    @JioCare Jio Care team. Really disappointment from your commitment towards your clinent service. I was informed from your customer care that engineer will be visiting during 1st hour, unfortunately again I have received your text that tomorrow’s scheduled around 3pm. Ridiculous

    Dear @JioCare lost my phone with sim in it. Now Jio store guy is telling me my father's name is spelt different from my ID details, I submitted Aadhaar details 2 buy that sim in past. Because of wrong spelt father name, my request 4 new sim isn't being processed. Please help!!!?

    @reliancejio @JioCare dear I just fedd up by ur services. I request MNP on 12 Jan later I request to cancel as it take more then expected time (now my no gets switched off frm dat date) today is crossed 22days but No MNP completed from ur end. Jio centre boy does not reply
