@JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

@JioCare Hi we r having no or very poor Internet connectivity in @sagwara region. Could you please look into this. U guys used to be good but now it seems capitalism took over

@JioCare Could you pls look at this issue with some priority and help us being stay happy using Jio. Facing network issues since past 48hrs, it's fluctuating a lot..The n/w is so poor that we are not even able to make calls, browse internet and not able to watch IPL on hotstar.

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup i think you need to improve your jio network i am a subscriber of jio for almost 7 years but my internet is running very slow for two-three months and now i can change my sim in a day or two Will port to other network!
