@JioCare Your 14 working days are over dude that is what I raised complaint for and also you are adding working days now.. in the mail I got it says 7-14 days But it is a relief that you guys didn't forgot about it.. knowing the way you treated me post sale made me worried

@JioCare Pick up of jio fiber instrument was done on 4th August 2021. Also provided bank detail. Got the sms.. within 14th days refund amount will be credited. After 12 days when nothing is credited. Then I have contacted to customer care..from that day again the waiting period is 14 days

@reliancejio I am informing you for sorry state of network of jio in Noida ( UP). Jio connection had been disturbed intermittently in this area for last one month. Should I switched over to some other sim please ?

@JioCare Yes, planning to do that but seems like I'm stuck with Airtel until they fix the issues or provide refund for the 3 month prepaid plan that was purchased.
