    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare Hi we r having no or very poor Internet connectivity in @sagwara region. Could you please look into this. U guys used to be good but now it seems capitalism took over

    I have not been receiving any otp msgs from any apps on my jio number. I tried to talk to customer care but they were being so illogical and unable to understand my problem. Please look into this issue asap @JioCare @JioCare @TRAI

    @reliancejio @JioCare @ril_foundation poorest internet 4g service provider, your tower located is almost every where near us spider net, after all no internet speed on the name of 4 g you fail nd speed below 2g, you focused on fibre lines nd down speed on mobiles..business trick

    @JioCare Dear team problem is not resolve. It's very painful service of jio. Problem steel pending last 8 days. Please take action your team why problem still pending last 8 days.this type of issue damage brand value of jio.its big joke with customer.
