    Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

    @reliancejio @JioCare For the last 19 days there is no internet with jio in my home. No one from jio is properly solving the problem. When I request your customer care to close my account, they are cutting my call. Request to close my account from today.

    @JioCare engineers have been visiting repeatedly for my new Jioconnection but installation is still not done. It seems there is a major issue and the process is just being delayed while the connection was activated without installation. I am now requesting cancellation and full refund.

    @reliancejio Hello @JioCare, I purchased a new SIM on 3 March, but I still have not received the SIM. I already raised a complaint, but the issue is not resolved yet. Complaint Number: NOSR000030IJUJ Please check the status and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
