    @JioCare @reliancejio your executives aren’t able to help me..when do I get the refund? Your sales executive cheated me and gave me new connection instead of transferring it. And I haven’t got refund yet even after a month! Are you all just sitting to suck your customers blood??

    From last 1 hour, tried all the @JioCare customer care number but no way to talk with executive. Not getting jio fibre recharge history of more than 2 months. Favour all customers to talk executives instead record process. Customer time is valuable too. #JioFiber @JioCare #jio

    @JioCare After calling you 10+ times to your customer service didn't get any resolution, I had to go to jio center to return the device and you charged 1000 Rs in the refund. Is it your strategy to not go to pick up despite of customers complaining 10 times+, and at last charge?

    It’s really disgusting how Hathway is providing service to its customers. I was just having a conversation with Hathway broadband customer service executive and instead of resolving the issue the person disconnected the call.#poorcustomerservice @HathwayBrdband @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What a Shameless service you have, all the time getting disappointment, from billing, Activation of Sim or closing of Sim, High Rental. Then you will cry @reliancejio is capturing your market.
