    @JioCare But why jio has not taken any steps . From last 2 years same reply is coming. Very slow services provided by jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio last 13 days but still issue not resolve already share sales person name and number but still issue not resolve also issue in bill but still not resolve only feedback and directly close complaint with out resolution.

    @JioCare @JeevanSukhi I travelled to USA on March 4th and in USA through online recharge I made payment of Rs. 1102 towards my IR plan and Rs. 119 towards my monthly prepaid recharge plan. But seems like my Rs.119 plan was never activated and Rs.1102 was also not activated.

    @JioCare Jiocare, it’s been 24 hours now since you assured me on Twitter that issue will be fixed. No one has turned up yet. Can I know what’s going on and when would you send a technician to fix this godforsaken issue?
