@reliancejio @JioCare inspite of so many times of reminder and DM done twice their is no reply from your end. It has been over 3 months. If you cannot resolve a simple problem in installation then... This is not the service I had expected.

Complained many time to Airtel for frequently disconnect of broadband.2 months ago I requested to close my account but thev said will nt happen again & will upgrade to 100Mbps in 30 days.PROBLEM STILL EXIST. NO UPGRADE. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare @DoT_India @rsprasad @airtelindia

@reliancejio The pricing is bit higher side, Local ISP offers much cheaper than Jio. Also @JioCare Customer Support is very bad. I literally contact Jio 6-7 times on DM but no one giving any satisfactory solution.

@JioCare can you help why jio fiber stop their project in my area. In January this year they connected their fiber half part in my city then suddenly stop. I visited jio service center they told me that project is stopped.
