    @reliancejio Karpi block has internet problem. This is the situation for the last 4 years. Earlier it was not so, 4 years ago, we had carfew, and internet was shut down for 3,4 days. Since that time there is internet problem. Karpi Block, Arwal, Bihar- 804419 Mob - 6205345556

    @JioCare @JioCare my village has everything except Good "Reliance Jio" network....Even 144p YouTube video is unable to play smoothly. I can't attend my online class due to bad network.

    Hey @JioCare, I’m facing a major billing issue with my Jio AirFiber. I paid ₹706 for my pending bill AND ₹1060 to upgrade to the 100 Mbps plan (Total ₹1700+). I also redeemed a ₹300 voucher. Despite all, my plan is still showing 30 Mbps and no benefits are reflected.

    Very poor service @JioCare my jio fiber (4035836530) Internet has not been working since many days and no engineer visit is being made. It is always cancelled at some pretence and then closed..atleast send some technician to collect your device @airtelindia

    Internet has been unusable for the last 1 week with pathetic speed. Every time I contact support, I get the same fake “will be fixed in 4 hours” reply. Still not resolved. Paid for full month but no proper service. Who will compensate for this? Completely unacceptable. @JioCare
