Initially I was unsatisfied with my previous experiences with customer care, but this guy, named Ajay Chauhan, was so polite and convincing that I’m planning to stay with #jio. We were so happy that we immediately recharged with the ₹349 plan, expecting to use unlimited 5G. But after a few hours, the 5G signal disappeared and has not returned till now.
