@JioCare I am jatan from ahmedabad i had per book @oneplus 7pro 8gb/256gb variant. From jio digital store chandkheda .. and haven't got any phone and they are asking me to take 6gb/ 128gb variant which is not pre booked . I think i will get the Solution hear. Thank you

Dear Jio, My jio service ID 400120314602 and Giga Fiber Voice call No. 2235933328 is disconnected and the Giga Fiber device is picked up by Jio officer on 25th Sep 2019 vide SR000010OQX6, still the refund of INR 4500 is pending @reliancejio @JioCare
