@IamKrush7 @JioCare Yes @JioCare I'm also facing the same problem since monday or might be sunday, my average internet speed is 10 to 15 kbps, n before it was nearly average 100 150 kbps everytime bt now onwards it is only 10% of it n can't do surfing and also my what's app msgs are not delivering.

Absolutely pathetic network @reliancejio @JioCare My WiFi is down, so had to switch to mobile network but it is absolutely ******! No network coverage since 7 PM!!! Forget 4G, not even 2G!!

@reliancejio @JioCare In ahmedabad facing network issue. Also not getting higher speed like Vodafone how can company say 4G network and 5G might be speed like 3G. While using what’s up video call quality was poor connection issue was facing during call hope so got solution 🙏

My jiofiber is not working for 36hrs Make several calls in customer care .They keep saying that issue will get resolve but nothing happened. The engineer also came and said that issue is from pole. Please tell me @JioCare is this how you solve issues.Really disappointed#jiofiber
