    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

    @JioCare is a scammer.I went to jio store for the cancelled sim order refund they say call customer care.customer care say go to store .delivery person saying customer care will initiate the refund.Sab milke paagal bana rahe. I want my 349 rs refund else I will use @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor service from #Jio I visited Masoodpur & Saket Jio stores in New Delhi twice in the last week for a duplicate SIM (lost SIM issue). I had to manage my office work to visit both stores, yet no resolution.

    Called @JioCare and the concerned tried to connect to the network team twice, but couldn't. Assured a call back, again no action. Tried porting, generated UPC. A lady called requested to hold t porting and assured the solution. Again no action over a long time. Fake commitment?
