    @airtelindia I thought you are best I switched from vodaphone to Airtel and also not used Jio because I thought Airtel is no 1 in India. But I realised you are worst network in India. I am going to switch to @Jio if network not looks good by tomorrow. #airtel #Jio @JioCare

    @reliancejio I was trying to connect to Jio Customer care from last two days but didn't find any way on Jio app, I was being answered by bot for few prefilled questions. I made a yearly recharge in advance which had Hotstar pack including,but it's not working now

    @reliancejio I am in gurgaon ,i have a valid 395 recharge plan but no invitation by jio ,no receive 5g network,ios 16.2 updated in my 13 pro max Even my neighbor received 5g network or invitation @JioTrue5G if not possible then everyone should Switch to @airtelindia

    @JioCare @reliancejio network is not available at 2nd floor Dentsu office in AIHP building udyog vihar phase 5 Gurgaon. Building behind trident Hotel. All 800 employees are there in office and they are looking for port to other network. Pls take necesry action in soon. Fyi...

    @JioCare my installation INSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection NO0000MSIMF7 is being reschduled by the team again and again without any reason. 2 months back also same happened and i had to cancel my order. Pl luk into this harrasment.

    @reliancejio @JioCare my complaint number was SR000030UD13 filled on 10 march 9.40 pm and should be resolved by with in 30 days. The complaint was closed on the same day by giving the above cause to me. Even after so many days issue didn't solved. And plz don't ask number via dm.

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for your hopeless help and support, do check my revert. 3rd class services of Vi, @reliancejio is way better. Atlease they do not merge the recharge benifits even though user recharge twice or until agree to activate both plans simultaneously.

    @JioCare it rained in my area. The towers were switched off frm Monday. Power came back on Tuesday and cell operators started service on Wednesday. Jio started service today( Friday). instead of compensating the subscribers for these lost days, we data balance alerts

    @JioCare @reliancejio One disconnection and you keep wondering when on earth will they rectify it. And throught the AI based calls or jio chat. You will first get number of due date reminder and latest offer but no resolution to our problem.

    @JioCare my JioFiber is not working since 07/07/2026, so I have raised a service request on 08/07/2026 vide no. SR0003AMDRB. But now you people have scheduled appointment for 13/07/2026. Previously when there was a problem with internet you people would assign an engineer....

    @JioCare Very disappointed with JioFiber. My service request SR00003AHVHB was closed from your end without resolving the issue. My internet is still not working properly. Closing complaints without fixing the problem is unacceptable. Please reopen the req and resolve it. #Shame

    @JioCare @consumerforum_ please help. Jio team is cheating. They are stating without the router they have activated my connection and not refunding my 1200rs that was taken as a relocation amount.
