@JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

@JioCare Hi we r having no or very poor Internet connectivity in @sagwara region. Could you please look into this. U guys used to be good but now it seems capitalism took over

@JioCare No internet is better than slow internet. Please fix the issue asap. You promised to provide alternate solution for time being. But I'm yet to hear anything about that.

@DrParveenBatra I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

@airtelindia forget 5G, ur 4G is pathetic sometimes nd customer service ridiculous. Facing internet issue in my building last 3 days, atleast 20 plus airtel numbers not working n u want us to change sim. Send network team on priority, or should we port. @airtelindia @reliancejio
