    Since there's no response to the above complaint, I believe that customer respect is a last priority of @JioCare . Also, there's no luck on Request number SR00001GW3TU. Hence, I'll port my number to Airtel on 19th February giving enough time to porting process before plan expiry.

    @jiocare No network on yamuna bridge near Akshardham temple, poor connectivity on the whole stretch. On flyover no networks or very week network.

    @JioCare But how I will get this number back.. All my accounts are locked, I was given promise after linking aadhar,pan,passport that this number will never be given to any one ....I went abroad for six months,i came back and my number is with another person

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat Why I m not getting SMS even my calls getting failed. On your complaint number 198 is getting failed after IVR steps. What is this bullshit no support on chat n call. My network issue increased after 5G attempt

    Hi @JioCare thanks for the jiofiber Service. If anyone log complaint in @JioCare for any kind of issues with Jiofiber They will respond you after 2 days service request and service person will come and check jiofiber divice and they simply restart the divice service done.

    @JioCare reached 1800-88-99999 for resolution but people are like...Monday subah itna kaam kaun karega...simply asked to wait without even escalating or taking any action. Lethargic service.
