    Could TRAI please clarify why Airtel and Jio have increased their mobile tariff prices? We are paying more, but in my village, Jio 5G is still not available. If the prices are being increased, shouldn’t network coverage and service quality improve as well? @TRAI @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio wifi issues from past 2-3 days, raised a complaint on call but didn’t recieve any resolution.

    @JioCare you really need to work on your customer care sir,i have been using jio fiber for last 2 years I had no problems because of that i have recharged 12 months plan now on the first month the data of 1000 gb is vanished with in 20 days. I asked the reason but no response.

    @JioCare deducted ₹349 from my bank but your system never generated an ORN. Now your agents refuse to refund my money despite me providing the UTR proof. Stop hiding behind scripts and return my money.
