    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare Hi we r having no or very poor Internet connectivity in @sagwara region. Could you please look into this. U guys used to be good but now it seems capitalism took over

    @JioCare My internet is disconnecting 9-10 times a day. No resolution at all. Even they have disabled creation of new service request. I gave feedback that my problem has not been fixed, but they didn't even bother to look.

    @JioCare jio brodbnd has bn dwn since evning of 3rd Jan. I raised a rqst in jio app and nbdy has visited me till nw. I hve alredy paid for 24 hrs where ur srvice is down. Plz let me knw hw u r gng to compensate me 4 dis & how lng frther b4 i cn expct resolutn

    Had the worst experience With Jio. @reliancejio @JioCare Just switched from YouBroadband to Jio fibre.Took a plan of 150 Mbps with jio tv After installation the speed comes at 47-50Mbps.9n enquiring they say , 150 will come only with a 5g device. Lack of informing the Customers

    @JioCare Don't need to work more on it. Lots of work you have already done which is reflecting on the resolution, I have decided to give up Jio fiber.

    @JioCare I'm ready to wait but give me problem resolution date. I have been hearing the same message from Jio for past several days with no resolution. Really frustrated with Jio network. Only adding new customers is not a business, it is also to give service to existing customers.
