Porting from Airtel,I think Airtel Postpaid was better then Jio Network Mobile- 9546718880 Raigarh, Chhattisgarh (And Other Jio Number also) @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Had already raised it 3 months back but nothing happened due to no slot. Hence had to cancel. Local team is saying that connection can't be give as no slots are there & a new box is required.
