    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare That excuse of yours—that your team is already working on it—has gotten old. I never actually see your team anywhere; the network has been down for 15 days now. And the tower is right near my house! Come up with a different excuse this time.

    @JioCare Where no problem solved. 15 minutes on bla bla of nonsense by customer support. After that no action taken for customer issue. Buffering issue in spite of 100 mbps speed.

    @JioCare your customer care executive is very pathetic, I had a very terrible experience from them? Why do you display the “bill due screen” on the screen every 7days before the due date?

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Received my AirFiber bill. I’m on a 100 Mbps plan & usually pay ~₹1K, but this time I’ve been charged 2053. Support mentioned OTT charges, but I am not using any JioFiber OTT set-top box or OTT services. Please review this incorrect billing and resolve ASAP.
