@reliancejio Registed comaplain on 20 june, they promise to visit on 21 june, rescheduled on 24 for 25 june. Today engineer called and said he will visit at 5 pm. What a service. You should be responsible for non function of jio for 5 days. Pathetic service. Will switch sure..

@JioCare I raised a service request(SR00001BRS69)yesterday for Jio Fibre(Only red LED is blinking). While raising service request engineer visit was scheduled on 24 June.After raising service request the expected resolution delayed to 25 June 12:35 PM. Till now no response is.(1)
