    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare Hi we r having no or very poor Internet connectivity in @sagwara region. Could you please look into this. U guys used to be good but now it seems capitalism took over

    The worst network ever, executive says to restart the router to check if the connection resumes. WTF I don't know which stupid set this rules. Request can be taken only when the connection is down. Then what about frequently disconnecting issues? Stay away from @reliancejio

    @JioCare recharged 149 from Phonepe yesterday after noon. but package is not getting active till now, I tried to check recharge status in your webpage.. which ask to login using our mobile number, in this also when I give my mobile number, OTP is not coming for my # 8310983206

    @JioCare I raised a complaint for wifi internet and it got automatically closed by your technician saying resolved and no one even called or contacted me. What should I do? I reached customer care to reopen it. Is this Jio customer service?
