  @JioCare The jio fiber service in my area is down since 2 months. I want to cancel my connection, but NOWHERE on your app / website is there an option to cancel. Customer care number doesn't allow me to speak to anyone. What a scam. Help me cancel.

  Thank you @reliancejio and @JioCare for providing one of the worst internet experiences despite charging premium recharge prices. The network has become extremely unreliable, with slow speeds and frequent connectivity issues. Customers deserve the service they're paying for. #Jio

  @JioCare I am in Village Baljhiri Tahsheel pansemal district Barwani M.P. Pin 451770 There is a school Sanskar shiksha niketan. In this area jio network is very poor or can say not available solve this problem at the eariest .

  @JioCare This is extremely disappointing. My installation was officially scheduled for 18 July, 6:00–7:00 PM, yet no engineer contacted me and no one visited. Even after payment, repeated follow-ups, NCH complaint, and Appellate Authority escalation, the issue remains unresolved.
