Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

@JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

The most pathetic cellular network is Airtel. It is terrible. @airtelindia your network is never working. I am #porting to @reliancejio I have 12 numbers for my close family and relatives which I am porting out. Thanks @airtelindia

@JioCare It’s been 7 days and the installation is still in process. Registered complaints a lot of time but no progress. Sales man and technicians are not receiving the call. Shall I cancel the subscription? 7 days is a lot of time to improvise I guess?
