@JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

Had the same problems when Reliance broadband was installed, but could still survive since there was no WFH. Seems , @reliancejio @JioCare is missing something to acknowledge and ramp up for this WFH culture . Meanwhile , my old @excitel_rocks came to the rescue to save my day

@reliancejio @JioCare not able to call or receive calls, the error message says that server unreachable. This is from the past two days. Complaint was raised but closed without any further help. Kindly help with the same. Shall provide the mobile number through Dam if necessary

@JioCare If u r interested to safeguard business of @reliancejio make a field visit of d area .It is not only my case but of others too . People r switching to other service providers as they r giving satisfactory services . When we took connections , ur services were fine but not now.
