    @JioCare Hi we r having no or very poor Internet connectivity in @sagwara region. Could you please look into this. U guys used to be good but now it seems capitalism took over

    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 4 days #JioFiber is down. I have raised a complaint they say someone ll visit and fix. But they r closing the ticket without visit or fix. What a shame and negligence .

    @reliancejio worst network here at Coimbatore RS PURAM!!! Instead of spending crores on IPL kindly spend a few thousands on customer satisfaction. I am having a jio sim which has no bloody network. FED UP OF COMPLAINING.

    @reliancejio ordered #JioFiber 2 days ago (sunday). As per the representative the installation was supposed to be done on 11AM - 25th apr. Since then all I get is rescheduled slot for every 2 hrs with no resolution from customer care. @JioCare Please resolve it ASAP.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Is there any way where I can complain about mobile network issue and somebody listens and resolve the issue. I have complained many times but even after that, neither did I get any callback regarding the issue nor the issue has been resolved.

    @reliancejio great network jio . Since 2 days i am unable to call from my jio no to bsnl no really great .. i generated port out request i received a call in next 2 mins . But till now i am unable to connect to bsnl no . ******* *** service jio

    @JioCare Service Request Number : SR00001AL4XQ Appointment for installation of Jio STB. I have not even receive a single call, do you guys really bother about your customers, I feel down the line you guys don’t even have an idea that what sought of service you are giving. Regards

    @sumanlatawalia @JioCare V r running short of time, we have a train to catch and need the number to be converted 2 postpaid ASAP. It is linked to our bank account and prepaid plan doesn't work in J&K. So, if this can't be done, then plz clarify so that we port to another service provider in time. (2/2)
