. @reliancejio @JioCare The network coverage in my locality on floors over 8th is as good as none. For last 12 months I’ve been trying to complain to your customer care, they say they can’t raise a complaint, offer no solution and give no timeline for resolution. Pathetic service

I also don’t have a lot of information on the actual cause of this problem, but the right folks are aware and are actively looking into it.

@Jeetuburdak @reliancejio @JioCare Yes, their service is very poor. In the name of 5G, we're providing 2G service. Where I live, 5G doesn't work, and 4G doesn't work properly. Whenever I get time, I will get my SIM ported to BSNL.
