    Seriously fed up now. It’s been so long and still no proper solution to my problem. I’ve followed up again and again, but all I get are excuses or silence. This is not how you treat customers. If you can’t solve it, at least be honest about it. Stop wasting my time. @JioCare @Jio

    @JioCare Yes but from yesterday i am getting same response that it is expected to resolve and the resolve time keep on changing , so i need a ticket to be open and an engineer visit , because it never get resolve itself last time you took 2 weeks to fix .

    hello @JioCare @jio_fiber I applied for a new connection of Jiofiber in Madgaon, Goa on 20th April with payment & KYC done and was told that the installation will happen in 3-4 days. it's 29th today, no installation yet and the guys talk mannerless. is this how you treat customer

    @reliancejio I called customer care no for complaint regarding my automatic rescheduling of relocation of Jio fibre from 29th April 2026 to 30th April 2026 So this person named Shreyashi said I’ve raised complaint and it will take 2 working days to resolve (quite funny )
