    @JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

    Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio we are just 400mtr away from network tower, but can't get the internet connection call drops are most common due to no network @TRAI

    I purchased that for less than 750 and the service center asked for 790 for repair. I purchased the handset from Zepto, they told me to reach out to Jio. Jio denied to repair charging port and now button down key. Is this a new revenue generation model by @reliancejio @JioCare.

    Dear Team,i didn't receive 4G and 5G network coverage last 2022 I have raised multiple complaints but no resolution from u r end @JioCare @ViCustomerCare showing emergency calls only in indoor and 1 network bar in outdoor calling and internet speed issue.. location Ghijore 201307

    Update: After 20+ days of contacting @JioCare and @reliancejio about my undelivered SIM or money if they can cancel the delivery, I still haven't received an even a measly update.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani As per your official 5G coverage map, my village is clearly marked under 5G coverage. However, in reality, the network is extremely weak and mostly falls back to 4G. I have attached screenshots as proof showing the mismatch between claimed coverage and actual service quality

    disappointed with Jio’s pathetic service. My relocation request is still unresolved, and instead of fixing jioteam giving excuses 2 cover their mistakes. It's not service,this is sheer negligence. Get act together and resolve it immediately. @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    If this issue is not addressed, I will proceed with formal complaint to DoT and legal action for deficiency in service and misleading coverage claims. Expecting accountability from @reliancejio. @JioCare

    @JioCare be forced to escalate this matter to higher authorities and file a complaint with the Consumer Forum. Kindly provide an exact resolution time and arrange immediate restoration, along with downtime compensation.

    @JioCare Hi Shashank, Blindly how can you say that ? I am sitting in front router. Last SR is closed without resolution and without confirmation. Have you validate that SR for what reason request has been created ? Kindly do homework then reply.
