    @JioCare @sbnews1_ I am facing outage from last 24hrs ,no service ,no support ,just waiting for techincian assignment.Frequent interruption,slow speed. It is better to switch to alternative then jio.

    @JioCare Sudhanshu Ji, I have already mentioned the ticket no. raised. Its been a week there is no internet connectivity. No resolution has been provided yet after continuous follow ups. Engineer appointment were also rescheduled all the time. I have to move to consumer forum now.

    @JioCare @reliancejio What’s going on with your network lately? In some specific areas, the signal is so bad that we can’t even use 1 MB of internet properly. Calls break, and the network keeps disappearing.

    What's the status update on this SR000035XOEN 10 days old connection & it hasn’t worked properly even for 10 hours! Your team keeps opening & closing tickets daily without resolution. Fix this ASAP or take back your box & refund immediately. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare this is to inform I have paid my Jio Fiber bill yesterday at 10:07 PM IST. Ideally every month, services are resume in a 1 min. Now its been more than 12 hrs. Services are not restored yet. I have called Jio Customer Service for same. No Response for same. MROO01OROUPO
