    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare Thank @JioCare for explaining how to check connectivity issues. Next time, I will do the wiring, installation or any other work for internet. You guys just charged the customer then instruct the customer to do the all things by the customer. Your customer service is pathetic.

    @reliancejio @JioCare service request SR00001D2EL1 keep getting rescheduled without any info to customer and request from customer with SMS that ..has been rescheduled as per your request. There is scam going on at your support team. Can someone help?

    @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima @TRAI please help, no one is bothered to provide service, it's 6 day since I have raised the SR, everyday I put multiple mails, tweets but no solution was provided till date, m sorry to say but I have to switched to airtel now.

    Service request number is SR00001CZFHQ dated 17.08.2022. DND service active but still promotional calls receiving. No proper resolution received. @JioCare @reliancejio
