@24Yashwant @reliancejio I had seen Jio is worst in many areas. So, I got shifted to @airtelindia and the data speeds are awesome. It is 5-10 times more than jio data speeds. I had contacted jio support many times and their appeal authority as well, but of no use at all. Better shift to other networks.

@JioCare U can open and check in the complaint, if they didn't eloborate u can ask them to explain, anyhow same company he might be your friend too
