Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

@JioCare here it is juat 500mtr distance from tower to our home but network coverage ia very poor and not constant i never expect from such a reputed company like jio my location is 573214 Jammanahalli

Hi @JioCare .I registered a complaint for wifi not working.A technician visit was scheduled for it today ,but I did not receive any call.The visit has already been rescheduled 2-3 times without any visit.Kindly check and send someone asap as its affecting day to day activities.

Why jio customer executive continuously call to recharge phone irrespective we don't want to recharge but still continue with number. If i want to activate sim without recharge then there is any provision or not ! Is it marketing scam ?? @reliancejio @JioCare
