@JioCare Have followed this process 3 times in last 7 months, DMs and all. Even shared location (longs and lats) but you guys simply don’t do anything after that. The simple issue is that there is no Jio tower nearby which would improve the signal strength but you won’t give a damn.

@JioCare I booked my jio fibre connection (NO0000J9KEHN) 6 days ago, the sales man promptly came to take my payment but my appointments to install are being postponed EVERYDAY. Helpline does not even have an option to support such cases. Either install or refund. @reliancejio
