    @JioCare Can you stop this bullS**t reason, there is no extreme weathre conditions, no floods, no rains or nothing. You crappy local field team has to fix the wires, thats it. Where the hell is this going to be fixed? least of all, give me an ETA.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I activated Jio tune for my number but my callers are listening normal ring. Even after raising a SR, the issue is not resolved.

    @JioCare Mostly Pathetic, Third Grade service by Jio. No Broadband Internet since 36 Hours. No customer support, No complaint action, just exploiting customers. Shifting to @airtelindia

    @JioCare In the bill copy send to my email address the Pin Code isn't mentioned. It's JioHome-WiFi service by Jio I can provide the mobile no. if u want. I thought u guys were smart enough to trace all the details with the subscriber account number & Jio number which i already provided.

    @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio Nobody is taking care of issue... Fibre is down since 19th... I am fed up with Jio and won't refer to anyone for sure

    @JioCare @JioCare I even emailed your team on 12 April with proper screen recordings and proof of the issue but I only received a delayed reply on 18 April saying the issue was “escalated” and would be fixed soon. Till today, nothing has actually been fixed. Stop giving false promises and improve your service. You keep increasing prices, but your service quality keeps getting worse. If this continues, I will openly escalate this everywhere and file complaints with higher authorities and telecom consumer forums. At this point, I want a complete refund for both my old and new connections. I paid properly for the service but never received stable internet or proper usage because of the continuous issues from your side. Today, I am discontinuing my Jio connection due to this poor service experience.
