@JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

@JioCare Your jio chatbot is useless simply kills time and our patience. Do not tell there are more users so net will be slow, put more bandwidth and more tower to accommodate the data traffic and more user. No network between Shimoga and birur.

@reliancejio @JioCare I was a jio postpaid customer and i ported my number to Airtel on 4-12-2022. I have not yet received my last jio bill for the cycle 4-11-2022 to 3-12-2022. No response received from galary as well as customer care. My jio account number is 410122453548.

@Jiocare It is disconnected since last 21 Hours. Technician has not visited yet. Schedule time was available only after 24 Hours. Pathetic service I would say. I conduct Online Classes and my business is getting affected by it.

@JioCare I am facing #JioFiber Disconnectionv at least for 2 Days every month. The reason given by Technician is - either due to low power or wire cut. We are charged even in that period when issue is from your side.
