    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare Hi we r having no or very poor Internet connectivity in @sagwara region. Could you please look into this. U guys used to be good but now it seems capitalism took over

    @reliancejio @JioCare What type of worst customer care you people are providing. I have called to your 198 for raising complain after 5 minutes my call was on hold. It's very disgusting and disappointing. Improve your service don't show your monopolies.

    @reliancejio new tower is installed in our area. In morning it's working wonderful. But afternoon it's not working. Slow speed internet. 50 kbps !! It's 4g?

    @JioCare I just attached my complaint numbr I done this before also again u all will ask same pin address phone number and all u r going say wait for 24 hours. Tired hearing same thing again and again

    @JioCare signal since long is so poor that I can't open any of app such as email. This is almost normal situation of your service. Please now don't give lame excuse of I have data consumed data. You know that without signal that's not possible. @reliancejio
