Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

Other broadband service providers are fixing issues immediately but jio fiber broadband connection nothing is getting resolved. I unable to raise escalation via customer care. Since 10 hours no internet that too working from really hell. Shame @JioCare @jio
