    @reliancejio Karpi block has internet problem. This is the situation for the last 4 years. Earlier it was not so, 4 years ago, we had carfew, and internet was shut down for 3,4 days. Since that time there is internet problem. Karpi Block, Arwal, Bihar- 804419 Mob - 6205345556

    @JioCare team, I am facing network issue from last 3 days that are causing frequent call drops, mute issues and sometimes not being able to make or receive calls. Chat service agent has told me that there is issue with network and she cannot confirm the tentative date to fix it.

    Trying to get a @reliancejio fiber connection in Noida and this has been a nightmare. Extremely rude staff, reschedule 10times already and still no idea when it will be installed. @JioCare

    Anyone facing issues with Jio sim today? @JioCare Not receiving calls, receive messages about missed calls and if I dial, call gets dropped Call center doesn't have agent available, chat doesn't get exact problem.

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber was down on 11th Dec, then it was down on 16 Dec and it is down again right now on 20th December. 3 times in the past 9 days. Please fix this issue because it makes the service unreliable.
