@Ra_Bies Same experience I have with @Airtel_Presence wherever airtel doesn’t have any competition customer is taken for granted so does @JioCare. Surprisingly in locality where both are present there is no service or speed issue.

@anandparora @reliancejio even I had a very bad experience with jio fiber.. I shifted back to Mumbai after more than a year and jio fiber was recently installed to our building.. the sales person took my details and deposit before I could park the car.
