    @JioCare Internet speed at my area is very slow. It only gives 200kb/s speed maximum times.I have complained about it many times to costmer care but they simply say that this is temporary issue.But this is not temporary.I never gets 4g speed in my area. Kindly work here.Thank you

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio signals again not adequate at my residence in Kalyan Vihar, Delhi. My family ported 5 connections to jio only becoz it was the best service. But, twice earlier the signal problem had arised & rectified. Now its the 3rd time. Please rectify. Again.

    Sir, kahi v call kar rha to automatic 10 sec me call disconnect ho ja rha h... Or network issue v bahut aa rha... Call krne pr call pr baat nhi ho paati hai voice cut hoti rehti hai . Location A-143 Ganga Pg , Shakarpur , Delhi-92 . @reliancejio @JioCare solve this problem

    @JioCare i am sorry to say that the network in jio sim is not very good. I am in delhi right now after that i have been facing this issue. When there is a network also i can hear the voice of other person on phone but he can't hear my voice. A year ago i had made a complaint.🤐

    @reliancejio @JioCare we are facing network problems of no & low coverage for 9 mths where network was available for 24 plus mths. Wifi & Data Calling, Change of Sim did not work. More than 12 users are not getting network. Pls get someone to check & resolve

    @DoT_India Requesting the department to take some action and take a look into the consumer’s grievances. @JioCare @reliancejio are totally ignoring the customer complaints. Wrong information on the MyJio app should be rectified and the consumer’s funds should be protected.

    @reliancejio @JioMart I have requested to close my service on 10 Aug, 22 and multiple time called the care number to pickup the MODEM and release my payment. But all the time they are saying me that we will assign the Engineer in 48 hours. My request number is SR00001DTWRC & CO number is CO0000OH27BF.
