@JioCare @reliancejio as a matter of general knowledge I want to know why you give the service plan on 28 days basis and its multiply. Every month is atleast of 30 days except Feb..then why not each plan is for 30 days and its multiply. Is there any calculation..let me know

@JioCare @jiofiber the Internet speed on my jio fiber is too slow , for 150 Mbps connection it's barely 1 Mbps . Please do take action as i am unable to connect to your customer care.

High ping issue with #jio while playing BGMI,Despite repeated complaints, network coverage and signal problems have not been resolved in our area.BGMI cannot be played after 6 pm due to high ping. I don't have this problem with any other telecom provider.@reliancejio @JioCare
