    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare My SIK has been recharged for one year, valid till Aug, 2021. Since 10th Dec not getting internet and from 11th Dec morning SIM has been not working. Zero signal. Lodged complaint at your customer care. But nobody is concerned with customers' issue.

    @reliancejio I have been facing connectivity issue in my area since past 2 years. Complained before 1.5 years but nothing happened so far. I guess Jio is not interested in retaining it's users. Neither the complaint platform in the Jio app is easy enough. It just waste of time.

    @KumarNavin82 @JioCare What a bad service for jio fibre connection in Hyderabad for a single connection. I registered 4december 20 giving promise for connection in 6dec20. Today 15dec20 no one come for connection and ignore my call.They kept pole in 11dec20.#JioFiber #RelianceJio

    @reliancejio from last 3 days I trying to convert my sim to esim but as per your executive your server is down, you can’t transfer the sim in 3 days. I suggest sell this shitty company to airtel with them it take only 5 mins to transfer my sim to esim. (1/2)
