@JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

Suggestion for All : Don't used Jio fiber....their after sale service is very bad. If any issue , no one care from @JioCare @reliancejio .my fiber not working from 23rd may, after registered complaint also, local jio team doesn't know anything. #avoidjio #JioFiber #jio_unlimited

@JioCare @reliancejio I registered a complaint yesterday. But none of your engineer visited. Last time, same thing happened and engineer took 14 days to resolve the issue. If the same thing is going to happen, this left me with no option i.e. To move on with other ISP.
