    @JioCare hi my jio fiber connection free trial pack has been discontinued before trial period. My jio fiber device has been surrendered on may 19th. Till now no refund of my 1500 rupees. This is worst serivce ever faced by me

    @reliancejio @JioCare - I have ported to JIO postpaid yesterday due to network issue. I was such a big fool- Jio have worst network from my earlier operator. I was promised by JIO executive that i can roll-back porting if not happy. Now they say TRAI rule is 90 days.

    @JioCare is my 11th Tweet and might have called customer care 100times...never seen such useless customer service, in my life I mean it. ..router has not been picked up to date and has not been refunded...( I know after this tweet I get rescheduled message, which is as useless)

    @reliancejio Everybody feel petty to pay money at the end of the month Jio family. Because you're Jio fiber internet works for 13 days a month again rest 17 to 18 days will not work. No service team available with Jio itsems informed by Irugattukottai manager- karthick-8248011509

    @reliancejio Since 5 days in my area there is suddenly jio network goes down that we can't open a web page.Sometimes there is unable to RCV incoming call . before it all ok.. immediately take action. Area-Sastri nagar,Near Shani temple, Bhubaneswar,Pin-751001 I am your postpaid user

    @JioCare Such a bad experience.Have decided to move on from jio fibre connection.Not putting any details as I know it want be sortedout.i know your companies time is precious but ours is also important and wasting 5-6 days just for your engineer to come and sort out the problem.

    @JioCare why are your customer support finding it difficult to explain that a Voucher redeemed on 22/04 is not reflecting on invoice of period of 21/05 to 20/06? Either it is an issue with Billing process (intentional?) or incompetence of Jiocare Customer support. @reliancejio
