    @JioCare Arrogant staff. Worst service. Naam bade darshan chote. Customer cant even do complaint . I dont recommend it . Jio fiber is a headache

    @JioCare Hi @Airtel_Presence As per @JioCare executive - Sir, you are facing this issue as ‘Previous’ operator has not opened the links to your number. We have opened all links that is why you are able to make and receive calls from other operators.

    Hi @airtelindia, what’s your best plan? I’m having issues with my @JioCare jiofiber account. I upgraded my Netflix basic plan by paying ₹ 5820 to Jio’s UPI account on 30/01/2022, but it hasn’t been upgraded. My money is still stuck and Jio is unable to get its act together.

    @JioCare @reliancejio By mistake i have got the recharge done with 30 MBPS whereas I want to continue my 200 MBPS current running plan. I spoke with customer care and they have said that upgrade option is not there. Recharge 2824.92 Jio No +911243533670. Trans ID : TB00001IHSCG
