@JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

@JioCare @JioCare I called up multiple time (more than 5-6 times) to Jio customer care on 7th Feb 2022 and everytime I was asked to wait for sometime and same statements that we are sorry for inconvenience.

@JioCare @JioCare Initially the appointment for installation was scheduled on 6th Feb 2022 at 10 AM. At the scheduled time no network engineer called me or came for installation. Then the appointment automatically got rescheduled to 12.30 PM. Again no network engineer came.

What is going on with @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice? I have been struggling for the past 2 days to get my internet restored and none of your support personnel is capable to resolve it or not educated enough to acknowledge, root cause, provide ETA? It's a shame on being Jio

@Rudrans24854816 @JioCare Because airtel can extremely expand it's fiber network but jio not work rapidly as mention on jio website, so we have some option like bsnl wired & airtel wired broadband etc. So go for it and these available on mostly villages and towns and also available in my location

@JioCare @JioCare After waiting for the entire day on 6th Feb 2022 I called jio customer care and upon my constant request a complaint was raised (SR000018PL37). The appointment rescheduled several times even on 7th Feb 2022 as well.
