    @JioCare @JioCare service id status is changed to resolved without even resolving the issues. How is this happening? Till now no technician came and status is now resolved.

    @JioCare for new customer acquisition your service levels have plummeted. One your doorstep delivery doesn't happen. And after I go to the store with Original ID my SIM not activated because of poor photo . Photo taken by your employee. Have to travel 20 km again to activate SIM

    Anyone using @reliancejio fiber 1499 plan ?..i have been speaking to customer care executive for almost 3 hrs now .none of them able to resolve my issue.. I have query regarding 6 months plan voucher . Please help. TIA
