    @JioCare 20 days uninstallation of jio fiber and 14 working days done but my return amount not credit jio show fake advertisements of 30 days free trial policy return money process so long after 14 working days jio fiber . Very poor service #poor_service

    @SubhadraBugs @JioCare Same problem bro ! They are not willing to change the wiring. Now I hate jio they keep on assigning new engineer and result is zero. Yesterday I got fed up and took Airtel Fibre connection @airtelindia Atleast they visited my premises and made a connection request #switchToAirtel

    Please be aware of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence broadband, They intentionally charge you for whole month and give service 5-6 days that to the poorest. No service is done after you get it installed.Bloody Scammers. YOU CAN'T EVEN ACCESS SUPPORT(..|..)Better go for @reliancejio.

    @JioCare Currently undergoing a pathetic experience with JioFiberCare. I have requested for my jio fiber dis connection on last month and raised a service request SR000016FW47 but unfortunately jio backend team closed the service request without resolving the issue. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio I'm trying to reach customer care they were not at all responding.after recharge also im unable to make calls and receive the calls from my jio number im unable to receive messages on my number nothing is working.please assist me to raise a complaint.

    @JioCare again there is a problem with the Router. Internet speed is slow & there is very less range too. Big issue with your customer care is they only say one thing that there is problem in my whole area which is not true. Kindly change the router or refund my money
