Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

@JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

I really very disappointed by @reliancejio , mere purey area me one point se jyada network nahi ata. And I tried so many times at 198 to file complaint but not connected or they refused to file. Please help @TRAI to raise complaint at 198 for network issue against @reliancejio .

@reliancejio @JioCare seems like ur customer care is as bad as any other service provider but you also have pathetic service for jio postpaid, atleast with @ViCustomerCare i never had weird technical issues, can my issue be fixed or i like to switch back to vodafone
