So again I have service and now even grievance team out rightly and blatantly providing template responses with no ownership for service deficit on part of care team and continue billing for disputed service. Arrogant responses with no customer focus..sad @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @AnujKum07431209 I found that the team JIOCARE is very intelligent and experts to diverting the main problem.A customer after complaining two three times , complainer leave the issue unattended and come to conclusion that the CARE people can't care of Customer.

@reliancejio For those using Android Smart TV alongwith Jio Fiber Set Top box, the Physical Set Top Box should be done away with & instead an app should be launched through which the TV channels & content on OTT platforms can be viewed by login in via Jio Fiber Id.

@JioCare I got a call from this number +919832069286. He claims to be from customer care and asks me to make a top up payment of Rs. 10. He is unable to tell me why and for which address. Says after top up your connection will work. Whereas i do not have router or set top box installed?
