@reliancejio I have relocated within same city I.e Ahmedabad. I have been trying to reach customer care since 5 days but call gets disconnected. The person who installed jio fibre connection says you will have to make request at jio care only. Very bad experience

Horrible services by Airtel as far as wifi services are concerned. They charge so much but there is frequent outage and even the speed is super slow. I'll better shift to @reliancejio or vodafone idea.

Never actually trust when @JioCare person calls you and says he will call back. They never call. I repeat Never. @reliancejio may have the market now, they will never hold because they act like typical Indian companies who don't actually care for customers.. only money 🤑

@amitjaiswal2906 Hey Amit They are ridiculous in response they only care for new customers. You can apply from MY JIO Application and if @JioCare will rejected than no response from customer care they will tell you to repeat the process. You will be lucky if they will approve your application.

@reliancejio @JioCare till date mobile signal for Jio is HORRIBLE for the bhopal particular location which I complaint and jio engineer are still TRYING to improve the network. Any deadline to fix it or we have to wait for a year or two. 😠Very poor response from jio engineers
