    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

    @JioCare @JioCare Paying for JioFiber but unable to use the service due to repeated disruptions. If not resolved urgently, I will discontinue and escalate to TRAI, National Consumer Helpline, DoT PG Portal, and Consumer Forum for compensation.

    @JioCare I am waiting and still waiting for a month ...why its too long to simply resolve an issue, you can provide a link on my mail to claim my reward benefit. As committed by your senior executive that the issue gets resolved in a week.

    @JioCare : can’t really understand why on earth it takes JIOcare long time to resolve internet issues . My internet is down from last 24 hrs , Engineer can and said it is fixed it worked for few hours and again it stopped working . Worst services from JIO

    @JioCare @JioCare Rebooting & diagnostics have been done multiple times The issue is recurring for months & gets temporarily fixed when technician comes but reoccurs again. Kindly escalate it beyond basic troubleshooting & provide a permanent solution instead of repeated temporary fixes.
