Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

@JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

@JioCare @JioCare Thankyou so much for your service,and with due respect i need no more assistance . I had enough of request towards the resolution from 20th september till 14th October which had only poor remarks. I had to surrender my connection, again facing service troubles again.
