    Hello @JioCare, I'm a long-time user of the Jio network. For the past few months, I've been having problems with my internet speed. I've complained to the customer service team multiple times, but they haven't been able to resolve anything on their end.

    @JioCare Look I don't mind getting an SME once in a while. My issue is the frequency. Why send texts EVERY DAY to an already existing customer? It seems overkill.
