    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare The issue has already been raised but the expected time of resolution is tomorrow 8 AM which I know would not be fulfilled for sure as you would then tell me that the working time will start at 10 AM @JioCare . I was waiting for the resolution today itself but with no success

    @JioCare Hi JioCare, I need to migrate my connection from Postpaid to Prepaid. Bill paid. I visited nearest store they said bill hasn't been updated,so can't proceed. Pls check as it's urgent. Awaiting a prompt resolution on this . Thanks

    @reliancejio it has been 2 Months for my complaint. Very low signal at 110049. It's lajpat nagar Delhi, if not here then where and, and don't ask me for DM. I have already done earlier.

    @reliancejio @JioCare this idiot called my mom a "b*tch, uncivilised and mannerless" while she failed to understand that my mom isn't technically sound and said a lot of crappy things for 1m 6 secs, at 7:38pm. It is because of this behaviour that I switched to Airtel personally.

    @JioCare Despite opening multiple tickets viz. SR00001BBGH8, SR00001BBQ0G, Service ID 1353597059. It has been more than 24 hours and Internet is not working. It is not Jio dhan dhan dhan !!!!! Please let me know what should I do as no action till now.
