    @reliancejio, Iam too much disappoint with jio fibre team response. Its been more than 20 days, still your team just saying to have patience. My request for jio fibre denied everytime without giving any logical reason and its really disheartening, how you treat customers.

    @ViCustomerCare I m almost 8 year old vi postpaid user (9702975016), I haven't approved the billing plan of 299 but your agent has changed it (you can check last call recording with customer care) I'm not gonna pay the bill. Tomorrow m gonna port to @reliancejio @JioCare.

    Hello @JioCare my old age parents are using a jioFiber connection and now when it is not working they are asking them to troubleshoot the STB. What a hilarious joke is it that they expect 60+ age old people to troubleshoot their WiFi issues by themselves. #JioFiber #wifiIssues

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Stop lying to customers on their face. Have some shame and dont lie. No one came to check the issue after it was told the issue is from tower despite getting the call of service schedule. This is the shittiest service and you guys saying priority.
