    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare Iam facing issue while making the calls. After 8 sec call get disconnected automatically. When some one called me it show that my number is busy. Unable to make or receive calls since morning Kindly look into the issue & resolve asap

    @TRAI could you please impose a fine on @reliancejio for the worst QoS. I am writing this on WiFi network. I have prepaid for 4G telecom services but I am not able to use even 2G internet. It's like 1G service, since not able to use so called unlimited data on full network.

    @JioCare Still facing the slow speed problem in my area and high network latency experience sence i switched to @reliancejio, my problem is not solved so long after.

    @JioCare Pathetic service provider You ppl make fool of the customer by giving false comittments and incorrect plan. Just looting money in the name of good fiber internet service, going to surrender the connection.

    @airtelindia do you even have 2G coverage in Jammu City. Being a Platinum customer I feel cheated. Your internet doesn't work. Can't even open a webpage. If you can't help then plz let me know how do I switch to @reliancejio
