Whenever there is a power outage, the entire Jio signal disappears completely. Despite having a population of over 20,000 people, there is still no proper network infrastructure in place.

Since this is an error on your end and I have already fulfilled the payment, I request that these lost days not be counted in my monthly cycle. I expect these days to be added back to my validity once the service is restored. I have already sent my Service ID to you via DM.
