Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

@TRAI @JioCare @airtelindia Pls ensure providers are adhering to standard set by #trai everyone claims true 4G charges consumer as per 4G but no service close to that. Get really dumb answers it’s not city area rural place but end consumer paying equal amount being it city or town
