    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    I have been a Jio user for the past 5-6 months, but since last 1 month I am facing a lot of issues regarding internet speed, calls, etc. With this kind of service, the last option is to switch my carrier from Jio to some other one. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Nothing New to me. #jio is always down for me. I don't know why am I still using it. @reliancejio @JioCare needs much improvement..from 5pm to 12am in night is buffering everyday.i have complaint several times but it goes in vain ..no one cares 😑..
