@JioCare @therajarora Pl be careful with these guys they might cancel your connection but Jio has a strict no refund policy. They will make sure you give up in frustration but not issue any refund. You can search Twitter not one single person has received a full refund

@JioCare Already 15 days gone still did't get any solution I think I will repeat the comments after 5 years also it will not clear....kindly cancel my jio fiber connection refund my amount if the amount also getting delay no problem take that donation for jio care and customer service dev

@JioCare I am using 300mbps pack. I wonder what am I paying for ? have a worst customer support, they don't even know minimum trouble shooting. except timely deactivation for renewal you have all possible issues
