You can apply from MY JIO Application and if @JioCare will rejected than no response from customer care they will tell you to repeat the process. Router is NOT assigning IPv4 (getting 169.254 IP even on LAN), DHCP is failing, most websites and apps like Steam don’t work. Only YouTube runs (IPv6) This is clearly a backend or router fault. Need urgent fix or replacement.
