    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    My jio number is getting disconnected on all calls since 10 days and internet is also very slow. Sometimes it stops running. To complain about this, I called on the customer care number, then I am further saddened to see that the voice is getting cut again and again. @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence i have been scammed by airtel store, they charged 100 rs for sim replacement and the next day i got sms from 121 saying retailer can charge max 25rs. Give me a solution for the refund Otherwise there are other honest providers @reliancejio @BSNLCorporate to port

    @JioCare My jio number is 7990716035. Without any usage and in switch off condition I lost my interest balance. For the same I have called ur representative and they just hang my call and didn't answer properly. This is ridiculous and shameless behaviour.

    @reliancejio Team, Internet speed it crap and when I reach out to your customer service (firstly it is not easy) they tend to say service will getter better which I am hearing from almost 2 years now (since I moved to JIO), request someone to look into it and advise. Look forward
