You can apply from MY JIO Application and if @JioCare will rejected than no response from customer care they will tell you to repeat the process. Ajay Nagotha (@Ajay_Nagotha) reported@JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio AirFiber. As a 100 Mbps subscriber, I'm getting only 10–20 Mbps every day for the last 10–12 days. Daily complaints get the same response: "outage" and a new timeline, but no actual fix. Paying for 100 Mbps regularly.
